Last minute stay loved the Glamping Tent. Unfortunately missed out on enjoying the extras the campground had to offer.

My kids got cussed out by a drunk parent at the playground. I stayed in K3 and the air conditioner did not work. Thank god it wasn’t hot over the weekend

We loved our stay. We had a great time. Accommodations were clean and comfy. Our kids had a blast. People were super friendly. I’d come back for sure!

Staff and campground are 1st rate! Lots of weekend activities for kids. Kamp store well stocked and offered variety of items.

Employees were friendly and helpful. Well stocked camp store. Grounds clean and very well kept. Onsite pizza was a bonus. Stayed in a cabin that was clean and inviting. Would stay again.

By far #1 Koa we’ve stayed out of about 13 ! Loved the American Flags for all the cabins! Property was beautiful! Lots of stuff to do! And the staff was amazing!!! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We come to des Moines every year to see our grand children. This year we wanted to take them camping for the first time. We stayed in a cabin. Kids had a blast. We plan on doing this every year when we come to visit. From montana. Thank you for the wonderful family time.

This KOA is large with lots of activities.only issue during the stay was very noisy neighbors. I realize I should have complained while we were there, but they were right by the office so I assumed the staff could hear it. continued (after midnight) and was mostly unsupervised children. We have never not been able to "relax" during our many stays. It was unfortunate. Never saw staff after 9pm

Love the pool and kids activities on Saturday were a hit. Cabin was very clean. Friendly staff. Appreciated the text about a tornado watch and where we could shelter. We have stayed here before and also at other KOA's across the country. We always have fun here! Lack of shade trees is disappointing at this KOA, and you don't really see small trees that have been planted to remedy this.

We had a very nice time. The cabin was a bit smaller than we thought it would be but we made it work. We also brought our own bedding, but missed the memo to bring our own towels so I had to run to the store to get towels. It is very nice that they bring everything we need to the cabin for us- pizza, firewood, etc. The gift shop is also very nice. I appreciate the dog park option too!

The campground was very nice. However, extremely disappointed that the camper I rented was not the same as the photos online. Also the fact that the hot water wasn't working for me to take a shower in the camper. Kind of the whole point in spending the money I did was for the convenience of being able to bathe in my accommodation, otherwise maybe would of selected something else.

The cabin and site that we stayed at was extremely clean. The office staff was extremely helpful and nice. The pizza and pool were our favorite!

Very nice camp ground and facility. We used it for a family reunion and rented several of the cabins. Worked out great to have a gathering space between two of the cabins. The kids in our group really enjoyed the various activities provided. Thanks.

We held a family reunion for 20 people at KOA. It was perfect. We confirmed our cabins which allowed the group to all be together. Family member ages ranges from 1-75 and there were activities for everyone. The kids loved the karoke. We had some issues with our cable tv and employee came immediately. the employees were pleasant and friendly. Enjoyed the pool improvements- new chairs and gazebos

This was the second time I stayed here. Very clean, away from the freeway. Feel like I was truly "getting away" Fellow campers were pleasant to talk to. Will try to return again.

Was just a quick overnight stay or about 8 hours. Arrived at 11pm and left after a few hours of shut eye. The GT mattress was phenomenal!!!

Another great stay! Staff is wonderful. We had to stay in a cabin this time because we were rushing back for a family death. The cabin was great.

We enjoyed our time but wished there would have bingo or something. Guess the activities are only for the weekend and we were there during the week. Accommodations were very nice.

We'er Full-time RV'ers. We could only stay 6mos at Griffin RV Park and moved here to KOA Holiday and it's awesome! Extremely friendly staff in the Office / Store. Lots of FUN things to do and VERY WELL taken care of! It's a MUST VISIT! Come Camp and Play! More to come! Cheers MAK & Tess 😉

The site was easily accessible, but we showed up for after hours check and they didn't have us on the list because we booked online. Glad they answered the phone after hours and were able to confirm the early afternoon online booking and get us a site.
