There are many things that need to be repaired since the hurricane. I didn't use any of the facilities but they looked nice. Roads are narrow and spaces are very tight.

On a aimé les emplacements en arrête de poisson pour plus d’intimité. La piscine et le spa. Le pool party avec karaoké. L’ambiance avec les autres camper et l’hospitalité des employés. La piste cyclable et les trails un peu partout sur l’île.

This KOA is still recovering from Ian. Staff is great! Park is clean and well maintained.

Internet did not work at our site. Still waiting on the completion of the internet due to the hurricane.

The site is on reconstruction. No body to meet me. No activity. No internet acces . The campground is located at 1 hre from the Beaches.......... We realize this campground is not for us. The price is too high versus the services included. Max 40$ per night is more realistic !

Nice enough camp ground, still recovering from Ian. The store is still not stocked. There is limited office hours. They close on Friday at 5 and reopen on Monday. There is an emergency number provided. For the amount of money charged and the fact that Ian was 16 months prior, it seemed a little long to at least not have full time staff and the store assembled. Possible total destruction? Now back?

There is potential but continued construction underway on greater than half the resort. Bathouse mot yet open but showers and bathrooms were available at the pool. Mice pool and hot tub

no ice, water, vending machines, firewood - were told to unhook and visit the nearby Publix. Only one public restroom available which had only one toilet facility in the men's room. We asked for their best water site - what we got was no water, surrounded by other campers offering no privacy at all. Wish we were told when we made reservations about campground suffering hurricane conditions.

Camp site was Mindy and rain soaked. Tried three times to move and was told there was no available space. Each day I counted 8. - 15 vacant spots. Including both spaces right next to mine. Would not let me move. They need to be more focused on customers

Campsites are closer together than we like. Understandable they’re working their way back after Ian. KOA prices keep creeping up. It was a long drive to visit friends in Naples, Ft Myers and Cape Coral. All in all we enjoyed it but probably wouldn’t return.

No one mentioned that the campground or the island had been seriously damaged by Hurricane Ian in 2022.and had not been restored yet. It was very disappointing but, on the flip side, the people were great as was the pool which was still available. We found lots to do but not what we expected.

I can see the work that is being done. Unfortunately, there are many things that need to be done to get the campground up to excellent rating. Issues we had were, Internet was advertised to be good but was not anywhere to be found, asked the front desk through email (used my Cell) and never received a response. Water pressure was non-existent at times throughout the day.

This KOA is still being restored after Hurricane Ian but Amy and Amanda could not be more competent, responsive or responsible and we feel like we are in good hands and have signed again as annuals. We had a serious problem initially with bad wiring at the post but they assumed responsibility immediately and fixed the issue promptly. They rock. We look forward to continuing improvements here.

Nicest staff ever. I didn't have our dog's rabies cert. on hand- they didn't balk, just said "go set up and when you have time email it to us", which I did and then they even offered to make me a copy to keep in the RV. We didn't bring a fire ring with us and the management just gave us theirs to borrow- free- with wood! Pool, hot tub, playground, dog park. quiet, clean. Nice stay would return.

Very disappointed. No Cablevision as advertised on web site. Should have stated on web site campground was being refurbished from hurricane and many amenities not available. Wi-fi was very poor. Unable to do any computer work in a timely fashion.

We enjoyed our stay, even though we had crazy rain one night! Amy is so friendly and helpful! The pool and grounds are kept very clean!

It is going to be beautiful again! The work done since the hurricane is phenomenal and I applaud all the workers! They are fixing everything with very high quality. We were very pleased.

Why not have asphalt or concrete to the pad site. The grass space between road and pad became mud that couldn’t be avoided getting out of the pickup. Power pole was sunken and the heavy rain created a pond around the pole which forced me to find a way to elevate my surge protector from the water.

WAY away from everything. Park is still repairing from Ivan and is partially a mess. We had 7" rain in a 24 hour period. So, the electric pedestal base was under water resulting in my surge protector being under water. Thankfully, the camp manager came down with her rubber boots and gloves to unhook us. She should get hero pay. She is a star. Love our generator.

No hooks in the showers and we were attacked my bugs---left early with bug bites all over us. WE only left the RV to do laundry and hook up the RV. The bugs were horrible. We have been at KOA's in Florida for a month and no issues until NOW. We are still itching and will never return or recommend

Entire area, including KOA has done extraordinary work in getting back to normal post IAN. I do recommend one call ahead to confirm what amenities and services are available vs using the website. The recovery is well underway, it’s a terrific area, we loved the Tiki bar is St James and his he folks at ACE hardware at the other end of the road were awesome too! We’ll be back! �ϋ�

Not ready for opening again. Especially for the price. Dirty, construction, mosquitoes and standing water. I will not be back. The price is way too high!!

They are doing a great job getting this campground back up and running after the hurricane. Everything is brand new more good things to come.

This was a great KOA. We stayed lake side, patio, pull through. 10+. Staff was excellent. Facilities 10+. NO Wifi. Down. This feedback may be useless as we heard Hurricane IAN wiped out 90 % of the island. Have not heard how this KOA did. Hope all is well with little damage. If they rebuild I hope they come back better like KOA Key west did and do it right. We pray for all.

When I booked this campground, the app stated there wer only two more spots. That was no true. There must have been 50 spots left in the campground. The picnic table was in pretty rough shape. We did enjoy the pool. It was clean and a very comfortable temperature. I thought the staff could have been more welcoming. They seemed rushed to get us checked in. No chit chat - just all business.

Most of the park was still shutdown from the hurricane. I'm not sure if any of the showers were open. Very small crowd made our stay much nicer.
