This staff is always very accommodating and friendly. The park and facilities are always spotless.

I had a great stay at the Colorado Springs KOA. It was my 2nd visit. It's clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. The only negative was 1 camper was in 1 shower & locked the door so noone could use the other showers or restroom. I wish they would remove the deadbolt and only have the keypad code.

I had a great time at Colorado Springs KOA. The staff were amazingly friendly & helpful. My site was just the right size. The place is very clean & offer's Golf Cart rentals (which I plan to use on future visits). Clean bathrooms, showers, and a laundry room. I'll be back soon!

I was greeted with a smile and felt very comfortable during the checking process. The front desk very friendly and made me comfortable. Will stay there again.

Stayed for one night in a tent site with our camper van. Clean and friendly park . The gentleman at the desk that checked me in was very very very friendly !

Great gal at the desk, met good folks at the campground. This was a last minute need, so am glad I could find a spot. Clean restrooms and showers. Overall, great stay even though I am used to dispersed camping instead of city camping. Would not hesitate to find a KOA again if needed.

We had a great time! Lots of fun for our daughter. My only feedback is the camp kitchen was never cleaned while we were there and there was food and dirty dishes left in the sink for days. Other than that it was a great time and we'll be back

It was really good just too hot out. Bathrooms are awsome cause they have a/c. Very friendly staff. Tent sites need a little more privacy and trees.

Was great and we will come back. Just a few things needed to be fixed like the toliet in the bathroom, the light bulb in the shower, the broken shower holder in the bathroom next to campsite 14.

We visit this park every year, but with the pool not being heated and bathrooms needed upgrades we may have to look for another one. 95 degree weather and the pool was still to cold.

Overall it was ok. Tent site was incredibly small. Staff was friendly. Wifi was spotty. One gentleman got it working well for me one day and that was great. They had advertised kids activities and even had a schedule in the app detailing what was happening. When we got there, we were told that there were no activities Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday. The pool and play area was nice.

Super fun and lots of activities for kids. Should have read it when booking my tent site , I didn't realize the size I booked was so small. But other than that the stay was great, will come again

Traffic noise was really load but I expected that. The real problem was that the bathrooms were not kept in working order. The day I left we were down to one working toilet. I know things happen but it should have been taken care of faster. Other than that it is a nice park with a well stocked store.

It is a beautiful camp site, with so many great amenities and activities. And the staff was amazing.

We loved staying here! It was very clean, safe, had great amenities, and had a lot of recreational things to do. I liked how it was in such a convenient area and had a long walking trail. The restroom and showers were clean and well supplied. The only negative aspect is how noisy it is. It’s very close to the highway and there were semis going by very loudly throughout the night.

Wish we had just headed straight there instead of trying to find other sites. Very friendly and amenable with lots to do. Beautiful site. Definitely on my list of places to return to.

The splash park was the best part of our stay. The water faucet and electric box were a code violation waiting to happen and inappropriately placed (complete trip hazard- both kids and hubby tripped). The bathroom closest to our site was in deplorable condition- one of the toilets was full of flies and excrement during our stay(a safety and health hazard for the baby) . Won't be returning. Beware!

Everything was good except for the restroom near our site. The women’s restroom has 2 showers & 2 toilets. One toilet was broken so there was only one for all the women using it. And, the shower head was broken in one shower, so basically only one shower. It got overly packed.

If the bathrooms had been a little cleaner/stocked and if the AC in the bathrooms worked it would be 5 stars. It was so muggy it the bathroom that you needed to take a shower after taking a shower.

Tent camping I'm sure this is great if you have an RV, but if you're in a tent or a cabin with no toilet, be prepared to walk quite a ways. I would probably not stay here again in a tent-98% because of the bathroom situation, but I think they're fine with that since it's mostly set up for RVs anyway.

Love this campground and normally visit each year. This year, the cable was out, internet worked sporadically, camping kitchen completely out of power and hot water, staff seemed overwhelmed and requests had to be made several times to have light bulbs repaired in bedrooms (3 days into trip - fixed). Staff was pleasant but appeared overwhelmed.

The tent sites are close together and our was noisy. We had people next to us pack up the 1st night at 2am then the next night we had people cooking their breakfast at 5am and being loud with dogs barking. The water Park area also is ice cold so no one wants to be in it.

Our first stay at KOA and it was not what we expected. Many features we didn’t expect and were pleasantly surprised. Everything was nice and staff was extremely helpful.

The desk staff are great and helpful! The campsite was a mess when we got there and not what we reserved. They asked us to wear bracelets and my mom came to sit at the pool with us and have dinner and she was told to leave and that if the manager saw her anywhere on the property, he would kick her off the property with no bracelet and then sat there and talked with a group of people who didn't.

Employees there were so nice and seemed genuinely happy doing their jobs.i wish the pool/hot tubs were open later (most places do midnight) and the close proximity of the military firing range made for a frightening wake up the first time i heard the gunshots. Our stay was quite enjoyable overall though.

People at the campground are very nice and the campground was kept fairly well. I was charged the same rate as the RV Travelers were and I was at a tent site with no utilities. Way too expensive for me to stay there again.

Overall it was a good location, but otherwise it felt like number of spaces was a priority over beauty and comfort. The wind blew through the tent space, and because of the two walls and so few trees in the campground, it turned into a wind tunnel. Our tent struggled in the wind and we ended up leaving before the second night we had scheduled to find a hotel.

Staff was very friendly. lot's of amenities and they all seemed clean and functional. The location isn't perfect, but the road noise from the interstate wasn't nearly as loud and intrusive as I had expected. Don't let that be a deterrent for you.

We had an amazing stay in our cabin! Mindy was especially helpful, as she had our firewood delivered (we didn’t even have to leave the cabin) and she also brought us extra blankets and linens after her shift for our “plus one.” We will definitely be back!

spending the day visiting the area. arrived early evening. The staff was very pleasant and let us sleep in our SUV. The site was clean and well maintained, we were close the the bathroom. Woke up on Easter morning to see the Easter Bunny hopping by. Everything was clean and very well maintained.

The staff was and is always great, especially the housekeeping lady that rushed to finish up cleaning our cabin so we could checkin early. We visit often since we live close by and love the people here so it's worth the 45 minute drive a few times a year. I only wish the waterpark was year around or heated.
