We like staying here because it is a convenient stop for us on our way home from Florida. It has easy access off the highway and into the campground. Sites are roomy and flat. The people are also very friendly.

Nice place but site 37 was not level and caused us issues with our leveling system. Also the garbage had not been emptied and the cans were full when we arrived on 3/28 and still full 3/30. Bathhouse was closed but that was not an issue for our stay. I feel they need a stand alone manager with no responsibilities at the hotel, just the KOA.

RESTROOMS WERE OUT OF ORDER. SITES WERE OUT OF LEVEL BY 4 TO 6 INCHES SIDE TO SIDE. CONCRETE PADS ARE TOO SMALL.

Site was only slightly unlevel. No bathroom or showers available. We are self contained and did not have an issue, but there other campers that would have used them. We will probably use this site again. Thanks

We were returning home and we stay at the Flatwoods KOA as a midway point of our return trip. Convenient. Easy access.

Checking not satisfactory. Waited few minutes because no one at desk. Called out and some one came out and motioned for quiet as she was on cell phone. Cell phone continued on in foreign language. Checked us in No instructions. Pointed out site on map. Didn't oferr any other info. Didn't mention that no bathroom facilities available. Certainly not the KOA welcome that we are accustome

Flat woods is a great spot to stop! Quiet but very close to interstate. The restrooms and showers were not in service and no discount was offered.

This is our usual mid trip stopover and for the first time we were quite disappointed. The site still had garbage from previous renters and used foil on the bbq. There had been no clean up prior to our arrival nor did they come while we were there. We will consider another location if the lack of maintenance continues

Very unlevel, narrow site. Was completely wet because of leaking tap. Very narrow roads with large ruts and potholes. We paid $91CAD, way too much for one night. Campground was with a hotel that served a free continental breakfast, but they still wanted an additional $10/person for campers.

The pavilion was closed so only option to use restrooms (outside of camper) was at hotel. Facility was clean and quiet. No major complaints. Thanks.

It’s a really nice place but unfortunately the activity room where laundry is and showers are had a burst pipe and were closed. Travis the nite manager however offered us a room at days inn hotel portion to shower and do our wash if necessary. I thought that was very good of him since we did stay 3 nites and paid full price!

It's nice for a stop over, I wouldn't want to stay for an extended period of time. The property was clean and well maintained. The dog park is a little weak. The scenery is gorgeous and plenty of wildlife to see.Within walking distance to an Antique shop and a few fast food restaurants. Unfortunately, they had a water pipe burst so the showers/laundry weren't available but that's life, no biggie.

A pulse that we could use the pool at the hotel. Staff pleasant and accommodating. Issue with water and staff took care of it immediately. I was pleased with the customer service to solve issue.

We weren’t told until we arrived that the bath house had no water due to a leak. We have a square drop trailer that only has water outside. It was 28 degrees outside. They have a hotel partner and would have appreciated them offering us a place to shower at least. We paid $65 for a campground with no facilities we could use. We booked this campground specifically for the facilities.

While it’s a fairly small park, it was laid out nicely. We enjoyed our two nights stay in a natural, picturesque setting.

I frequently use Flatwoods KOA as a stopover place when traveling to the northeast, something I do once or twice a year for about a decade. They consistently have super nice people at check-in, a very clean and tidy campground, and excellent high speed wifi so I can work from my cozy camper.

We have stayed here many times. We usually stay 2-3 days at most. This campground has easy access from I-64. It is easy to enter the campground and get to the assigned site. In the past two years we have noticed the campground has suffered from neglect. We will still stay there BUT it needs more TLC.

The campground was clean, we had easy access to our campsite. We enjoyed a morning at the hotel in the indoor pool with our niece and children. The desk clerk us wonderful.

Reservation and check in very smooth, staff friendly & efficient. Campground and restrooms clean. We went to the restaurant to have dinner and left hungry and disappointed. After sitting at the bar and being ignored for a long while I retrieved our own menus. I then noted the time, waited TEN minutes more then advised the front desk of our problem and had a wonderful dinner elsewhere.

Beautiful campground, very quiet. Brian was very helpful and delivered wood to our site. Saw a couple deer. Only bad thing was the fire pit was full of trash.

This was a fantastic overnight stop on our way home. Very friendly staff and clean facilities. Very close to interstate I-79, but we could not hear the traffic at all.

Your campground could use some lighting, when arriving very hard to see signs and roads. Your WI-FI was terrific.

Very interesting campground. You check in at the Days Inn. Very helpful staff. The firewood bin was empty and the very nice man at the desk said he would find the key and deliver the wood or refund us. He delivered the wood. My only complaint was the sites are very very unlevel!

Nice location right off the interstate! We stayed one night while traveling home. Our campsite had no trees for shade. I didn't check out the whole park, so maybe some of the other sites had trees. Check in was at the Days Inn next door. I went to the front desk to check in and my husband went to get a pool key. We both noted that the staff was not friendly at all. Overall, it was a good campground and we would stay again.

We stayed overnight in a pull thru site on 4/30/26. You have to register at the Hotel before you go down into the campground. The sites are nice with a decent amount of room. Most of the sites look pretty level. The campground is pretty hilly. We stayed at site 66. It is nice and dark at night. The internet service was real good. The Hotel is affiliated with the campground, so the indoor and outdoor pools are available to use as is the fitness center. There is a restaurant in the Hotel also. There are hiking trails onsite and also an auditorium.
