Very impressed with my campsite for the price I paid. I only stayed one night but was treated very well by the staff and I will probably stay there again.

Best KOA I've stayed at so far. Check in was simple was escorted to our camp site. Grounds were kept very clean, bathrooms and showers are spotless. Great trails to walk pets. Will definitely return if in the area again.

We’ve stayed at a lot of KOAs. This is one of the nicest facilities I’ve seen. Newer amenities, level sites, friendly staff. The pizza and wings delivered to our site was a perfect touch.

Staff were very accommodating when we asked to be moved. Bath houses were modern but could have used some re stocking and cleaning.

Very friendly staff, clean restrooms and showers, and a very safe place to stay. Has all of the amenities you need and want. We will definitely recommend it to others and we will gladly stay here again.

This is a great Koa, very clean & Pleasant Staff! Loved the big dog park, as I have 2 big dogs! I will definitely stay there again on my back to Wisconsin! Barbara G Moe

The staff was nice. Had to wait a long time to check in because worker was making a multi site reservation Reserved a cabin, mold was in the bedroom. Staff kindly moved us to another cabin, mold again and it was getting late so we all slept in the loft area. Showed staff next morning pics, they said they’d take care of it

Third time here and always an easy in, easy out. Plus, it’s always clean and well kept. The quiet rural setting is great, the dog loves the place, and we do too! Don’t miss going into to Adel, a lovely town, and having some great food at the Brickyard. A special place, this KOA, and open all year!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! Larry, the maintenance man went above and beyond in helping us to secure our bikes and kayaks to our RV. He rocks!! This was done on his own time! We love Larry!

I arrived late and my packet was ready for me. Instructions were perfect. Nice and clean facility I will definitely come back to stay longer next time

We spent two nights, just pre-season. Workers were busy preparing for opening, but they and staff were very available, friendly and helpful. Very nice, well kept camp. Easy access off interstate, in the country, but very close to DesMoines, cute little town of Adel (restaurants), and Winterset (John Wayne birthplace) and a beautiful Arboretum...all definitely worth seeing if you have time.

No toilet paper in the bathroom !!!! Dog poop in the campsite which we cleaned up Sewer hoses and other sewer covers etc left in campsites which we cleaned up Other than the above it was a lovely campground. We will definitely stay there again

I'm beyond mad—I'm livid. One morning, a rogue dog (known to you but not to us) attacked our LEASHED dog. The absolute lack of follow-up or any semblance of concern from the KOA owner was such a slap in the face. No apologies, no checking in on our injured pet, NOTHING. You failed us on every level. We will not be returning.

We stopped in March right before Easter on our way north to Minnesota. Off the freeway far enough you don’t hear traffic. Half the park was open, water, sewer, electric. They still had winter hours so they closed at 5. Lady at desk was nice and so were the guys driving around working on stuff. Pond has bass, they weren’t biting for my daughters and me but it was nice. We will come back s

The site was easily accessible, but we showed up for after hours check and they didn't have us on the list because we booked online. Glad they answered the phone after hours and were able to confirm the early afternoon online booking and get us a site.

We enjoyed our stay at the one room cabins, very clean. When booking the reservation, the lady on the phone was super helpful in getting us booked and making sure we knew where we would be going for our late check in. Bathrooms and showers were very clean! Thanks for a great stay!

We arrived in the evening and the office was closed. I called Brian and he was so helpful and quick to check us in so we could get out of the cold. The park is so well maintained and you can tell they take great pride in the park and the KOA name. Great place to stay for a night or site see the covered bridges.
