This KOA was very clean and well maintained. There was a great view of the mountains from our porch as well which was a plus!

The staff was top notch. Thank you for your kindness. No pancake breakfast due to staff shortage which is totally understandable in this day and time. I did get over 30 bites from a recluse spider. Was told to tell you so you could spray. I am tending to the bites appropriately. This KOA was clean. There was always a staff member in sight and always available and kind. hard working too. TY

Cute and pleasant, close proximity to neighbors. Friendly staff, convenient. Thin walls in small cabins. Not far to shower and rest rooms. Water pressure is VERY weak and disappointing for showers. Parking is super-limited and tight. Handy little store. Wifi and electric. Cabins SO HOT inside during first part of night. Used for budget accommodations vs hotel so pretty much as expected.

The Cabin was what we are accustomed to. A full bed and twin bunks. The bath house was very clean. Staff worked all day keeping things nice. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great park. Hope to get back Soon! Rating staff from 1 - 10, I will go 15. Super friendly and helpful especially in getting timed tickets to Rocky Mtn Ntl Park. Stayed in a cabin which was super. Can't go wrong here. 5 star all the way.

We rented a deluxe cabin + two other smaller basic cabins. They were very comfortable. The grounds were very clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. This is one of the best KOAs we've stayed in out west so far. The one thing missing is a pool. They do have a kids' playground for families. Convenient location with walking trails that go for miles. If you are a walker, you could walk to town.

Our deluxe cabin wasn't just adorable, it was comfortable! The value was incredible--to find an equivalent hotel room would have cost an outrageous amount. Not to mention that no hotel room would have detached walls, or our own porch swing, grill, and picnic table with a view. The staff was so helpful, and the texts were useful. We loved it.

We arrived late but everything was ready for us. The next morning I found the staff to be very friendly.. We had a great time exploring Rocky Mountain National Park. And we had a very relaxing evening when we came back.

It was a great stay. Everything was very clean and well kept. We really enjoyed ourselves. Wouldn’t mind a window unit in the camping cabin or a fan to put in the window. We went and bought one. Usually a tent camper and they get warm, but they don’t stay as warm into the night.

Loved the friendly staff and the location that was so convenient to Estes and Rocky Mountain National Park. The playground and other play spaces were perfect for our kids. Great stay!

The bathroom was set up great - never had any issue having to wait for someone to finish before I could shower or use the restroom. You probably don’t need air conditioning for much of the year, but our cabin did feel pretty warm overnight. We had a great time overall!

Property well maintained. Cabin was clean. What I liked the most was the set up for the fire ring. Wished we would have thought enough to ask for firewood! Would definitely go back. Wasn't able to stay long enough to enjoy all the amenities they have to offer.

We stayed at T17. There are horses right next door and when the wind shifts you get blasted with their lovely smell. Other than that camp was clean and staff was friendly. After BLM and primitive National Park camping for 2 days it was nice to have warm showers and electricity. The sites are small and cramped, but it's KOA camping. If you want private there's plenty of wide open space in the National Parks and BLM lands where you can also pack out your poop. Sometimes you trade privacy for flushing toilets and warm showers so don't let the negative reviews on it being cramped sway your decisions. If you're looking for a place to clean up, recharge devices and enjoy a warm shower this place is perfect.

Great place and great people running it. The place is very clean and well maintained . They have everything you need in the Deluxe Cabins with full size fridge and great views out of this world .

The most tightly packed spaces of any KOA site we stayed in. Fantastic wi-fi coverage for a change. The shop is small and does not stay open late. If you're European, it's a nice walk into town along the edge of Estes Lake, where you might encounter an elk or two.
