The pad was dirty no place to park had to park on my patio. No place to sit afterwards to get in Clubhouse a locked. called on 17th and 19th to have rain coverage on my site no return calls . I left messages messages after both calls with no return felt rates were inflated .

The staff was superb, so friendly, responsive and helpful. Loved all the amenities at the campground. Pine Island was a fun place to stay. It will be even better when the construction is over.

We need help because our camper broke down and needed repair. They changed our rv stop for a cabin for our stay. They were very helpful with us.

Rude manager said she would thing about letting our bus stay there 4 days ahead of our stay. Rude maintenance guy as well complained about our kids in the club house. Other campers were awesome but that’s about it.

Had a good experience. Liked the bath houses and pool, spa area. It is nice to go somewhere and all the facilities are in top notch working order. Campground was nice and clean. Only thing that was not great was some of the drivers on roads where going much to fast, not much the park can do about that unless adding speed bumps.

Some sites are fully repaired after hurricane Ian, many are still “rough”. We were supposed to have a site with a picnic table but there only a few sites that had one. The park was about 1/3 full the 2 weeks we were there. There are limited things to do on the island and to get into Fort Myer or Cape Coral is a nightmare due to the 1 lane bridge getting on/off the island. Nesting eagles were

Patio site did not have picnic table, sewage was not close enough to hook up to our rv, and site was full of garbage and debris. Grounds do not seem to be maintained.

This was a last minute change and glad we found out. Super clean and fun activities. Some rebuilding is still in the works but it was great to stay and support the efforts of this island.

I was placed on the site of a previous permanent trailer that was destroyed. The site had glass on the ground, wires sticking out of the ground, and rusted screws embeded in the concrete pad. There was other house debris present as well.

The campground itself is very nice, it's just there's absolutely nothing to do on this island. We were planning on staying two nights but left after one. The staff was very nice and the campground was spacious.

The sign on the road was not lite while we were there. The area is very dark which made the entrance very difficult to navigate. Everything else was great.

The cabin we stayed in was well equipped but pricey. We are normally rvers but needed an overnight accommodation to visit ft myers. Understand that they are recovering from massive hurricane damage (23). Positive: staff friendly, all Rv sites/facilities are clean and new;Negative: onsite campstore was unstocked so come prepared. No local tv in cabin;allow time as only one-way rd on/off Is.

Difficult to enter or leave island due to one lane bridge. The island is very quiet and no beaches to explore. If you like quiet this is the place. The KOA is okay and still recovering from the devastating hurricane Ian in 2022. Missing campsite tables and patio furniture. The pool and clubhouses are restored and accessible.

Staff and facilities were excellent. However, the bug problem made my stay miserable. I don’t know how you could get rid of the biting midges (no see ums). I realize that you don’t have control of the insect problem, but this is why I would not recommend this resort. The pool and the hot tub were wonderful, but I had over 100 bites on my arms and legs.

Brenda was awesome with our check in. We weren't happy with our assigned site, so she changed our site to a much more suitable site. Brenda and the other woman were super nice. It's too bad that there aren't any pull through sites. I would have given it a 5 if there were.

We loved the area and the campground. It was great. The only reason I did not give it the highest ranking is that we felt like there was a bit of a communication issue. Our site was missing a table that we had to call for and there was no hot water in bath house #3, which they knew about, but did not post signs or anything.

Friendly staff!!! Wonderful over the top unexpected New Years welcome party. Pool is warm and hot tub is hot! Washrooms and showers are brand new and clean. Some cement pads are in rough shape but they plan to redo them which takes time. Need more picnic tables since many lost in hurricane. Coming back in March and looking forward to it!

Have enjoyed every stay there since 2010 disappointment this year were no picnic tables available. We were told they were on backorder two days after we got there someone else comes in and they get a picnic table within 15 minutes. We still had none a camper left their trash outand two days later it was still sitting there. I know there’s no trash pick up, but your workers went by it several tim

Am 31.12.24 und 01.01.25 konnte im Badehaus 3 nur kalt geduscht werden. Sehr unangenehm. Ansonsten ein sehr idyllischer Platz. Pine Island als Insel, bietet ausschließlich Ruhe, wenig Sehenswertes.

Very quiet and clean campground. Everyone was friendly. Although remnants of the damage caused by Ian they are well on their way to a complete recovery.

Ein ganz toller Platz mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Trotz Hurrikan Schäden Ist alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Eine absolute Empfehlung.

A very nice stay, with the area and campground are still recovering (and will for quite some time) from recent hurricanes, the staff were very accomodating and friendly. We asked to change sites to one with a picnic table and they brought us a firepit upon request...no issue. The campground, pool, and bathrooms were very clean, the game room was a nice break on a windy and rainy afternoon.

Paid $150.00 per night. Very high cost for a KOA campground and we expected a high quality KOA. When we got to our patio site we saw a large pile of old wood & ashes on the pavers. No picnic table was available on our site. Called office & was assured by Brenda we would get table the next day & ashes would be cleaned up. Neither was done. Worst KOA we have stayed in. Will not be back!!

Very nice park but traffic made it difficult to get on or off the island (sometimes too long a wait). Not enough to do on the island. Lacking restaurants also.

It’s a super nice place… but - when we checked in, we were assigned a campsite on the far end of the campground from the office, pool, laundry, etc. We set up camp. Then realized that the bathroom near us had no hot water and the laundry was not working. The person at the office should have told us, and offered us a closer spot to amenities (it was not crowded).

When we checked in, we were told there was no fire pit. When we placed our order online, it said $120/per night. Back in 50/30/20 amps, full hook ups, patio, premium site. The amenities listed were patio, hard surface patio and fire pit. The manager made it sound like she was doing us a favor by throwing a fire pit at no charge. Might want to check your website. Lonny was very friendly and helpfu.
