The whole area needed some lawn care. The grass was too high. No escort to our site and no garbage pickup. I would definitely recommend this KOA only because the location for devils Tower. The little things do count.

We stayed two nights in our class A motorhome. The check in process was friendly and our overall experience was good. This KOA was not as maintained as others that we have stayed in recently. The grass around all of the RV sites was long with dandelions and other weeds.

Wonderful location, great staff. Site under construction/updates but still a great place to stop with a front row seat of Devil's Tower.

Grass needs to be mowed. Campground seems unkept with tall grass and weeds. Otherwise very nice. The view of Devils Tower from the campground is amazing.

Grass was long. Lots of half finished projects. Dog park on map is in progress (based on poles in the ground, will not have space to let a dog run. Staff is uninformed, unable to answer questions (but friendly, nonetheless). Called and asked Do you have Propane? and were told yes multiple times, until we checked in and they actually "called the guiy" who said no i told you its down. Unimpressed

Easy and nice park for proximity to Devils Tower. Would've loved to been in view of the tower from our spot but just didn't know. I would ask next time. Trees were in the way--which ain't bad. Nice park.

First of all it was a very beautiful location. the guy that check us in really didn't know what he was doing nor did the lady ringing up other items like food. You should have someone that knows how to use computers. I wanted to upgrade from a tent site to a cabin, he had no clue on how to do it. The KOA in Douglas WY had no problem doing it. The food in the cafe was cold. your people sucked

Many things were not complete. Pool was not open and grass was not mowed. Propane was not available either. Beautiful surroundings but not a good experience

Very unkept staff was very disorganized. The pool area was not open roads were muddy. After visiting with several other campers we all came to the same conclusion. It just needs work I realize it was raining this weekend however it looked like it hadn’t been mowed in a long time. Our campsite was small for our size. I would not recommend this campground to anyone.

From the moment we arrived it left a sour taste in our mouth. There was a paper sign taped to registration that said check in @ kiosk, could not find the kiosk so went in & admitted I didn't know where to go. They told me the kiosk wasn't opened! So why not take down this "paper" sign? Our p/t was too small for our slides to open, map to find site was not helpful. Most expensive cg we been & worst

We stayed for a weekend. The campground was right next to Devils Tower. Love the scene.

All the camping sites are awesome. Our space had an upfront view of Devils Tower. We were in space V6. The spaces are very roomy!!! Staff very friendly and helpful. Great location!!!! Gift shops great as well!!!

We could have done without the maintenance guy mowing on a holiday weekend. You would think he would mow before everybody showed up for Memorial day weekend.

Fairly expensive to camp here, when compared to other KOAs. However, the fantastic location and views of the tower makes it worth it. But I have to say, the prices in the store are insulting high, I mean $11.00 for 4 rolls of toilet paper, really? Most of the staff were very nice and friendly, with one exception upon our arrival, who I will not call out here...I'm sure they know who it is (was)...

Great campsite with terrific views. The only down side was that the door to the Women's bathroom slams shut every time someone goes through and it's glass so no privacy from the outside. The dish washing sink was also clogged the whole time we were there so that was a problem too, but other than those two minor things, it was great.

I get the impression that since there is a limited number of places to stay at Devil’s Tower that you don’t feel you have to work to earn our business. The lawn was long and unkept and the bathrooms and showers were dirty. This was our 5th KOA in 2 months and the worst. In all our other campgrounds there where people out and about ensuring that things were neat, clean, and running smoothly.

Had a tent site that was shaded, could look out and see Devils Tower staring at me........and 50 yards to the shower and bathrooms. What more could a camper want!!! I'll be back.....hint, hint.

We had a great stay. We were given a great site that had a full unobstructed view of the tower. We were happy to spend the extra money for one of the sites. We were fortunate to get one that truly had a full view; many that cost more do not have a full view in our row, especially during peak season as the trees are full. We request that y’all reevaluate this and not charge people extra for thos

We didn't have a reservation and arrived after the office was closed, but when I called the staff was so welcoming and said don't worry. They listed the open sites and just come in in the morning to settle up! Wonderful experience and the location was spectacular. Wonderful view of Devils Tower at our door front!

Everything seemed okay until I found out my Tee Pee site is completely exposed to the rain with a thunderstorm rolling in minutes after I arrive. The front desk people offered no solution or warning to my tee pee being drenched inside with rain. I had to sleep in my car after paying over 80 dollars. Management was entirely unapologetic. I will be canceling my KOA membership after this stay

We tent camped in the back by the big tree right in view of Devil's Tower.. Possibly the softest grass ever..slept right on it.. would definitely recommend a visit.. right at the entrance to the Tower..

My husband and I were delivering freight nearby. I will confess I actually had no idea we were so close to Devils Tower. I'm always moved by our spectacular surroundings and just how special this great nation of ours truly is!!!

Great place to camp if you want to be close to the Devils Tower. We drove in when it was dark and reserved a front spot. The view we had the next morning was stunning! The bathrooms were super clean and the dining area had some delicious choices for breakfast.
