Site was horribly uneven. Could not level our coach properly and the first step up to our coach from the ground was at least an 18” high step. The other sites seemed better, but I guess we just drew the short straw

Very disappointed in facilities or lack of them. No firewood and no staff available other than hotel staff who weren’t very helpful. Have been to other KOA Journeys that were far better.

Because of the shared check-in process with the Days Inn, we waited 20 mins in line. The web site said the camp was totally booked but we decided to check anyhow since we were driving by. Another camper waiting had a site that was too small so the clerk did some juggling and cleared a site for him in a closed for winter area. He then gave us their site which we were very thankful for.

We were with you for a quick overnight stay. The facilities were nice and clean. The pull through site was easy to manage. The fenced in K9 Kamp was too small for our dog to run in, but we managed.

About the same as last year. Park is decent, staff is friendly but the campground continues to deteriorate. Roads need to be resurfaced, sites leveled, etc.

We spent a week at Flatwoods KOA and enjoyed it. Road noise was minimal as there were plenty of trees between us and interstate. The roads are narrow but plenty wide enough for our 37 foot fifth wheel. My only issue is that they had 1 washer and dryer which is a little inconvenient since many KOA's we've stayed at have 4 or 5 of each.

We just stayed one night, but the campground is beautiful! We loved the "full" hookups, makes things so much easier. We will definitely be back!

The campground is nice. I wanted clean bathrooms and showers and I got those. Can’t recommend you though because the experience with the Days Inn was awful. Like, wow. Also I emailed you Saturday night for safety concerns discussed with the Days Inn and haven’t yet heard back from you. I would assume someone checks emails there through the weekend.

Site extremely unlevel. Nice enough for a stop overnight at the end of a long day. Would be nice if you could be told before arrival that you have to check in at the Days Inn. Clerk made me feel like it was a burden to check us in.

Bathroom and showers ver very clean but very hot. Camp site was nice. Dog park was small but clean. Wi-Fi was terrible.

We had a great site actually up a hill in a lovely treed location. Check in was easy and KOA was directly off the main road but felt secluded when you reached the campground.

Far Far away from the interstate! Quiet with a nice stream, however sound carry's and kids having a great time can be heard from afar.

EZ check in at Days Inn, room to navigate our 43’ RV/toad. Relaxing setting in park, nice pull thru site, roads, little leveling needed. Great stop off highway. As always, study your GPS or map prior to arriving. L @ end of exit, subsequent R, L, R & R to check in not confusing when prepped. Avail buffet breakfast at min cost a plus to start next day. Staff friendly and kind. Will stay again.

Access road is narrow and steep but drivable. Sites were decently spaced but not level, every site in our area had to use multiple blocks to get near level. Quiet, open and sunny sites. No cable TV or bathrooms in our area.

We made a 1 night stop over traveling north. It was a very nice campground quiet and the site was decent. Not level but nice. I will stay here again very easy off and on highway.

Probably the most unique KOA, but a great place to stay! Only wish they had stickers to commemorate our stay there!

Fortunately there were spaces with adequate wifi signal open to move to on day 2 of our two night stay. Note to others: avoid the 40s: poor wifi. 20s good. Otherwise a pretty, well-maintained site. Bathhouse clean, but ladies facilities had only 2 shower stalls, poorly lit and constructed to accommodate very tall men. Appreciated access to an indoor pool, although we did not use it.

Check-in process was confusing because someone had parked in our assigned spot. But the location was quiet, spacious and peaceful. Roads are curvy and steep but the paved road is easy to drive. We would stay here again Gave it a 4 due to the issue with assigned spots. Manager was easy to work with.

Your pull threw sites need to be brought up to a more level surface from side to side. I had to add 4” blocks to my right side. KOA advertises level sites in their adds. All it takes is some gravel and raking skills. Great park, keep up the great work and level your sites .

This park was clean and well-maintained and very pretty, nestled in a lovely wooded setting. The park is on a hillside and coming down from our spot to the exit was the steepest grade we've ever faced during our travels. It was rather scary, since the ground was wet. The spots all tend to slant down in the front, some more than others.

This place is gorgeous. Very clean and well maintained. It was so nice to walk to water and woods restaurant and the food there was good. Would definitely recommend

This is a smallish RV Park in proximity to a Days Inn, and an Amphitheater. The full hookup pull through gravel sites are off asphalt access roads, and mostly level. The convenient hookups are modern, and functioned properly. No cable tv, 3 OTA stations (PBS), and a big sky for satellite, their included WiFi was mostly okay, but did not always provide a reliable signal - Verizon cell service is good. Not much of a destination, it is a good overnight - check in at the Motel, and travel down the hill to your site. Good clean bathrooms, and free ice - bonus.
