Great upgrades to restrooms. Very happy with new full size mattress. PLEASE upgrade the twins, too! Way too much road noise in front cabins. Did not like #4 right next to pile of lumber, garden shed, and dumpsters.

Estes Park is a magnificent little town and this KOA leaves you wanting for nothing..Very clean...Very friendly and helpful staff and just an all around GREAT atmosphere.The views are phenomenal. I will definitely be back.

Thank you for running a clean & organised campground! The recycle option is an awesome touch. We had a relaxing stay. Enjoyed the various service of the friendly & knowledgeable staff! There were fun events for kids & kids-at-heart as well.

I really enjoyed my stay. The communication system this KOA property used was top notch and encourage other KOAs to implement. I also value supporting the faith based owners and a company like KOA that has not gone woke.

A well ran park. Clean everywhere, laundry and dishwashing facilities. Bathrooms spotless and a great location!

It was very good KOA. Thing I would Improve would be the bathroom doors, they were falling off the hinge and difficult to close. The screens on the back window of. Our KOA was not very secure and if bug season was in full swing it would have been miserable. The staff was very good, nice,informative and prompt. No problems there

I rented DC’s 7,6&5 for 7,7&4 nights respectively. Cabins were clean, well organized and well equipped. The patios were very nice and had all the patio amenities one needs. Activities excellent. Playground and equipment could use some TLC and replacing. Water pressure at cabins was poor. Water stopped completely while I was showering. Wi-Fi weak at cabins. Great campground. Staff very friendly and helpful. Cabin porch swing creaked loudly when swinging; I called the office and 5 minutes later a guy showed up with a can of WD-40 and fixed it. Probably the most affordable and best place to stay in Estes Park for the money. Great view of Longs peak. We have stayed at EPKOA a dozen times.

Everything was good except a lady that was working during the evening was pretty rude when we requested more towels because we were staying a week and had run out. We didnt know we had to only get them in the morning when house keeping was there. She could have explained it nicer to us instead of biting my huabands head off and acting real rude and snotty

This is our 2nd time at the KOA and it was amazing the owners do so many things right. From recycling to making sure the bears are safe to the pancake breakfast to their staff to the clean grounds. If you haven’t Stayed at the KOA the cabins are pretty simple, it was a great way for our family to get the camping experience with a bed to sleep in! We will definitely be back!

The staff was great. You needed something they would help you out. The train for all the kids is a big highlight. That’s all the kids would talk about. Very nice and clean place to stay at.

We had a wonderful time at the Holiday KOA. We have two teenagers and they had fun riding the bucket train, watching karaoke, and at the pancake breakfast. The facilities are very clean and the staff are really friendly.

We love Estes KOA! We were disappointed that the breakfast was closed, but understand the predicament the staff was in due to the COVID outbreak. I booked two cabins with hopes they could have been side by side. We were all the way across the campground from our other party, even though the two cabins right next to us were available. Please consider that when one person books multiple cabins.

This was our third stay at Estes KOA this summer and each time we’ve had a fantastic experience, hence why we keep coming back. The staff is so friendly and attentive to any and every need. The camp is very clean, well stocked, and a perfect landing spot for a weekend in RMNP. Hoping to be back a few more times before winter comes!

We stayed at T17. There are horses right next door and when the wind shifts you get blasted with their lovely smell. Other than that camp was clean and staff was friendly. After BLM and primitive National Park camping for 2 days it was nice to have warm showers and electricity. The sites are small and cramped, but it's KOA camping. If you want private there's plenty of wide open space in the National Parks and BLM lands where you can also pack out your poop. Sometimes you trade privacy for flushing toilets and warm showers so don't let the negative reviews on it being cramped sway your decisions. If you're looking for a place to clean up, recharge devices and enjoy a warm shower this place is perfect.

Great place and great people running it. The place is very clean and well maintained . They have everything you need in the Deluxe Cabins with full size fridge and great views out of this world .

The most tightly packed spaces of any KOA site we stayed in. Fantastic wi-fi coverage for a change. The shop is small and does not stay open late. If you're European, it's a nice walk into town along the edge of Estes Lake, where you might encounter an elk or two.
