Perfect! Love the pools, clean bathrooms, friendly helpful staff, nice store! Looking forward to the splash pad getting repaired. We will be back!

We had a great time, we arrived late at night, and we're given instructions on registration. The signs for the site could have been bigger, easier to see. Mosquitoes were a problem. The shower/toilet facilities were great. Kept clean, newer, nice. The two pools were nice, with nice furniture. Appreciated the trash pick up. Staff was helpful. Enjoyed our time.

Friendly staff. We didn’t use any facilities. Our biggest issue was flies everywhere. I realize that’s out of the campground’s control (unless there is a septic tank issue or something), but we weren’t able to even take our dog on a semi-long walk and spent all our time indoors. We will most likely not return.

Our spot was nice by restrooms and pool but no shade way to sunny. Also the mosquitoes were awful. Need some control there

We booked a Patio Site with a Dog Run. This site was NOT cleaned/ready for use. We tried to contact the front check-in desk, but nobody answered the phone so we left a message. We also left a message for the Camp Host, who heard from another employee how unhappy we were with our site. The Camp Host corrected the items we felt should have been done. The front desk person seemed less than interested

We never camp on weekends-( 2 kids with autism who can’t handle large amount of people or noises) so I understand we will miss out on the fun themed days and extras(crafts and wagon rides) however, I wish the slide and splash pad was available during the week. My kiddos were really looking forward to those amenities and were bummed to hear that they were only available on weekends.

07/29/22 — very poor quality experience, NOT AS ADVERTISED, not up to KOA standards Broken — bed, curtain rod, pots n pans, stove heat setting too high - splintery raw wood bed railings - no smoke detectors - no full a/c so cabin bedrooms get hot Missing & Broken: water slides and splash pad broken, bike worn and broken, warped split picnic tables No WIFI No DVD player

The Septic system stinks and there was constantly and bad smell in the air. The kids splash pad was closed AGAIN! This was one the the main reasons we wanted to come here… just frustrating that the amenities are advertised and then not available

This is our second trip to this KOA Campground and we love it. Clean, well maintained campground. Love the single person shower and bathroom stalls, much more private! We will be staying again!

The park was very well kept. My only concerns are why is the WiFi so hard to maintain and why pizza was only available Friday and Saturday evenings. Although these are of secondary concern, you should not charge a premium rate and expect return visits. Thank you.

The pool and WiFi did not seem to be in working condition. Hard to entertain toddlers when the television was not working during a rainstorm. Other than that it was and the workers were very nice and helpful.

It is a nice campground but the WiFi was not operational ( 2 toddlers housebound due to rain ) so no television, the pool was freezing and the splash pad wasn’t working (again 2 toddlers). I get that things break but seems like repairs took too long

Staff was friendly. Helped when needed. Pools could be a lot warmer icicles should not be forming when your in the pool. Splash pad wasn't on for the youngest. Crafts for kids pricey. No prize for winner of Hola hoop contest even a candy bar would of been great. Clean bathrooms and grounds were maintained.

We were in DC1 and we didn’t have WiFi our entire stay. Left a vm and left a note asking to have management call me- never received a response. The water slides were not operating, fishing pond was unfishable and the mini golf course was in terrible condition so we were not going to pay to use that. We paid the amount we did/ night because of the amenities advertised online. Very disappointed

Site was large open area full sun, very few trees in circle. Water clogged our filters and had strong sulfur issues. We enjoyed our stay but prefer woods and good water. No issues with hookups until last day when water was shut down without warning.

No WI-FI, No heated pool( it was -ice cold), no Bathroom by pool-grass in our site 42 very long- Staff very sweet and accommodating. Store low on items and expensive

We came in for one night. Michelle at the front desk was very courteous and helpful. A young man on a golf cart guided us to our site. The site was incredible!!! Large enough for us to pull through with our fifth wheel camper. Nice stonework patio with table and chairs, grill, fire pit, and double glider rocker. Two sewer drains was a nice plus also. No waiting in line to dump. Thank you!!

2 suggestions re: site 124 --- There are quite a few holes/dips in the ground, esp on the east half of the site that should be filled in with dirt. Also, I recommend that the fire ring height be cut down by more than half, its way too tall. Overall, a great visit as always!

Most sites are spacious. We had a deluxe patio, love them, our camper stays so much cleaner. All the staff was friendly & helpful. Only thing I'd like is the slide open longer on weekends. This was our 7th year there, will be back next year.

Cabin was nice, day two all we could smell throughout the cabin was sewer it smelled awful , the firepit only had seats for 2 people. Didn't work so well with a family of 4. Campground was very lovely and staff was very friendly.

The only thing I could complain about would be the site we had, there is tree roots all over the site and my wife and I both tripped over it a few times, other than that it was fun. We had site 267.

The water had a strong sulfur smell. The pools were very cold, and the splash pad was down the entire weekend. Kind of a bummer for us with small kids/babies.

The staff are amazing! The front office / store staff always took time to chat and suggest places to go. The outside staff was very helpful with tips on my new rig and checking behind me when I wasn’t sure.

Splash pad didnt work (and seems like it hasnt for 5+weeks), which was a draw for our kids. Internet didn't work, requiring me to drive out of town to work remotely. Most the equipment is chipped or rusted. Fire rings are far too tall, requiring twice the amount of wood to burn in order to catch a flame. had great hopes for this campground, but left disappointed.

We asked for tent site, never received .Had to put tent on gravel.No one observes the quit time.party late behind us.The guy opposite us drunk ,rude being disrespectful to people at the pool.yelling at 1am .i guess he is a long term so it’s ok to be rude and drunk ,playing loud music at the pool.Nobody wants to hear loud music.

Generally enjoyed our stay, the bathrooms were clean and updated. The facilities are nice, pool area was clean. Our biggest problem is the Wifi did not work at all our entire 12 night stay. Depending on which manager you spoke to, you would get a different reason as to why it was not working, again.

We got to the campgrounds at 7:45 and the employees working the desk locked us out after looking at me coming to the door then shut off the lights, which was where our map was. When we got to our site, someone else was on it taking up both sites so we left and wasted over $60

If the water slide is only open "select hours on weekends" that should be stated very clearly before booking. It was closed when we got there. None of the staff knows what those hours are when we asked Saturday afternoon and again Sunday morning. Very disappointed kids that were so excited for it.

It was our first visit to Door County. We stayed 7 days and went site seeing just about every day. The camp grounds was well maintained and very clean. It was nice and quiet. We enjoyed watching the children ride their bikes around the park and one evening some kids had a little football game next to us and they were fun to watch. We would definitely stay here again.

This had to be the cleanest KOA I have ever been to. The bathrooms were individual, each one had AC and they were very clean. We got to enjoy the pool which was a nice size. The slide was not running for the 4 days we were there, so we did not get to use it. We do wish the office was open past 5pm, but overall a wonderful experience.

We stayed at the KOA for a week to explore the area. It's a great halfway point for Door County and Green Bay. Check in was easy. We had a back in spot on the corner that had a huge green space. Saw one of the workers cleaning about (1 hr) on a grill in a site in front of ours, which was nice to see. I always wondered if they got cleaned (anywhere). The pool was open, but saw no one swimming. We did visit the bar/lounge area one evening. Great place to stay. We did not use the laundry/shower house.
