Big footprint. Nice amenities. Quiet. One thing I would change is the location and height of the sewer cleanout. The pipe stands about a foot tall making it very difficult to drain the tanks.

We absolutely loved our stay at Pine Island KOA! The staff (Ramona, Brenda, Jenn and everyone else!) are amazing! They made sure our stay was relaxing and comfortable. The grounds are meticulously maintained along with the pool area. They were getting a brand new playground in as we left, so we know it will continue to exceed visitors expectations going forward! By far, our favorite KOA!!

We enjoyed the quiet time at the campground, day or night. We went there to relax and enjoy the weather and were happy to see that we were able to enjoy it in peace and tranquility. Definitely going back!

This is our second time staying at Fort Myers/Pine Island KOA. This is a clean and quit campground with lots of amenities.

We LOVED our stay and will be back for a longer visit next year. Wonderful friendly campers and staff, tons of in-park and nearby activities, super great truly heated pool and hot tub.

We absolutely loved the campground, it was beautiful, it had an amazing dog park, the staff was super friendly. We did find that pine island was very quiet, that being said it was great for us, but if you like to have lots of things to do, that are nearby, this isn’t the place for you. If you love quiet time with lots of solitude, this is the perfect place to be!

Well I hope 400 characters is enough. So the good news: Bathhouses and showers were very clean. Staff were pleasant. Bad news: we had issues with our RV. Had to leave for 4 days and then for another 4 days for repairs. We were promised a specific site for our first return. That didn’t happen. Water was shut off multiple times without boil alerts when it came back on. More issues, out of spac

Initial campsite would not fit my camper. My final site had debris left on it like metal pieces and cut off wire sections. The gym heat did not work properly. Half of the washers were out of order. The plus is everyone was friendly, the gym was better than most and the American Legion & the VFW were within bike riding distance.

Nice RV Park. Our site was a little short for our 40' toy hauler but adequate with our rear deck opened out over the lake. The cement pad had alot of embedded anchor hardware as there must have previously been a permanent structure on the pad. Good wifi signal, friendly people and a WinnDixie and Publix available. Enjoyed watching the eagles and their nest!

Our 2.5 week stay was amazing. Clean facilities, friendly staff. Happy hour at the dog park was a delight w campers and their pets. Pool was warm and hot tub a bonus. Two laundry facilities, a library, shuffle board, horse shoes, pickle ball courts. The eagle’s nest w fledgling was a bonus. My husband wishes there was a work out room. We did not sue the bath house which were in 2 buildings

The daily rate was pricey and it does not include wifi. The RVs were too close together, we stayed in the middle of camp and could smell the water treatment building, awful...

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Having said that, while Pine island is a nice place to visit, the price we paid for our pad ($150/night) was way too much for the location. The first spot we were assigned was a dirt pad on a pond that would have been a mud hole had it rained. We were given an alternate spot on a concrete pad but it was nothing special. No shade and pad was a bit uneven.

Bath house was very clean. We would have preferred to closer to the lake. Shouldn't have to pay for internet. Should have been spread out and not next to another campers especially when the camp site wasn't full.

Everything was very nice. Amenities were good other than the Wi-Fi. One hour of free Wi-Fi a day is ridiculous considering the price you pay.

The campgrounds is very clean and constantly improving the grounds. The staff was awesome, very friendly and helpful. We already signed up for 3 month next winter. Only 1 downfall was some of the laundry machines did not working for the entire month of January.

We stayed for three nights. It was very comfortable. Bath houses are heated. Check in was easy and fast.

not all the infromation you need to have to check in is on the web site and for the most expensive campground that we used on this trip it was the most boring place we have been . to many long time ,live there rv's will not be using koa's in the future.

The campground was kept clean and groomed. Perfect for folks with dogs(and a parrot or two). Great dog park, game/workout room, pool and hot tub. Shower houses were always clean. Do NOT go there if you’re looking for lots of entertainment options close by. It’s on Pine Island. Not Fort Myers. This is the PERFECT place to go to relax and unwind. We loved it.

Friendly staff, great amenities to make your stay more enjoyable. Distributed restrooms and laundry. A big plus for us with a larger pooch is there vast doggy stations with poop bags and dog play area. The camp is quiet and other campers were friendly and happy as well. I highly recommend this KOA.

Water shut offs…. Internet extra cost and never worked for a week…. Cost of laundry more than any other KIA and you have to use a credit card….. Nothing mentioned at time of check in. I hope other campers see comments so they are aware….

The park itself was nice! Internet service was absolutely terrible. The landscaping group ruined our rug with weed eater!! Chewed up edge all the way down our large outdoor rug with weed eater!!

We enjoyed the KOA and the slow- paced island. Initially unhappy with site way out back but office helped us to move to front part. Wish different sites had been explained on web site. My husband has mobility issues and being close to amenities was importantant.

Office staff unfriendly. They gave us the wrong directions to our site and the fire pit was FILLED with garbage when we arrived.We had to ask about a fire ban and were told no fires at all, including propane fire pits. Apparently, this only applied to us because we saw others with fires going. A loud obnoxious camper was next to us blasting music day & night and nobody was around to resolve.

Quiet little campground that is close to yet far away from all the hustle and bustle that the area has available to enjoy. Totally cleaned up from the hurricane. We stayed in April 2024 and more than half the campground was closed. The cleanup since then has been amazing.

We had a lovely patio site on one of the ponds. There are many amenities and the campground is immaculate. We found the staff to be friendly and helpful. There is a large laundry room and a beautiful pool. We enjoyed our stay. We were there in January and found the campground to be only half full. Their prices are quite high but so are most campgrounds in the area.

Wonderful, clean and very attentive. We had a slight issue with a faucet onsite and they immediately came out to fix it. Love the pool, site was clean and paved, large laundry room and nice clean bathrooms.
