The stay was ok but the our experience w/ communication w/ staff wasn’t great. They sent a text the day prior stating if we have questions to text back. We did & never got a reply. Then the day of I called 6 times (from 9:17a-12p) and no one answered/returned my call. There was construction on the roads in town and we needed directions. When we arrived the older lady said, oh sorry. Frustrating.

We loved the workers at this KOA. We were in a spot with no trees so that wasn’t good and some of the full time people staying there were not friendly.

It was a beautiful campground. Staff was friendly and helpful! They had so many amenities. Fun activities planned. The bathrooms were so clean and conveniently located throughout the campground. We will always stay here when camping in Door County! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We love the KOA camp grounds. What we didn’t like was. The laundry area was NOT CLEAN AT ALL also no sink to wash the table off it was very dirty and no chairs to set on as you are wanting for your laundry to get done. But yes we would stay at your camp grounds again.

Hello The people were great ! Site was terrible. By the time everyone settle in there were 4 campers in a little area . Everyone said the same thing . One couple had laundry hanging up on a cloths line running from the telephone pole to their camper door . Lost our picnic table to another couple . Couldn't wait to leave . No internet !!

The site was very unlevel. We were sitting on a hill. Water spicket handle was broke. Fire pits are soo big in height you could not see your fire.

Checked out few days early,(left on a Thursday) but they did not check us out till Sunday. This is the first KOA not to refund my money when we had an early checkout. We called them, after they opened that morning, to let them know we had to leave early and the person on the phone was not the nicest and said ok, but did not make any notes in their system, so I paid for a few days I was not there.

Nice campground, large sites, clean bathhouse, we didn't get opportunity to use pool area. Camp store is stocked well. Only negative was our spot seemed to be a walk thru for all of the seasonal sites, kids on bikes, people walking their dogs.

The road on the way in was terrible, however the KOA campground itself was great. Plenty to do or not. Activities for kids, movie at night, swimming bouncing, pedal cars. It was great.

The campsite we stayed at was #63 and friends at #64. We like this location, it is very quite and campsite is clean. The problem was that people kept driving across the grass to get to their site. Also firepit in wrong location needs to be moved farther away from camping area. We had a great time. Also grass cutting was done at a weird time!

Great sites. Had the patio site. Everything was excellent. Only thing I would change at Door Cty KOA is that there are 3 pools. I think the pool furthest away from building should have some designated times for adult swimming only (2 hour blocks). The kids would still have 2 other pools to use at that time. Kind of hard to relax in the pool with floaties all around.

Everyone that we met was so friendly! I had oral surgery they even cut my food I ordered at bar into small bite sizes. Recommended this for pool options not crowded! Only thing pool was cold but on hot day very refreshing. We brought our e-bikes and rode to town saw beautiful sunset on water very little traffic! We stayed 6 nights. Would recommend!

The office staff was friendly and helpful. Everything and everywhere was spotless. Lots of different fun areas for kids to play, along with places to sit and watch the kids. Our dog had a great time walking the trails. Everyone was respectful at night with curfew. The water was excellent. The internet was not working.

Our stay was nice. Have to admit the only down side was we were to have Site 125 and moved to 123 which was a small site on the end and were not able to put a canopy out at all. It still worked for us but have to admit our last camp trip (not at your campground) the same thing happened as we did not receive the site booked. That is disheartening when booked ahead and lost it to someone later.

We liked our pull through site. It was very spacious. We also liked the convenience of the bathhouse which was newer and nice. We did have a random child follow our friends from the front of the campground to our site. He spent over an hour at our site. Don't know who he belonged to other than he said his parents worked at the campground. He made himself at home at our site very concerning

Overall very pleasant experience. Golf carts are a great option- however ours was extremely slow. We rent golf carts at other locations and understand that speed is controlled but it was over done.

Good morning everyone at the Door County KOA was very friendly and helpful. Campground staff was very nice and the campground is very large. Plenty of activities for the kids to do and two pools plus a splash pad for little ones. Very well kept Campground had a great time!

We stopped by never been in this area. A huge park a lot of seasonal but lots of room for overnight. Was surprised they didn’t have more people. Very clean well maintained. Let us check out late very appreciative.

The site we booked was advertised as private, wooded, and able to fit up to a 35 ft with side outs. The site we got was not private, not wooded, and we barely fit our camper and were not able to pull our awning all the way out. It was disappointing how stressful getting pulled into our site was and then having very loud neighbors in the permanent site kitty corner to us. Not anniversary we wanted

The park was huge. It was clean and well maintained. The pools(3) were nice. The bar had a good selection of brews. The crews were very friendly and helpful. We will return.

Two problems we encountered. A worker named Wendy was smoking by the water slide in front of all the little kids. She was absolutely one of the worst workers we met there. She was yelling at someone in front of little kids over the water slide being opened. She was very disrespectful. It would be nice if the water slide was open more, and not just for two hours on Fri. and Sat.

Very poor signage to find the campground from the neighboring roads. The campground is huge and the sides are large and very pretty. Our biggest problem was the site we got was like a hammock – down in the middle and up at both ends; it was very very difficult to level; used every wooden block We had under tires and levels. it should never have been a campsite. Sewer was uphill from the camper.!

We stayed at the KOA for a week to explore the area. It's a great halfway point for Door County and Green Bay. Check in was easy. We had a back in spot on the corner that had a huge green space. Saw one of the workers cleaning about (1 hr) on a grill in a site in front of ours, which was nice to see. I always wondered if they got cleaned (anywhere). The pool was open, but saw no one swimming. We did visit the bar/lounge area one evening. Great place to stay. We did not use the laundry/shower house.

We were there very early in the season, so we weren't expecting the site to be at 100%. But they did move us ti a better and higher spot than I had booked - at no charge. The only complaint was they didn't clean a bathroom the 5 days we were there. The restroom/shower were very nice but the trash was never removed and someone in camp took their diarrhea to each of the 3 we used.
