Dirty bathrooms, garbage wasn't picked up, wasp nest on the corner of the cazebo and buildings looks run down and dirty.

We stayed at several KOAs from Oregon to Texas. This was the only one where the staff was unkind.

Kids activities were a wast of time, workers kids run unsupervised. maintenance of park is second thought. place is getting run down. would not recommend. no plans to return.

Very nice team ! Spot for my tent not bad but close to the road (and trafic...). 2 bathrooms 2 restrooms... (in my side) not enough when RV'S people are coming, it's a family camping, with all you need for kids (great for them). I do prefer when it's quiet.. and "campers" polite. A minimum. On your vacation way, should be good.

It's always a nice stay and an intimate feeling. The bathrooms were out a lot, though, which was difficult. It would be helpful to have arrows on the street to indicate which way the one-way street goes.

The only reason I rated it as high as I did is because the staff were amazing. Overworked and underpaid that’s for sure. There was one working toilet for our stay which made life difficult with a packed campground. Ice was never available at the store. Spent $96 to rent a golf kart. They were all dead. We finally found one with a charge and had to charge it most of the time we paid to use it

The staff was really friendly and helpful! We stayed in a tent and appreciated the pergola once it was raining. There was a bright light outside our site so it was hard to enjoy a fire and the freeway is a little loud. I used ear plugs which helped. It was nice being able to take walks by the dam and around the park. The pool was nice on the hot days. Bathrooms, showers and laundry were clean.

Terrible highway noise and the lighting at night was way too bright. It was like trying to sleep in a brightly lit parking lot right on the highway.

Everything was amazing. But we did have one employee that went above and beyond and made our stay so much more enjoyable. We ended up having some fire ants at our site and someone came out and sprayed them. He not only got rid of them but got rid of the ant hills and continued to check back and made sure they were completely gone. It was such a relief to know he really cared that much!

At this KOA, I love all the amenities, and the appreciate the friendly staff. They keep everything very clean. However, we've been placed in the same camping area right next to the interstate every time we have camped here. It's so loud that even with wearing earplugs, my husband and I wake up nearly every hour throughout the night. We're not certain if we'll be back or not due to the noise.

My husband and I stayed here while looking for housing in the springs. The staff were very friendly, the campground was clean and quiet, and they had so many amenities that we loved using such as the camp kitchen, dog park, and heated pools!

My husband and I stayed at this campground for 5 nights in our travel trailer with our 2 dogs. The sites are spacious and the campground is really clean. There are lots of activities to keep kids entertained. The campground has a nice trail along the creek to walk the dogs.

Awesome campground to stay at! Far enough away from the city for less traffic, but close enough to everything for about a 25 minute drive! The staff were so friendly and nice. We had water/electric pull thru site for our travel trailer, and everything worked smoothly! Pool and hot tub open year round, many activities, games, crafts, ect. Overall an awesome KOA, we will be back!

Looks like a great place if you have kids. We have dogs and the dog park here got a one star. We didn't use any of the showers or laundry facilities. Our campsite was great, good size, good hookups. We had a deluxe patio site. Located right on the highway but is close to everything Colorado Springs has to offer.
