This is a beautiful park. Easy access to Door County events and lots of sight seeing. We loved our camping experience except for one issue: no Wi-Fi/internet in spot 73. We stayed here one year ago and had the same issue of no Wi-Fi/internet access. This is KOA, I expect more than a shoulder shrug at the front desk. Please find the problem and fix it.

We loved the stay! And the Halloween activities were so fun! However our WiFi never worked. So to advertise free WiFi it should reach the whole park. Thank you

I would not recommend this camp group. For the fact that when we checked in for our reservation they had moved us to another site. Family and friends had multiple reservations to camp as a group and some of us were moved around. For some reason if you want to be guaranteed you get your site you requested you must pay a $25.00 lock in fee. Never heard of anything so ridiculous.

Very nice area, very clean, great staff. Lots of activities for the kids and large dog park. Wish the store was open later. It's a 20 minute or longer drive to most of the Door County activities.

Beautiful area to visit during fall, when it’s not too hot. Amazing parks and tranquil vistas. Large forestry sites. Pleasant staff.

I have stayed at a few KOA's, and my stays have been very good except for the Door County KOA-first the air had a smell of poop in it-not sure if they were having septic problems but my Grand Daughter who is three even said it smelled as if someone farted. It was a Halloween them weekend which I thought would be great for my two granddaughters, but the language used by some of the adults not for

I do not understand why the firepits on the patio sites are always falling apart. Looks bad & dangerous for young kids. Wood is expensive, cheaper to purchase on the way.Showers are always clean!Would be nice if they started the haunted house again, was always a lot of fun. Grandkids love it here & is always our go to campground for the last 40 years.

Friendly staff, great showers and restrooms. Unfortunately, we were not given the site that I was told when reserving our site. The one we were told we would get was a much larger and nicer site, the one we ended up on was small and less private.

Enjoyed the quiet section of the campground near the fishing pond. Loved the kids activities and trick or treating. Only true downfall was the random smell of sewage throughout the campground. Bathrooms near playground need a makeover.

Good location between Green Bay and all towns. The hosts were friendly and knowledgeable of the area. The cabin we rented was nice, but the bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress needs replacing because the middle is sunk in. The campfire was really nice with pavers and a gas grill (didn’t use, but was nice it was there).

The actual spot,141, is very tight and on the road which was the reason for the 4 star. The restrooms are immaculate! The location and grounds are very well kept.

The setting was beautiful in the dense trees and the customer service was exceptional. Our cabin stove was dirty and the manager came over and cleaned it and brought us a baking sheet. The beds were comfortable and the setting was very peaceful. My only suggestion would be to spend $100 on cabin 195 to replace the rusty shower bar and shower curtain and to replace the stained shower head.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Showerhouse was spotless with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Will definitely be back next fall. Off season stay so most amenities were closed but looked well kept.

Elegant, clean, complete, very practical, even for the clumsy Husband ( me ), who has a Camping Experience for over 15 Years. This Cabin has all the Amenities, thus, nightly Trips to the centrally located Wash-Rooms ( like in Munising) were not necessary !!! Everything was present in this Cabin, I am sure, a Reflection of the New, Female Boss. Great Stay, highly recommended. Respectfully, Peter.

Everything was great. The only thing we were not happy about was the grandkids had a bunch of tickets from the arcade & couldn’t get any prizes because the ticket redemption machine wasn’t working before we left. We gave them the money to enjoy themselves & they were all excited they collected a lot of tickets to get their selves some nice prizes.

Had better stays. Fixed your ticket machine in the game room for the kids, your employee grilled me as if I was an employee of hers. The seasonal/permanent area has some problem children that pick fights with the kids of campers who are not regulars, and their parents leave them unattended at all hours. Not an enjoyable experience.

Deluxe cabin - propane on grill empty, shower drain clogged, tv didn't work. Campground itself was nice. Other campers were the rudest people ever, singing karaoke, loud obnoxious drunk people everywhere, kids yelling and screaming at the top of their lungs, all of this was at night. 11pm quiet hours is way too late. Camp staff was great! First impressions are everything. Will not stay again.

We have a new truck camper and wanted to go on our first trip with it. We chose Door County KOA to stay. We stayed 5 nights at the end of September and the beginning of October. This camp ground is huge, very well maintained and very clean and quiet. The bathrooms and showers were always clean and spacious. Absolutely no complaints

Very nice campground. We did have a few issues with our cabin, related to cleanliness, a bad bed, TV antenna broken, bad patio blinds, plus. Felt owners would want to know and I talked to gal when leaving. I felt listened too and they appreciated me sharing; thus I feel these items will be taken care of. If in the area again, I would give them another chance; nice people and nice amenities.

Very helpful staff- took time to review area attractions. Large clean sites with generous gravel. New wash hut very nice. Was alittle confusing initially finding our site because it was up against building and did not have road markers- Great place for kids lots too do!

Office was closed when we arrived without reservations, called their after hours number, someone came to the office right away and welcomed us and checked us in. Very accommodating. Thank you!

Our camp site was great! Loved the patio! The only issues were the WiFi didn't connect and the TV channels cut out after a few minutes of viewing.

Beautiful setting, well-cared for sites, excellent staff! We very much enjoyed our time at this KOA, its location was great for day trips north on the peninsula and south into Green Bay. Lighthouses were easy to get to, state parks are beautiful and the county parks are also fantastic. We highly recommend staying here.

The stay was fine but this KOA has really “maximized” every inch of ground for campsites The site next to us was so close we would have to been two couples traveling together to be comfortable. Luckily no one was on the site.. Also no one escorted us to our spot which wound through aa wooded area and the store closed at 5. Just not like other KOA’s we have stayed in. We left a day early.

We stayed at the KOA for a week to explore the area. It's a great halfway point for Door County and Green Bay. Check in was easy. We had a back in spot on the corner that had a huge green space. Saw one of the workers cleaning about (1 hr) on a grill in a site in front of ours, which was nice to see. I always wondered if they got cleaned (anywhere). The pool was open, but saw no one swimming. We did visit the bar/lounge area one evening. Great place to stay. We did not use the laundry/shower house.

We were there very early in the season, so we weren't expecting the site to be at 100%. But they did move us ti a better and higher spot than I had booked - at no charge. The only complaint was they didn't clean a bathroom the 5 days we were there. The restroom/shower were very nice but the trash was never removed and someone in camp took their diarrhea to each of the 3 we used.
