Park was clean and presentable. Wifi still needs a little work as it was lagging and I know the park has worked hard on getting cable installed but couldn't get it to work for me. Need to hand out food menu when checking in and maybe offering delivery service. Never open when I walked over. I will stay here again.

Much of the amenities where not available do to the time of year. All in all a very convenient KOA, right off the highway with friendly folks. I drive this route a lot so it will be on my list and I will stay there again.

I was given a very poorly printed 4 page “guide” at arrival. Nowhere on it or the website was anything about packages so I had 2 orders sent. I received a call from the office and was chastised when #1 arrived and told further shipments would be refused. Ultimately the 2nd pkg was received. Site 129 next to me had roughly 40 items outside their RV resembling garbage that I paid $85/night to

Have stayed in a cabin twice now. Was adequate, cabin wasn’t as clean as I had expected.

The campground appears to have great amenities but some other improvements could be made. The picnic tables need to be scraped and repainted. The laundry room was cold (no heat when it was 32 degrees outside), dirty, and smelled awful. After one look I went to a local laundromat. Outside staff never seemed to do anything other than pick up our trash-but they did it promptly.

Pool was heated, jacuzzi was colder than the pool. Trash pick-up was appreciated and I liked that the staff regularly patrolled the area in golf carts. I rented a golf cart and thought the $96 a day rate was absurd. I am disabled and needed it with my grandsons 6 & 8. There was little to do during the fall and winter time. The bounce pad was not cleaned after someone had vomited on it.

We always have fun when we come here! I love that there are fun things to do that don’t require $$. Our son LOVES the wagon rides. Most of the employees are friendly and helpful. The only thing that would make this more fun is if there is a list of activities either in print or text. We missed a couple things because we didn’t know in advance.

Very nice place with tons of amenities. We only stayed one night because we were traveling across the country but I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to do some camping!

Campground is well kept. Main comment is that price for basic sites is pretty high. At $80 it is comparable to hotel rates in town. I live in Colorado Springs and would consider a weekend out of town, but the rates are a little off putting.

Employees are very helpful, nice and accommodating. Fix the doorknob and pin pad on the women’s bathroom door!!

This property is in a very beautiful location! The park is fairly well kept with some really nice amenities. They initially put me in a graveled spot that was so unlevel I don't think I had enough blocks to get level. Probably would have had at least one tire all the way off the ground!! But, for extra $$, they did move me to a paved spot which was much better.

Very clean campsites. The staff helped my husband find a nut and bolt he needed for his trailer. Very friendly and helpful. Campground Has lots of recreational areas for kids and families. We were just passing through quickly but happy to have such a nice place for the night

We absolutely loved our stay at Colorado Springs KOA! The cabin had more amenities than I expected — fresh sheets, towels, furniture, you name it. I especially appreciated the A/C units! My girls loved the water park, splash pad, and heated pool — we spent hours there every day. A special shoutout to Sarah, who took such great care of us! She’s truly a gift; so kind, attentive & hospitable!

We arrived after a long drive and a crowd of kids near the entrance started screaming at us when we drove in. The group shouted and followed us on bikes as we tried to find our spot. Apparently they don’t like Tesla? It was unsettling and unwelcoming, we did not feel like staying the second night. Still waiting on the refund. They should have been kicked out imo. The staff was apologetic.

Camping for Halloween! There was so much for kids to do. We stay at this KOA often and I can definitely tell things have changed there. Doesn't look like people are living there, landscape good, no political flags, bathrooms were clean. We stopped coming because it was a dumpy campground. Decided to go and I was definitely impressed. Hope it stays this way!

We have stayed there couple times and experience were very good. Bathrooms were clean same as laundry. This time stinky and not clean, laundry was dirty. I assume that they can do much better in taking care of the place. Personnel were nice.

Everything was really good. The laundry room needs help and the dryers don't work well. Have them serviced and if they have been then get a new company to do it

We stayed for a couple of weeks again. This is the third or fourth extended stay. It’s a nice campground with a lot of amenities on site. Everything is clean and well maintained.

I live in Colorado Springs. My daughter and two granddaughters 4&8 years old had a few days off school. They enjoyed the pool. I read the reviews before making my reservation. YES, the staff is very helpful and friendly. Campground is clean and amenities are awesome. I usually travel long distances but for the enjoyment I (we) had and the smiles on my girls faces, thank you!!!

We have stayed in several KOAs from Ohio to Utah and this was the most disappointing one.The campground was very nice but our cabin needs a lot of work for what we paid.Plus the water went from scolding hot to ice cold with minimal in between, the stove seemed unsafe and vent didn’t work toilet was loose with wrong seat,could not walk barefoot as flooring had gaps and areas coming up,needs redon

My husband and I stayed at this campground for 5 nights in our travel trailer with our 2 dogs. The sites are spacious and the campground is really clean. There are lots of activities to keep kids entertained. The campground has a nice trail along the creek to walk the dogs.

Awesome campground to stay at! Far enough away from the city for less traffic, but close enough to everything for about a 25 minute drive! The staff were so friendly and nice. We had water/electric pull thru site for our travel trailer, and everything worked smoothly! Pool and hot tub open year round, many activities, games, crafts, ect. Overall an awesome KOA, we will be back!

Looks like a great place if you have kids. We have dogs and the dog park here got a one star. We didn't use any of the showers or laundry facilities. Our campsite was great, good size, good hookups. We had a deluxe patio site. Located right on the highway but is close to everything Colorado Springs has to offer.
