Not worth $81.00 to 85.00 per night. The campground is in serious disrepair. The sites are all dirt (no grass) that turns to mud after a rain and snow event, which we experience during our stay. There is no Wi-Fi and no cable tv service.

I was there overnight and have never stayed before. The staff were fantastic. If I had a family this would be the place to stay! If I had to improve on something it would be the showers. Need a place to dry and change, too small.

We had a lovely stay. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful - it was a pleasure to work with them. The sites were plenty spacious and well maintained. The location was great, plenty close to attractions and near to necessities. We were there a little early in the season, but it's clear this would be a paradise for children and families. Very dog friendly. We would definitely return.

Mostly good. Says free wifi. It comes and goes. Mostly goes. Don’t count on watching anything on the telly. You’ll have to use your data on your phone.

The employees at the KOA were fabulous. I was so grateful for their service. I was hosting a small business group for my company called the RV Mama of 4 where I teach women how to RV from start to finish, and the KOA workers were so accommodating.

Nice KOA, lots of sites. Big park, lots of things to do. Variety of activities, which was great. On the bad side is the big gravel they use around the park for the sites. Not good on the dogs feet, just needs to be the smaller 1/2” washed or the pea gravel. But that’s $$ so understand the use of the bigger gravel.

We overnighted in a fifth wheel enroute to Canada. Very clean, efficient, helpful staff. We'll likely be back for a longer stay.

I would have given this a 5, however was disappointed on Sunday when leaving at 8am to find we could not use the dump station, it was locked? Saw a staff member cleaning up around the restrooms thought maybe he would have the key, but he didn’t? Why not? Good suggestion would be if there is no one to unlock early maybe put locks on them that are combination locks. Otherwise great visit and staff

On our way home from winter snow-birding Colorado Springs KOA was the perfect place to rest up a night, dump and clean our tanks, and winterize, then get through Denver AFTER rush hour traffic. It has worked this way for us for years.

Very friendly staff and great site. Staff picked up and dropped off propane tank after filling. We would definitely come back only thing was the premium site was quite pricey for being off season but other than that it was great.

Arrived after hours for a pre-booked paid for site. Verbal assurance from representative "Mindy" that an envelope would be at the after hours box for me when I arrived. No envelope there on arrival. No one answered their phones, including the site supervisor number posted on the door. I had no other options, so I just took a site near the office and stayed the night and left in the morning.

This park was super clean and staff was very friendly, super helpful. They have a great kids program, waterpark, hot tub, heated pool, bouncy pad and so much more. We stayed in Spring (March) so it was still cold and most of the amenities weren't open yet but I can see where in the warmer months, this place is even more amazing. Location is easy on/off fwy and close to Colorado Springs

A fabulous family friendly campground. Typical of KOA, the staff were accommodating and friendly. The washrooms were clean and the grounds well-maintained. It was especially good for dog owners with a river walk our pup really enjoyed.

spending the day visiting the area. arrived early evening. The staff was very pleasant and let us sleep in our SUV. The site was clean and well maintained, we were close the the bathroom. Woke up on Easter morning to see the Easter Bunny hopping by. Everything was clean and very well maintained.

The staff was and is always great, especially the housekeeping lady that rushed to finish up cleaning our cabin so we could checkin early. We visit often since we live close by and love the people here so it's worth the 45 minute drive a few times a year. I only wish the waterpark was year around or heated.
