I was very disappointed with the camp site that we were first assigned to. I had made my reservation with Riley in January. I told her that there would be 3 couples staying there and that we wanted to be close to one another. When we arrived, our friends were placed on one side of the campground and we were assigned to a campsite on the other side. I was told that there was no room near our friend

We had a beautiful water view and enjoyed the wildlife. This campground s not far from a grocery store but they should have a few more basics on hand. Everyone was very nice and the resort beautiful

The park is great. It's clean. Always improving. Spacious. Very accommodating for pets. The one issue is that there are no beaches or activities nearby.

Two things: 1. You need to have a stool in each of the shower stalls, and you need hooks or shelves by each of the sinks to hang a toiletry bag and/or towel on. It's very frustrating trying to get ready when there is no place to put your stuff. 2. It was really cold when we were there, and the clubhouse was 49 degrees. We froze in there. Turn on the heat when it's cold please.

Campground was clean and had many activities including pool, band and food truck. The clubhouses were nicely set up. Only question I have is that WIFI is listed as complimentary yet they were charging for it?

Pay for WiFi is a joke, email sent to me prior to my arrival describing my site said WiFi with no $ sign but only way to get WiFi was to pay for it

Pool area very nice (awesome band played while we were there) and they just finished a great playground. They were putting up shade at dog park which was definitely needed. The washer / dryer situation needs help. Half of them out of order. Very quiet park.

Our only problem was being so far (350) to walk anywhere. Next time we will ask. Absolutely best showers/restrooms over any other KOA we have ever visited. Everything else was great.

The resort is clean but garbage and dog park extremely far walk from back of park. I reserved a deluxe site and was given a basic site with chipped away concrete, small pad and wood picnic table. They were able to move us to a bigger site but then we did not get the waterfront, not even water view and they would not tell me what happened my space I reserved! You don’t always get what you pay for

I was under the impression by reading your website and my confirmation that there would be wifi. False. No wifi unless you pay and the company you purchase from did not return my call. You need more trash dumpsters than the one in the front of the park. We travel in a class C and were not pulling a car. We had to walk our trash all the way to the front to dispose of it. It's not a short walk

General Store has not been reopened for 2 years, no food/alcohol facility on site. They are building a child's playground but I believe a general store and pool availability for food/drinks would cause people to spend money on site instead of having to leave. I will not return to this location

It was very peaceful, the people were friendly, the staff was helpful and I enjoyed feeding the turtles that were in the pond next to our site!

Office severly understocked. Sewer hook ups 1 foot above ground hard to dump Grey and black water. Sites way too small to accommodate my 28 ft class c and a car. Dog park not centrally located,long walk to get to it.

We booked what we thought would be a great stay at a this location and were very disappointed the site was tight, but many more desirable sites remained open during our stay,we left a day early due to the situation.We kamp at KOAs exclusively and were very disappointed

Big footprint. Nice amenities. Quiet. One thing I would change is the location and height of the sewer cleanout. The pipe stands about a foot tall making it very difficult to drain the tanks.

We absolutely loved our stay at Pine Island KOA! The staff (Ramona, Brenda, Jenn and everyone else!) are amazing! They made sure our stay was relaxing and comfortable. The grounds are meticulously maintained along with the pool area. They were getting a brand new playground in as we left, so we know it will continue to exceed visitors expectations going forward! By far, our favorite KOA!!

We enjoyed the quiet time at the campground, day or night. We went there to relax and enjoy the weather and were happy to see that we were able to enjoy it in peace and tranquility. Definitely going back!

This is our second time staying at Fort Myers/Pine Island KOA. This is a clean and quit campground with lots of amenities.

We LOVED our stay and will be back for a longer visit next year. Wonderful friendly campers and staff, tons of in-park and nearby activities, super great truly heated pool and hot tub.

We absolutely loved the campground, it was beautiful, it had an amazing dog park, the staff was super friendly. We did find that pine island was very quiet, that being said it was great for us, but if you like to have lots of things to do, that are nearby, this isn’t the place for you. If you love quiet time with lots of solitude, this is the perfect place to be!

Well I hope 400 characters is enough. So the good news: Bathhouses and showers were very clean. Staff were pleasant. Bad news: we had issues with our RV. Had to leave for 4 days and then for another 4 days for repairs. We were promised a specific site for our first return. That didn’t happen. Initial campsite would not fit my camper. My final site had debris left on it like metal pieces and cut off wire sections. The gym heat did not work properly. Half of the washers were out of order. The plus is everyone was friendly, the gym was better than most and the American Legion & the VFW were within bike riding distance.

Nice RV Park. Our site was a little short for our 40' toy hauler but adequate with our rear deck opened out over the lake. The cement pad had alot of embedded anchor hardware as there must have previously been a permanent structure on the pad. Good wifi signal, friendly people and a WinnDixie and Publix available. Enjoyed watching the eagles and their nest!

Our 2.5 week stay was amazing. Clean facilities, friendly staff. Happy hour at the dog park was a delight w campers and their pets. Pool was warm and hot tub a bonus. Two laundry facilities, a library, shuffle board, horse shoes, pickle ball courts. The eagle’s nest w fledgling was a bonus. My husband wishes there was a work out room. We did not sue the bath house which were in 2 buildings

We live in SW Florida but wanted to take a quick trip in our motorhome. We've never been to this campground before, I reserved a spot online and put in how many of us and how long our rig was. Showed up on Saturday at 1 to check in and found our welcome packet, made our way to our spot on the water and had a great time. Took the kids to the park and walked around the grounds. Showers and bathrooms were reallly nice. The ONLY thing we hated was the noseums when the sun went down. They were absolutely horrific. We'd go here again in the colder months, really nice park.

This campground is a little over an hour away from us & when KOA rewards offered a free night, we decided why not? We are new travel trailer owners & want to get some weekend trips under our belt before our first long trip. This campground was better than I expected! Being that is was off season the park was quiet & peaceful with only a few campers & even less live in residents. The park is really clean & well kept. We had a site on the lake with a level concrete pad & full hook up all in working order. The bath house closest to us was immaculate. This campground has 2 clubhouses , one with a gym, pool tables, a game room Etc… laundry , tennis/pickleball courts, basketball 1/2 court, a fenced in dog park with agility equipment, fish cleaning station, a beautiful pool & hot tub and a camp store. I noticed the tent sites had nice platforms to get campers off the ground & outdoor kitchens with a sink & microwave. The employees were super nice & led us out to our site in a golf cart. I really like this KOA and we will be back for another weekend getaway.

stayed in a great little cottage. clean, nice, well equipped. Pool is great too. Park is convenient to all the tiki bars in St. James City
