The park was in need of someone who has an eye for detail. Lots of things need attention. Weeds, ankle twisting rocks on sidewalks, broken or over worn ground dividers, misc items in pool area such as ope semi empty chemical bottles and tools. The place just needs a supervisor who will step up. The on site staff was outstanding. We were in a 45' coach with a toad and the drive around was goo

Looks like they are trying to make improvements but it’s surrounded by mobile homes some not so appealing just wasn’t what we expected! Pool was closed ! Two teenagers walking around made my husband nervous to leave our stuff outside seemed like they enjoyed getting into stuff even climbe fence and jumped in pool which showed they didn’t care about the rules! We only stayed one night, but the site was clean and the staff was friendly. The cable wasn't working, but we don't watch much TV on the road. The dog park was clean.

I have stayed there several times and thought it was good. On this last stay I got charged full price for a site but was very disappointed. There was no cable, no pool, terrible wifi, and the trash containers were locked up. The laundry room had 4 machines that didn’t even work. It sucks paying $85 a night and not getting what you paid for. It cost just as much for a hotel as it does a rv spot

Park needs a little TLC … but overall it was pretty good. Unused tennis court/basketball could be repainted to accommodate three sports including Pickleball …. which I believe you would find to be a significant draw to the RV park.

We throughly enjoyed our stay . Grounds were very nice. The conveniences . Good WiFi . The parking was good . So yes we were more than happy. Thanks for a nice stay.

This campground feels like it's given up The pool was closed the entire week we were there... In JUNE! The activities yurt appears to be closed for good and the office said there are no activities. Lots of full time residents. Our kids got yelled at for "straining" the playground equipment. It's metal and there is nothing to possibly strain. Fine for an overnight, but that's about it.

It was a place to pull over for the night. The pull thru was very tight and right on top of our neighbor. It was raining and we had to set up in huge puddles. Grass was very high!

The staff was nice but did not like campground! All sites were unlevel (park is on hill) & no cable with very weak WiFi. Glad we only stayed 1 night.

We were automatically "upgraded" to an RV site instead of a camp site, as we requested. We only brought tents, so that didn't work for us. Luckily, we were able to move back to a tent site. The restrooms were out of TP and the camp store closed as we were trying to inform them. There was no fire pit.

Very friendly staff, immaculately clean restrooms/showers. Looked like they may have been redone since we were there 2 yrs ago. Pool not open due to heavy rains and still getting it prepped for swim season and cable was out, but those are out of their control. Great place for a single night, staff moved us to a spot where I could leave our 38' travel trailer & truck connected for easy dept in

The staff was very nice and helpful. The pool was closed due to weather not allowing the paint to cure. They advertised cable. The cable wires were there but did not work and they said there was no cable. Please delete off your website if it will not be offered. Otherwise, It was a quiet place off the interstate and clean.

We requested a different site because the assigned site was full of water and we feared of getting stuck. The host was not wanting us to change until we insisted.

Douglas is a typical KOA with all the basic services. However, the WiFi was extremely weak and slow - it was so bad I couldn't get my Wineguard WiFi extender to connect to it. Most RVers today rely on WiFi so it would improve the experience at Douglas to upgrade the system.

The site I was assigned had no water on the site that I could find. I asked for a site close to the dog park I was placed 75 yard away when there were sites closer. First time to stay at a KOA that was bad.

Clean bathrooms, friendly staff. Sites are close together, with no trees. Good enough for passing through or a one-night stay. Had a full hook up site.

What has changed? I’ve NEVER stayed in a KOA. Like this. And I’ve stayed in THIS KOA before. GRASS in the area had not been mowed since WHEN?!? It was literally 8 inches tall! And NOT being able to deposit our trash in The individual campsite trash boxes was RIDICULOUS! They ALL WERE LITERALLY zip-tied shut with signs saying if someone puts trash in them they’d be charged $20!!! Very very di

Feel like it’s under new management. Place is overgrown and needs mowed. Big change since the last time we were there. Trash collection was locked with unfriendly signs on them. I did notice that it was not near capacity. People are camping elsewhere.

It was quiet and staff was friendly. Bathroom was spotless and my cabin had to be one of the cleanest cabins I have ever used. The 2 propane grills in the tent area did not work but did not notice until after the office closed. The pool was being worked on, but it is early in the season and I didn't really care. Was a little concerned b/c of proximity to some run down mobile homes but no issue

Best Employees,owner and guest, respectful, peaceful, quiet,and beautiful place and location very clean,and the service is unbelievable Jeff is on it no matter what time of day or night it is..His the best his employees Dana and the girls are very helpful and friendly and not forgetting beautiful in and out....on the lowest temperatures we had frozen pipes, truck and ect and Jeff was here after hours to take us to town bringing us cases of water,propane always willing to help in any wa!!!
