Overall facilities are great, but we were put in what appeared to be an overflow spot in the unlevel grass next to a maintenance shed, but we had advanced reservations. There appeared to be many gravel spaces available. Water and electric was attached to the shed almost 40 ft from the sewer dump. Very inconvenient! Not impressed.

Trash on the ground at site. Restroom/ shower need to be gutted and remodeled by a professional that can keep an eye on detail of their work.

Wonderful staff. Campground is very clean. All services worked well. We do not travel with children but it was fun to watch the kids having a great time. Staff had wonderful suggestions for places to see in Door County. Highly recommend Belgian Delight for a delicious meal.

Lovely area. Campground has a lot to do on site. Employees were vey helpful. Shout out to Wendy who was super sweet and asked many times if we needed anything to ask. Gave us many options as far as food and shopping choices in the area.

WiFi virtually non-existant. It should be advertised. Fishing pond, only a foot deep. Shouldn't be highlighted. Speed limits ignored, even by staff. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would go again in a pinch, but not otherwise.

Our spot we reserved & paid for had a dog fence from another space next to ours, we didn’t have space to get in it. The fence was on 1/3 of our spot. They found another space, then charged us more, which I felt wasn’t right or fair to us! Nothing like this has ever happened to us before

We didn’t get to use the beautiful patio, fire ring, swinging double bench at our site due to rain but we did love this campground. Huge gravel sites that were level with alot of grass. Hookups were in the right spot and grade was perfect. Lots of things to do with the family and bath/laundry were all well maintained. The only improvement would be in the grass (cut and less weeds at site).

We were treated like valued customers from the point of arrival to the moment we had to leave. Unfortunately we had to cut our visit a day short because our pet dog Smoki became seriously ill. We will most certainly return at some point.

We were co -planners of a large group that came in during the week in June, we always do mid-week so we don;t disrupt all the vacationers and weekenders. Mainly seniors in Class A and Cs. repeat visitors from last year. Once again , the staff at this KOA was wondeful , it's no small feat to organize and prepare for larger groups and they did a great job. This is a group favorite.

Our group spent four days at your campground. We were very disappointed with whomever assigned the sites. We did want to be near each other as much as possible but were scattered all over the place. We had asked for a block of sites closer to each other. Other than our wood disappearing and having to retrieve it it was okay. Do not recommend for a large group.

Our first site was not acceptable, was near garbage cans and septic dumps which made the site constant sewer smell and the lawn was not cut, though they did get us a more acceptable site right away. The entire campground could have used more lawn care which contributed to many mosquitoes. Sites were quite close together. Pool area and bathroom and shower areas were kept very nice.

Such a gem� We had a wonderful stay. The location was perfect. We were close enough to all that Door County has to offer but yet far enough to be in a peaceful setting. The pools & splash pad were very nice. The Pub was fun. Everyone we met, from the seasonal campers to other “day” campers like ourselves were great. Shoutout to the staff!! Julie, Ester and Wendy. Thank you for a great stay.

Our premium site #58 was NO premium site, as we were subjected to 3 non-premium sites backed up to our site. One had a chain smoker that went into our camper and therefore could not keep our door open. The site was too small for our 37’ camper, with a super crew truck. The tree branches were rubbing into our unit. There were many premium sites open for the entire week of our stay.

Booking system is messed up. Spots that were supposed to have someone in were empty all 4 days, not sure what that's all about especially when we tried to get sites closer originally. Can't lock your site in online like some other KOA. Not sure why both front dump stations were locked up , no signs or warnings.

While this KOA provided a nice Kamp K-9, bathroom/showers and activities for kids, it did not have the typical organized KOA feel. The park is a mishmash of camping sites and permanent residents in various types of accommodations. It felt disorganized & not as well kept as all other KOA's we stayed at. AND an employee had her dog in the dog park and didn't pick up her dog's waste. BIG no no

Pool was nice but waterslide was not available and pool was cold. Nice showers. Lots of long term/seasonal campers throughout the camp which gave it a weird feel. Grounds need some maintenance. Most of the grass was mowed, but there was also long grass/weeds in the sites and flower bed areas. However, staff were kind and helpful and nightly activities were fun. Playground was old and needs repairs

When looking at this KOA compared to others we have stayed at, it was ok. The site was fairly level and clean. Check-in was smooth and office personnel were friendly. We did not use the restroom or laundry facilities. We had no Wi-Fi connectivity. We asked about this at the office and was basically told “it was just fixed so we should have Wi-Fi”. We never had it and cell service is very limit

Absolutely one of the best campgrounds we’ve ever stayed at and we have been camping over 30 years. This campground has a lot of activities for the young and old. We stayed at a site that had a paw pen and all I can say is wow what a difference it makes and it kept our pups happy and entertained.

Surprisingly, this was one of the best stays we have had at a KOA! It was beautiful, it had plenty of staff, they were knowledgeable, they had multiple things for the kids to do And for the adults. The live music was fun too. Jean was especially helpful!

We stayed at the KOA for a week to explore the area. It's a great halfway point for Door County and Green Bay. Check in was easy. We had a back in spot on the corner that had a huge green space. Saw one of the workers cleaning about (1 hr) on a grill in a site in front of ours, which was nice to see. I always wondered if they got cleaned (anywhere). The pool was open, but saw no one swimming. We did visit the bar/lounge area one evening. Great place to stay. We did not use the laundry/shower house.

We were there very early in the season, so we weren't expecting the site to be at 100%. But they did move us ti a better and higher spot than I had booked - at no charge. The only complaint was they didn't clean a bathroom the 5 days we were there. The restroom/shower were very nice but the trash was never removed and someone in camp took their diarrhea to each of the 3 we used.
