We were at RV sight 13 for 2 nights. It was excellent! But, knowing the Queries, I would not expect anything differently. They truly enjoy making people feel welcome & go above & beyond to make your stay awesome. They did not disappoint! We have already booked our stay for next June for 1 week & are renting 2 cabins to bring our sons & families along! 30' 5th wheel. Plenty of room! 1

Camping cabin was very clean. Showers were a little small and I would prefer to have a solid door on them, but overall it was very good and suitable for our needs. The bugling elk were a welcome surprise, and the campground hosts was very accommodating. I really appreciate the owners taking a stand for the family and not allowing marijuana usage on the site.

Sites are small. Could not park truck at campsite which was a big negative. Instead parked 50 yards away. Clean campground with friendly staff. Looks like a good place for family fun.

Great location. Facilities are well kept. Just a bit too crowded with rvs packed in….streets and sites are narrow.

Beautiful and convenient to all things wonderful in Estes Park! Staff went way beyond to make our stay a great time- very accommodating to every need and request. Clean showers and bathrooms and love that they have recycling! : )

Great campsite in a terrific location. Extremely clean and well maintained facilities. Will definitely return. Unfortunately I had to cut my trip short by a day due to illness.

Convenient to Estes Park & Rocky Mountain National Park - gorgeous views! Very friendly staff!! Sites were very close & no parking for vehicles next to rv. However, I would definitely stay there again!!

This is by far our favorite KOA to stay at, the staff is excellent, the cabins and accommodations are well kept, and they always have activities on the weekends for the kids like pancake breakfast, etc. We make at least one trip out each year to visit!!! Thanks again for the great trip and family memories.

LOVE staying at this KOA!!!! I am a return customer, and will be back!!! I actually was looking for an RV site for there in October, but unfortunately there is nothing available!!1 The only issue I had this trip was the bed in Kabin 2 makes a HORRIBLE sound every time you move. Perhaps need to look into this.

Clean, well-kempt, and friendly staff. The laundry room with sink to do your dishes was a nice feature. Easy access to walking path around Lake Estes. There is a well stocked outdoor supply store across the street.

Our stay was great! This our first year with an RV and our 5th trip. This park met all of our requirements for cleanliness, mechanical items and landscaping. There were two dog areas, a covered patio for a pancake breakfast, kid play areas and a well stocked typical KOA store. It was especially appreciated that the guys made regular rounds on the golf carts to check it and say hi.

It was a good time and enjoyed the park- the had everything you need and it was very clean and well kept. It was awesome to see the native wildlife- elk crossing right in front of the cabin!! Nice walking trail right across the road - beautiful morning walks. My only negative is I was right next to the highway and it was noisy at night. I will know to request another cabin next time �

All the facilities that we used, laundry room, a place to do dishes, bathroom and shower room, the gift shop and staff were excellent. It is a KOA that a traveler will remember.

Stay was fine. I like the location but the spaces are way too small and very limited parking. Had a full hook up site and it was fine. Cable didn’t work. Bathrooms are down the hill if you have a site up top and couldn’t use them because of that. Sites so small you cant have your awning out. If it wasn’t for the location we wouldn’t come back.

We stayed at T17. There are horses right next door and when the wind shifts you get blasted with their lovely smell. Other than that camp was clean and staff was friendly. After BLM and primitive National Park camping for 2 days it was nice to have warm showers and electricity. The sites are small and cramped, but it's KOA camping. If you want private there's plenty of wide open space in the National Parks and BLM lands where you can also pack out your poop. Sometimes you trade privacy for flushing toilets and warm showers so don't let the negative reviews on it being cramped sway your decisions. If you're looking for a place to clean up, recharge devices and enjoy a warm shower this place is perfect.

Great place and great people running it. The place is very clean and well maintained . They have everything you need in the Deluxe Cabins with full size fridge and great views out of this world .

The most tightly packed spaces of any KOA site we stayed in. Fantastic wi-fi coverage for a change. The shop is small and does not stay open late. If you're European, it's a nice walk into town along the edge of Estes Lake, where you might encounter an elk or two.
