Great place to stay for the entire family. Everything at our rv site was clean and functioning. The staff was extremely helpful. My kids loved the water park, playground, and bikes rental. I will definitely stay here again.

Let me be clear…if you have kids this park is a 15 on a scale of 1-10. I literally have never seen such a great park for families. It is kid heaven and I won’t hesitate to recommend it to friends with kids. We don’t have kids, so even though the park is super well maintained and clean, and the staff is exceptional, I’ll time my visits for when school is in session.

All the staff were respectful and helpful. This KOA is a kids dream stay. All the activities and pool time will not disappoint. The camp is clean and the spots with animal fencing are adequate for any size dog. So, your pets will have a good time as well with the dog park. It’s close to home and ran very well. Thank you for our end of summer vacation. We will see them again

Traveling in a big rig totaling 65’. Stayed here 2 times on our trip as we were passing through. 1st time was placed in a tight site with large power poles and a tree. Shouldn’t have been used as a site. 2nd time was placed in a nice roomy site. LOTS of kids running around everywhere. Biggest complaint was the water which smelled like sulfur. Helpful staff! Camp store was well stocked with essentials and clothing. Nice, scenic river on site. Well suited for children not for the mature folks. Small, cold pool. Needs a good cleaning. Consider adult only time(7 to 9pm) Restroom building needs updating. Has very poor ventilation. Original building has aged and in disrepair. Cafe was not good. Small portions. Golf cart were out of control!

Location ok for touring around Colorado Springs. But, very crowded, tight sites. The park is very popular with families with children. This RV Park is in need of an overall “facelift including landscaping.” The employees were very nice and helpf, but probably would not stay again.

Everything was great except the bathrooms. There is no ventilation so you feel like you are in a 900 degree sauana. You are so sticky after a shower you can barely get your clothes on.

Disappointing at best. Our site had three large piles of dog waste. Broken down campfire container with rusty metal lying on the ground. Golf carts flying around everywhere. A better manager could change things quickly!

Only giving a 4 because of the new washing machines and app. A disaster. Managment was kind and made up for it but still frustrating when you've put your money in and the screen goes completely blank for 2 of the 4 dryers and other 2 already in use.

I questioned why this place would require me to sign a release which included holding them harmless for their own negligence. Then I tried to take a shower in their flooded restrooms and figured it out. The manager gave me the old “because corporate told us to” explanation for the illegal release. For the price we paid to stay here, this place was a big disappointment.

Nice sites, broken showers, clogged toilets, no basketball, or other areas out in the dirt not ready to use. Short staffed asked 3 times for my wood. Pool hazy and cold. Loved having all the doggy waste post and bags close. Lots of riding toys were broken down. Just an average campground now, more run down than 2018. And less friendly staff. I like older folks with more common sence

Although we didn't use it, looks like one of the best pools for kids we've ever seen! Also lots of bikey-things for kids to use available. Nice park, great people running it...

Very disappointing for the price. 1 of 2 showers, 1 of 2 toilets broken in ladies bathroom, no paper towels. Toilet seat not attached on men’s side. Kids jumping in cloudy hot tub even though the sign said “no kids under 18 allowed, strictly enforced”, . Not well maintained at all. Facility was rundown a bit. No basketball court, nothing but a pool, which had floating debris of wood, grass, and other stuff. Not ever again.

The site was great except for the lack of shade or grass. We had our dogs with us and the patio pavers were very hot on us and our dogs paws. Would have preferred grass. We got a site with a paw pen....it was very small. We have 2 German Shepards so it was too small for them. The site was otherwise ver spacious. There are a lot of amenities to enjoy. More shade is a must.

Very disappointed with the lack of adequate power services. To have the power go out on an extremely hot day made our stay unbearable. It is very obvious from looking at the power system that it is wholly inadequate. Really needs updating.

Website states there is cable, but there isn't. The power grid needs work. A row of rv's including ours had no power for 3 1/2 hours. They didn't do anything about it until I went and told them because they said they were really busy checking people in. It was 102 degrees on the 17th. We were told they have had this problem many times before. They use fuses to fix the problem on this line.

Not in Colorado Springs. Please be clear about location. It’s gross and creepy that an RV park makes you sign that any photos of your child taken in the pool area is their property to use as they like. That’s beyond concerning and inappropriate. Never again.

Staff was excellent. They were very helpful friendly and fun. Campground was clean, campsites were not on top of each other, and overall the campsite was nice. Grandkids loved the water feature, the activities center, and the golf cart/cycle rental. The only issue with the campground would be the bathroom/laundry facilities. They need to be updated to make this a much more friendly place,

Hot tub was supposed to be for adults but was filled with kids constantly. No staff ever came by to enforce it. Kinda ruined the whole experience

Staff was friendly, but the camp is too crowded. Need a few less spaces so can spread out. Facilities need upkeep. Most of the interactive features of splash pad do not work. Need more restrooms and shows for the large number of camping spots and cabins with no bathroom. Also, too many unsupervised children misbehaving and staff not doing anything.

Park staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The chef who made our breakfast burrito on Saturday July 15 in the am was OUTSTANDING!! Possibly the best burrito I have ever eaten! Love the park overall. This is our second time to stay there and we will definitely be back!!!

I loved all the activities for kids. They were always occupied and having fun. To make the campground better, I recommend adding additional restrooms. At many times, there was only one toilet available in the whole campground (why clean the bathrooms at 8:30am?). For the amount of tent spots and cabins without bathrooms, this campground needs to add more.

Nice location and fun family atmosphere. Bathroom at back of the park went two days without toilet paper in men's and women's. One of the two toilets in women's bathroom at back of campground was never operational for entire week. Insufficient number of toilets and showers for the size of the facility made for long wait times. Grass was not trimmed well around sites, especially near hookups.

We had a great time however, we feel like the bathrooms could use a major uplift. Only one working women’s toilet in the back, which got pretty gross at times. Also, with as many families that stay there, larger showers would be extremely helpful. Every time I went to shower, there was a mother trying to shower with a small child (including myself and my children).

The staff was all VERY friendly. Our only suggestion would be to add restrooms, especially close to the pool area because they’re so far away that it’s doubtful anyone exits the pool to use the restroom. We appreciated they fly the military flags & not pride flags.

Stayed two nights. All systems worked well and were placed conveniently to our RV. Although we did not use the many facilities offered, we could tell other campers were really enjoying them. Was especially impressed by the child oriented games, toys, and adventures. Definitely a Five Star Park.

Our 2-wk stay was enjoyable. Campground staff were friendly, helpful and readily accessible around the campground. Trash was picked up promptly, campgrounds impeccably groomed and clean. There were plenty of fun activities for children and families but many required fees. Nice variety of food available at camp’s snack bar but pricey. Camp office understaffed, always a wait. Would visit again.

spending the day visiting the area. arrived early evening. The staff was very pleasant and let us sleep in our SUV. The site was clean and well maintained, we were close the the bathroom. Woke up on Easter morning to see the Easter Bunny hopping by. Everything was clean and very well maintained.

The staff was and is always great, especially the housekeeping lady that rushed to finish up cleaning our cabin so we could checkin early. We visit often since we live close by and love the people here so it's worth the 45 minute drive a few times a year. I only wish the waterpark was year around or heated.
