nice place but the four person limit on visitors to the camp site is why I rated it in the mid range ,my niece has a family of 5 what is she suppose to do leave one of her children at home? My wife and I come to this area at least once a year if not more ,first time at KOA, ill go back to pinch pond camp ground.

Unfortunately,due to persistent visitor problems we have been forced to tighten our visitor rules. That said,we will allow some exceptions such as in your case,to keep a family together,had we been asked.We are good friends with the owners of Pinch Pond and are delighted that you will patronize them

Our family had a wonderful time. It was very calm and friendly, the other campers were nice families. There were so many fun things to do here too. We loved the s'mores, mini golf, the pool and oversized games. We will definitely be back!

The campsite was very clean. Well taken care of and the bathhouses were exalt.

This is only our 3rd year camping so this is our first KOA and I loved everything. Our son is 17 but I still loved all that you had for kids to do.

We were there in a group and had a great time! They put us pretty close together and the RV sites had a nice green area between them to hang out. Nice pool, mini golf, game room, and shop. There is a lot to do in the area, so we will definitely becoming back again.

Right from the second you arrive and read the welcome signs and decorations along the driveway you just know it is going to be great and yes, it is great! The staff is extremely friendly and outgoing. All of the details throughout the park are awesome.

The prices of the cabin rentals are way too high for what you get. The beds are uncomfortable and you have to bring your own lines. We did not sleep well and left a night early.

We did tent camping which was a very comfortable setup. We had a great stay, wonderful amenities and terrific staff. My 12 yo son cannot wait to come back. Especially wonderful staff were: Karen at the front desk. Thank you to all!

Very nice layout, large sites, beautiful landscaping, well maintained park, & larger than most K9 park. It is obvious this KOA park is well cared for. Top notch!

Had a last minute change of plans and this place checked all the boxes! Great cabin, clean and ready to go! The store offered a great array of things any camper would need as well!

The park was clean, most of the ground staff where very unfriendly. They seem to pick and choose policy by who you are not by the policy . I felt once I brought up a concern over interpretation of a policy. I then became under the microscope. I would just warn people to be careful.

CAMPGROUND RESPONSE / COMMENTS:

It was a simple request,to follow a simple rule that is on the confirmation and cabin agreement.It was very clear and did not need interpretation.There was no reason for you to blow up like you did. We wish you happy camping wherever it takes you, but we agree, it won't be here again.

From the moment we pulled up to the end of our stay we enjoyed the stay and the staff took us to the site and help where our sewage stopped at . Site are leveled and plenty of room from our neighbors. Trash pick up was great to have even if they were short handed . Pool and restroom were clean . Thank you all.

The campground was very clear, well taken care of. All of the employees are very helpful and friendly, especially when it came to giving directions to guests like us who are from out of town. This campground was recommended us by another happy camper and I would recommend this campground to others.

This was our first time staying at a KOA. The park’s facilities were nice and clean. All of the staff members were very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I would stay here again.

Excellent as usual although some cabin renters need to be reminded not to walk through occupied campsites on their way to the restrooms.

A delightful campground to stay at. The grounds are well kept. Staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcomed during your stay. Love to fish at the catch & release pond. Location is close to day trips to visit areas in Lancaster County.

Long large FHU pull through and back-in gravel sites with large lawns on most and some sites even have cement patios. Well maintained park, dog park, playground, mini golf (in excellent condition), pool (not open yet), propane filling station, 4 bath houses, 3 laundry rooms, over 20 cabins and lodges. Store has rv items, gifts etc. Staff is Awesome.
