Wonderful staff. They took care of us. Great advice on what to do in the area. Very nice park. Loved our site. Great pool area, 2 pools and a splash area.

We enjoyed our week stay visiting Door County. Our site was level and we enjoyed the grill and fire pit. Firewood and ice is delivered Garbage pick up. Nice.

We had the best time ever & would love to come back one day!! Our kids love mining for gems & all of the pools!! The bar was the best too! Blueberry creame Cider!! Best ever. Only thing that would be better would be to remove Tree stumps!! 1 hit one & so did my father n law!! Ugh

The internet is now up yeah. The sites are beautiful. Site 69 is very unlevel. We wanted to ask for a different spot but office was closed. It was a big struggle setting up. As you walk by you can see it compared to others. Beautiful job. Bathrooms were backed up and not flushing again when leaving.

Booked for koa appreciation weekend and when went to check in would not honor the free night because we had a deluxe spot although 2 spots by me both did and they received it. Even called to confirm the free night and then when arrived still did not honor it. Very disappointed and probably will not go back

Very clean, Dog friendly and great staff. Staff members are very helpful with escorts to site, garbage pick up and allowing us to park our boat at the site.

The area that our site was located at appeared to be a newer section of this campground. All the sites were large and well kept. Every staff member that we came in contact with was very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely stay at this campground again.

The only thing i would say is that it sure would be nice if people would pick up after their pets in the dog park. The campground provides bags and trash can right in dog park. Maybe campground could really emphasize that when people check in with pets. Other than that, the campground was extremely well taken care of and even had a band. So yes, i would definitely recommend. The staff was great!

Awesome customer service from beginning to end. great dog run. Skieter our dog loved it. Great campsite. Everyone was so pleasant and friendly. Loved the friendly golf cart escort and friendly grounds keepers. Well maintained. We will be back for sure. Other campers also friendly. Thanks for making our stay so wonderful.

Camp ground and staff are great, however, you might want to rename it KOA Dog Kennel. We were surrounded by dogs some of which were tied up o/s and the owners were out partying and the dogs whining. Rating would be much higher if this wasn't the case. Otherwise you have a very nice campground

Charging extra money for reserving your camp site that i picked out to fit my 5th wheel trailer and getting a campsite that was so much smaller is extortion. KOA should be taken to court.

This was our first visit to Door County. We loved DC and we loved the KOA! Friendly staff, great General Store...even a great bar (The Depot)! Sites were well spaced and the premium sites were AWESOME with the patios, furniture, fire rings and grills! Also thought the dog park was pretty nice and the pool(s) were great, too! You have a great campground!!

Seasonal families used the restroom/showers so much that it was difficult to find one empty. For a holiday weekend, not many activities, although the ice cream social was nice with 2 scoops/2 toppings...could have added more toppings, at least sprinkles?

We love camping here! The sites are large and the atmosphere was is relaxing. The staff is kind and we have been very impressed with how clean and smooth things are ran. We are already looking at more dates to camp here again!

You know I was worried about all the bad reviews, but we had a great campsite. Nice and new with a paved patio, new fire pit with table & chairs and swinging/ rocker. Everything was clean and well kept in the bathrooms. The rock/gravel roads were nicely graded, no problems for bikes. We will be back again soon.

Campgrounds were clean, everyone was nice, and our site was newly renovated with a concrete patio, Weber grill, nice furniture, and a private dog run. We did not use the pool or any other amenities, but would definitely stay there again. The dog park was one of the largest we've seen at a KOA site and was clean and open with plenty of room for dogs to get their zoomies out.

A lot of money and pools are cold. Splash pad was freezing and not fun for 2 year old. Not worth that much money when pools are cold.

We were lucky enough to snach up a last minute site for Labor Day weekend and we could not have been more pleased! Our site was beautiful and had so much space! My only minor complaint was that there were A LOT of people cutting through our site to walk their dogs in the back of the campground. I've never experienced so many people cutting through sites. Many would walk right next to our RV.

Our spot was not spacious like the website said. Actually it was pretty tight. Not to mention we had a few of the workers every time we drove in at 5 mph telling us to slow down, but yet the golf carts were racing around much faster as well as other vechiles. One other thing that was pretty bad is when sitting out side we could smell sewer most of our stay so that was pretty unpleasant.

80% empty campground and we got placed in sloped spot right across from the kiddie pool with loud music playing until dark. Had to ask for new campsite. Lady at office didn’t seem too happy about it. Then we didn’t get firewood delivered. Disappointing and we will not recommend to our friends.

Everything closed really early, except on the weekend when the band played till 10pm and it seemed all of permanent owners were drunk. I would not recommend it as family friendly.

We stayed for 2 nights during the week and the campground was maybe 25% full of non seasonal campers, but yet we were stuck in a very poor site by the dump station in the back of the campground. The system that they have you were need to pay an additional $25 per night to pick a site is very lame, especially during the week when the campground is empty. We should have been allowed to move sites.

This was our first experience coming to a KOA. We had booked a site stating we had a tent and were given a “tent” site. It was terrifying and rustic lol. Not what we were looking for. I went to the desk and spoke with Julie and she was AMAZING and got us into a campsite like we had expected right away and it was Father's Day Weekend. We got to our campsite and it was difficult to even tell where one site ended and one started. They are ON TOP of each other. There is ZERO privacy from your neighbors. The site was big and has a little bit of sun. We would have loved all sun but it was fine. We did get some in the afternoon. The only complaint I have is there was someone on a lighted up golf cart that kept driving through with music turned up annoyingly loud. It was would be peaceful and quiet and then that guy would come around. Just annoying and rude. Everyone abides by 10 pm quiet time so this is not a party campground, which was great for us. Firewood is expensive and burns FAST so plan to bring your own or spend another $100 for the weekend. It was a nice place. Clean, flush toilet, bathrooms.

I really liked this campground and was, overall, very pleased with my experience. The staff was super friendly and delivered our ice and firewood to the site. The man who brought them gave us a great recommendation for a hike (we did it the following morning). The fire ring hadn't been cleaned out from the previous visit, so there was some burned trash in there. This included plastic utensils we needed to pick out before we could start our fire. Also, the toilets nearest us were vault toilets, which I don't like to use, so the walk back to the office for a regular bathroom was a little further than I would have preferred. But this place was great and I'd stay here again. Lots of families enjoying the many amenities. There's a big open area off to the side of the office that made for excellent star gazing once the sun was all the way down.
