The site we were given would not even hold our unit. Changed sites and couldn’t get electricity to work. Called and they had 2 people in the office and they had no clue how to help. Said maintenance left and it was not even 3p! They could care less! Explains why the campground was just about empty!!

Bathrooms were amazing. Loved the dog park too! It's a ghost town this time of year but we will definitely be back.

While the facilities are nice, there is nothing there that warrants $150 a night, especially in the “off” season! As this was our anniversary, we thought, let’s splurge! What a disappointment and waste. Nothing more special than spots that cost half the price! Maybe it’s of value if you’re staying for the month or winter, but definitely not for a few nights! The staff and the camp ground was amazing. The staff was pleasant and helpful and the facilities were amazing. It looked like a new facility grand opening! Well done. You can tell they take pride in their work.

We enjoyed the stay. Everything was clean and kept up. I felt very uncormfortable that the bathrooms/shower rooms didnt have locks on them like all other KOA facilities have.

We stayed in spot 228. The 30 amp service had a reverse polarity on it. so I couldn’t plug it into my RV other than that stay was good.

We enjoyed our stay, while the park was out of season we practically had the place to ourselves. Only downside was the massive amount of no-see-ums!

We had a great stay. Staff was very friendly and did not have any issues. The pool was great. The only thing i will mention is that the clubhouses were locked during the day. Sign said they should have been open. Didn't really affect our stay negatively.

We were unaware that on a Saturday there would be no one there to open the store for firewood or that we could. It enjoy the rec area. Very disappointing as it did rain most of our stay so we only stayed 1 night as there was nowhere else to be but in your RV

The campground has a nice layout, clean and well kept! We were there during off season, it was very peaceful! They have a wonderful large k9 park with obstacles, our pups enjoyed! Though we didn’t use pool, the area was clean and very inviting.

We had a wonderful stay at your Ft. Myers / Pine Island location and enjoyed the amenities. However, the cabin floors were quite dirty. As we often go barefoot, we noticed the issue right away and had to wash our feet before bed. Just wanted to share this feedback so it can be addressed for future guests.

It was very nice. Clean campground. We were there when there weren’t hardly any campers so it was very quiet. The grounds were clean and the pool was very nice. They only down fall which isn’t KOA fault was the mosquitoes and no seams.

The site is beautiful, we were visiting during the off season. We experienced an issue with biting bugs swarming around the patio set. We reached out for help (in person and via text) but did not hear back. We paid more for the deluxe patio but we were not able to use the patio furniture. Very disappointing customer service.

The stay was alright. We had a lot of rain but that's part of camping. With the rain we weren't given the code to clubhouse #2 where the pool tables and games were located. The staff was friendly and pool was clean but I'm not going to be returning to this location.

we really enjoyed our stay everything about it was clean. Staff was polite and helpful. I was very surprised at how close together all the sites were but we went in off-season so it didn't matter, but I know in the future I would not stay there in season because I like a little privacy when I'm camping

The park office was closed while I was there, so I assume they received all the requested information about my check-in. The park looked abandoned, and the lack of trees and healthy landscaping didn't add to the environment. Facilities were clean, but it was too hot with no shade to enjoy anything.

Nice weekend stay to shakedown our new RV. It's a decent campground that needs some shade and a bit of upkeep. Many of the concrete site pads were in bad shape. We had a good one. Pretty expensive for off season in dead of summer. Campground was empty.

This was the worst KOA stay that my family and I have ever stayed at. When we got there we found the bathtub rusted and completely covered in pubic hair. The toaster smells like burnt plastic if you try to use it. We spent 200$ in food that we couldn't use. Our grill was shooting flames and burnt my husband. We asked for a new one and didn't receive it till the next night.

The reason for not giving a 10/10 or 5 stars: We were in cottage 4 and had no hot water at all. The shower drained very slowly and the water coming out of the shower head was very brown. (We went to the communal showers.) We did get a $50 refund, which was 1/4 of what we paid. Overall, the facilities were well kept and the cottage was super cute. I enjoyed the area. We came in June. It is very secluded you will need transportation if you are in an Motorhome. We used ebikes but it was still far to the closest resturant. Not allot of shade on this park either. Just so you are aware.
