LOVED the door county area, KOA was away from the busy tourist areas. Good: outdoor area of the cabin, pools are nice, camp K9 fence, cabin was clean. Bad: Our cabin was in front of the pond and we saw many disappointed campers due to no fish and condition of the pond. Quarter machine OOO for laundry. Clothes storage and filter for kitchen sink needed in cabin. Many mosquitoes/flys because of pond

Had a great stay. Needed more attention to resupply for our cabin. We needed to ask for new towels and linens after a week of our two week stay. A supply of extra towels, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, ect would have been nice.

The cabin we stayed in (186) needs a new queen bed. The mattress is so soft and turns to a v when an adult sleeps on it. There were only 3 forks available. The grounds were nice, enjoyed walking and seeing all the different sites. The kids enjoyed the pools. They wished the water slide was working. Some of the playground equipment needs updating. Overall needs some freshening up, but nice location

I stayed in a deluxe cabin and thoroughly enjoyed it. The staff was very friendly and resposive to the issues that I did come across during my stay. I was especially pleased that the cabin was pet friendly as I usually travel with my two dogs. This was my second trip to Door County and I hope to be back.

Worst issues were cold, shower in a deluxe cabin and a severe flame fire in the gas grill because it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. Website incorrect on what was available.

Mixed thought. On one hand a very beautiful CG. Way off in deep country. But - we asked three different people about our TV not working. But no one helped. Sitting on mattress felt like going to fall right thru!1 NEEDS REPLACING! And coffe maker would not work. Good thing we brought our own. So - not that happy about stay. At that price we expected more.

We had the Deluxe Cabin 1. It was super clean. Plenty of room for the 4 of us. In the bathroom there were so many switches that didn’t work. Along with the TV didn’t work as well. But overall we didn’t want to leave. We will be back in Aug.

Stayed in a cabin for a week, accomodation exceptional. Internet extremely poor, and no tv channels without internet, so double bad when you have three children. Left a day early due to expected storm and without internet or tv would have been miserable. Store also closed at 5pm daily during the weekdays so if you needed anything then you had to leave and find a store.

Limited word version: Enjoyed campground, slide either should be fix or removed from website. Cabin: hot water didn’t last for even one shower, needs better cleaning, something was spilled on the deck and a lot of garbage in the yard, dirty utensils & knives, spiders in bathroom, rusty shower head, dusty fans, no bathmat, uncomfortable bed. Enough beds for 6, only has dishes & towels for 4.

We had a great time at the KOA in Door County! It was close enough to explore Door County, but also offered to many things right on site! We loved (especially our children) the pool options, playground sets, and that our site had a campfire ring! We rented a deluxe cabin—and loved the convenience it offered while still enjoying a “camping style” during our visit. The staff were so kind!

Bed was like a hammock. Heads and feet were up while the middle was sunken. Very uncomfortable. Neither of us slept. Cabin was clean. Staff were helpful. We had to leave a day early when our grandson was hospitalized.

Almost everything was great besides the internet not working for our TV or the cable for the antenna in our cabin. I understand it's early on the season. But this problem was never fixed for our 2 day stay. But for the price, we will plan on staying there again.

Friendly staff. Quiet surroundings as we were there off-season in a cabin. Cabin was clean and offered many amenities. If the weather had been warmer and less rainy, we could have enjoyed the outdoors more. Also very pet friendly.

Ladies at front desk were very helpful and friendly at check in. Our unit had strong smell of sulfur. My husband changed the filter, got Febreze, and candle. We were told to run water and open windows due to water being off all winter. The unit itself was very nice.

Stayed because mom has a seasonal... was a family celebration... kids had a blast running around... would have loved the pool open but totally understand... hopefully can get cabins yet this summer again

The first employee we spoke with said she knew nothing about the area when we asked for suggestions of things to do and wore her headphones the whole time. Overall, employees were unfriendly. The grounds were not well kept. Our bed sunk to the floor. The pizza one employee spoke very highly about was just a frozen pizza that cost $15. We left 2 days early to stay at a hotel. It was awful.

They only provided us with 1 bath towel for 2 people for a 4 night stay. Also didn't have a bath mat so it was slippery and I almost fell getting out of the shower. Other than that everything was more than fine.

Nice area, nice cabin, nice staff … WiFi not so nice. We’re not huge about being on our phones but hard to watch TV at night or check weather. Otherwise a good time, the campground is pretty and well maintained.

Cabin smelled. Internet was not working first 2 days of stay. Entire campground (especially at our site) had whiffs of sewer intermittently. Staff was very accommodating. (Julie, Kent & his wife were outstanding!)

We stayed in cabin 203. The patio and porch area were great. The cabin had a urine smell to it and the floors don’t seem like they had been washed. We told the staff of our concern about the stove. When you light the stove or burners the fire alarm goes off.

Playgrounds were not maintained, splash pad was off, and mini golf was an extra fee and also not maintained. Expected more things to do with the price we paid. Does not compare to other KOAs.

07/29/22 — very poor quality experience, NOT AS ADVERTISED, not up to KOA standards Broken — bed, curtain rod, pots n pans, stove heat setting too high - splintery raw wood bed railings - no smoke detectors - no full a/c so cabin bedrooms get hot Missing & Broken: water slides and splash pad broken, bike worn and broken, warped split picnic tables No WIFI No DVD player

The Septic system stinks and there was constantly and bad smell in the air. The kids splash pad was closed AGAIN! This was one the the main reasons we wanted to come here… just frustrating that the amenities are advertised and then not available

The pool and WiFi did not seem to be in working condition. Hard to entertain toddlers when the television was not working during a rainstorm. Other than that it was and the workers were very nice and helpful.

Very nice campground. Premium sites are awesome. Nice pools. Usually have good entertainment on weekends. Berry accommodating staff.

We stayed at the KOA for a week to explore the area. It's a great halfway point for Door County and Green Bay. Check in was easy. We had a back in spot on the corner that had a huge green space. Saw one of the workers cleaning about (1 hr) on a grill in a site in front of ours, which was nice to see. I always wondered if they got cleaned (anywhere). The pool was open, but saw no one swimming. We did visit the bar/lounge area one evening. Great place to stay. We did not use the laundry/shower house.
