Everything was great. The only thing we were not happy about was the grandkids had a bunch of tickets from the arcade & couldn’t get any prizes because the ticket redemption machine wasn’t working before we left. We gave them the money to enjoy themselves & they were all excited they collected a lot of tickets to get their selves some nice prizes.

Had better stays. Fixed your ticket machine in the game room for the kids, your employee grilled me as if I was an employee of hers. The seasonal/permanent area has some problem children that pick fights with the kids of campers who are not regulars, and their parents leave them unattended at all hours. Not an enjoyable experience.

Deluxe cabin - propane on grill empty, shower drain clogged, tv didn't work. Campground itself was nice. Other campers were the rudest people ever, singing karaoke, loud obnoxious drunk people everywhere, kids yelling and screaming at the top of their lungs, all of this was at night. 11pm quiet hours is way too late. Camp staff was great! First impressions are everything. Will not stay again.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Campground was very clean and well laid out. The value of our site was great especially with all the amenities. Definitely will go back

We have a new truck camper and wanted to go on our first trip with it. We chose Door County KOA to stay. We stayed 5 nights at the end of September and the beginning of October. This camp ground is huge, very well maintained and very clean and quiet. The bathrooms and showers were always clean and spacious. Absolutely no complaints

great service great place to stay BUT having 5 dogs next to us shelties was a little noisey at times maybe should have them somewhere else rather than in campsites pay extra for patios

Very nice campground. We did have a few issues with our cabin, related to cleanliness, a bad bed, TV antenna broken, bad patio blinds, plus. Felt owners would want to know and I talked to gal when leaving. I felt listened too and they appreciated me sharing; thus I feel these items will be taken care of. If in the area again, I would give them another chance; nice people and nice amenities.

Very helpful staff- took time to review area attractions. Large clean sites with generous gravel. New wash hut very nice. Was alittle confusing initially finding our site because it was up against building and did not have road markers- Great place for kids lots too do!

Office was closed when we arrived without reservations, called their after hours number, someone came to the office right away and welcomed us and checked us in. Very accommodating. Thank you!

Our camp site was great! Loved the patio! The only issues were the WiFi didn't connect and the TV channels cut out after a few minutes of viewing.

Beautiful setting, well-cared for sites, excellent staff! We very much enjoyed our time at this KOA, its location was great for day trips north on the peninsula and south into Green Bay. Lighthouses were easy to get to, state parks are beautiful and the county parks are also fantastic. We highly recommend staying here.

The stay was fine but this KOA has really “maximized” every inch of ground for campsites The site next to us was so close we would have to been two couples traveling together to be comfortable. Luckily no one was on the site.. Also no one escorted us to our spot which wound through aa wooded area and the store closed at 5. Just not like other KOA’s we have stayed in. We left a day early.

Very nice KOA with lots of amenities and activities. Nice staff and clean facilities. Very little signage from main road and trees need to be trimmed inside campground. Entrance and several other main road areas had low overhang. I was jokingly by one worker to "feel free to trim them with my RV". Big rig friendly means no tree overhang that will damage my motorhome paint.

We've stayed in many KOAs in U.S. & Canada and this is one of our faviorites! The campground is beautifully maintained with many amenities. The staff is knowledgeable and very hospitable. We love the patio sites for RVs & car and the outdoor furniture is nice. Grills are well maintained. The only issue is that internet service is weak, but this is true of many parks. We highly recommend this KOA!

I will say the staff was very friendly. Very clean to include the bathroom. The biggest downside is no working WiFi and in a dead zone for cell service. Until the WiFi is up and working 100% we won't be back.

Great site. We did the patio site lots of room with a grill. Minor negative could not connect to koa guest WiFi.

Things generally worked out well except for the trash pickup. They told us to leave our trash at the end of our side out by the road. But it was more than a day and a half before the trash got picked up and it got scattered during the night. I saw several workers drive by the trash in their golf carts, but none of them stopped to pick it up.

My family has always enjoyed this facility. One disappointment this time was the internet. It did not work. The fact that it did not work was too bad. But worse was the fact that the man behind the counter did not admit that it was not working when we checked in. And later when I mentioned it he finally said oh yes we know it is out. And no there will not be a credit for it being out. Poor service

Cabin was not as described. Beds did not match the description. Cooking inside was impossible because every time we turned on any burner the smoke detectors would go off. Other than that it is a pretty nice place. Lots of things for kids and adults to do. Plenty of shower houses plus somewhere to do laundry. Nice fire pit area.

Host Brenda was great. Had poor water pressure and she assisted in trying to solve the problem. Water pressure was great in the campgrounds before and after the stay at the Door County KOA. Probably won’t stay there again if other options are available.

We enjoyed Door County KOA. The staff are friendly and helpful! A lot of areas to walk our dogs. There are many activities and things to do there. They have 3 pools, a large bounce pad, a little water park by the pool, miniature golf, an arcade, various activities for kids on the weekends. Our great grandchildren visited us there and they loved playing on various things there!

Our site was an excellent pull-thru with plenty of shade. The restroom facilities were clean. Mostly, though, we were impressed with the staff. Brenda is a seasonal worker, and she was so incredibly friendly and helpful. Vicki, in the office, was just the same. We will stay here again!

This is a very nice campground. Very clean, nice level sites, good power, convenient placement of water and sewer, and in the summer, lots of activities and things to do.

Our cabin was less than I anticipated based on our experiences with other KOAs. The cabin wasn’t clean. The floor felt sticky and dirty. My husband and I wore slippers the entire time and had to throw them away when we left as they were covered in pet hair (no pet) and dirt. The water in the kitchen had a horrible smell when turned on. We left garbage out as instructed and It wasn't picked up.

Booked a premium site and was very happy with it even though we were not level. Nice patio, chairs, table and grill. Sites were spacious. Check in staff was friendly and had a great time exploring in Door County.

Very place to visit we have been here several time. It was a very nice cabin we rented scored was lowered because it smelled like sewer which made it not so enjoyable. We will be back again but probably won't accept the cabin if it smells again.

We have stayed at roads for over 20 years and this one is in the top five. Clean kept grounds, plenty of things to do for adults and kids. Staff very helpful.
