Cleaner than 90% of motels rooms. Quite and refreshing. Drawbacks I would change: firmer mattresses and replace child size toilets with adult versions. Overall, cabins are charming and the way to go!

KOA Elizabethtown/Hershey is our favorite campground and one of the highest rated KOA's in the country. I admit I was a little concerned about the ownership change this season, but the new owners were able to actually improve on an already near-perfect camping experience. The sites are spacious and the grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

The staff was friendly and very helpful as this was the first time staying at a KOA campground. The site and bath houses were clean. This campground had some extra activities for the kids. We enjoyed our stay.

our stay was great! I would suggest putting the Halloween activities on your website, we didn't know these things were happening until we were there. We ended up leaving a day early due to bad weather but overall this was an amazing stay and we will be back!

Thanks for a pleasant stay. We were able to get a site close to my cousin who was also enjoying her stay at your campground. While camping we spent 2 days at Hershey Park and visted Tröegs Independent Brewery.

It was a quick weekend for us. A very friendly and nice campground. I would stay there again. So many activities to do.

Both daughters cabins had issues either with heat or bath fan. Staff was responsive but no fixes during stay. Some of the craft type activities felt cheap compared to last year. Mini pumpkins, tiny ceramic. Gifts for winning contests seemed cheap. We know everything is more expensive today and our family is grateful but we did notice a difference. Our rv spot was great with plenty of space.

I'm sorry things felt "cheap" to you. We try not to charge for crafts as things get more expensive, we have gone with smaller items so we don't have to charge. Thanks for your input.

First of all the office staff and campground staff were all friendly and helpful whenever interacting with them. The campsites and grounds were meticulously well maintained.

The office staff is exceptional. We had a problem with our slide going in when we were leaving. The woman in the offfice said dont worry about staying a little over checkout while we waited for the RV repair truck.

Everything was great except the mattress in the cabin. They were horrible. We went and bought pad for them and it still didnt make much difference. Those bed are the only reason that would keep us from coming back.

Even though it was after the summer season and pool was closed, had a great time! Staff was the BEST and they had lots of activity options. The campground looked AWESOME, bath houses clean, heated and plenty of hot water. WIFY decent. One if it not our favorite camps! They just better make sure they have sites available whenever we need one!�

Great campground that was festive (Halloween decorations) and with super friendly staff. Everything a camper needs was easily accessible and clean. Well organized with useful signage. Well done KOA,!

The cabin we stayed in was very nice for a notch above rustic cabin. It was nice to have a fridge, heat, AC and television. Being right across the street from the bathroom was a plus. I spoke to people about how we liked it, when they complained about the drive home from the Hershey event we were there for. The staff was great, friendly and helpful.

Elizabethtown is one of our favorite KOA’s! The staff are friendly and helpful. The facilities are always clean and well taken care of. There are many interesting places to visit in the area. The only downside is the slow traffic trying to get there. We will be back!

The campground was beautiful. We were pleased with its proximity to Hershey Park - we spent 2 days there. We used the pools and playground but didn't have time to try the mini-golf. Our only complaint was that there was no air conditioning in the loft sleeping area of the cabin, so my granddaughters couldn't sleep up there.

Very friendly staff. The park was extremely clean. We arrived the first weekend of October and the park was well decorated for Halloween. The sites look brand new and level. One of the nicest, cleanest campgrounds we’ve been to. 10/10 can’t wait to come back.!

A high quality campground but a little pricey.

I'm sorry you felt it was pricey, however you made the reservation online and knew the price when you booked it. I'm sure you could have stayed at a different/cheaper campground, as there are many in the area.

From the moment we drove into the campground we were amazed. The campground is so clean and well kept, the Halloween decorations made it so fun and the staff from the moment we walked into the office/store were always friendly and accommodating to every visitor. They were by far the friendliest camp staff we have EVER EVER encountered in over 20 years of camping. We can’t say enough great stuff!

Very clean, friendly and helpful staff. Good sized spots, though I felt that the neighboring spots fire pit was kind of close to our camper but caused no issues. Bike track was not in good shape, unfortunately that was one of the things my son was looking forward too. Also no Halloween stuff first weekend of October but that was my fault for not checking.

The customer service was great and everyone we talked to was very friendly and helpful! Our site was nicely maintained as well. If I had anything to comment on, it would be the bathroom/shower facilities. They were a bit dirty and had a lot of bugs. However, I know this is a campground, so I wasn’t expecting sparkly clean bathrooms anyways. Overall, a very pleasant stay!

Campground was beautiful and well maintained. Sites were of ample size for our Class C and tow car. This campground is full of amenities and is well worth the stay if you are in the area. We used it as a launching point to explore the Amish towns.

Elizabethtown/Hershey KOA was our 217th stop, and we stayed for 5 nights. Booking online was seamless, and check-in was quick and friendly, complete with a golf cart escort to our site. The main road to the office is paved, transitioning into a mix of dirt and gravel throughout the park - a little messy after a rain. We booked one of their many patio sites, which featured a brand-new grill and nice outdoor furniture. The upper part of the park has nicely terraced, long sites, and our rig leveled quickly. The office, laundry, rec center, and two good-sized pools are all in good shape. Families will find plenty of fun activities here (especially on the weekends), and there is a nice pond on-site. Areas for improvement: The park needs some weeding, as weeds are starting to take over the landscaping, playground, common areas, and tent sites. Additionally, a few of the pet waste stations were out of bags during our stay. Good to know: If you are sensitive to farm smells (when the wind blows just right) or occasional airport flight path noise, this might not be the spot for you. But if you want a nice, family-friendly campground with excellent streaming connectivity away from the masses, this is a good choice! Overall, would rate a 4.5 out of 5.0. Connectivity (2:45 pm):T-Mobile 617 down/19.9 up; Verizon 273 down/4.12 up; Park WiFi 92.6 down/94.0 up.
