Listening to the river was wonderful. Beautiful trees. Large cement pads, gravel around it and length that fit our 32 foot motorhome and truck tow without unhooking. They have gravel in areas so our dogs paws didn't get dirty keeping our motorhome cleaner. The check-in was easy, quick and friendly. A gentleman in a golf cart guided us to our rv spot and parking. They pick up trash at your site!!

There is much to see in Colorado Springs. This KOA is in Fountain, so most sites in Col. Sprngs are about half-an-hour away. Know that, but it is not a problem. The campground is clean, well-managed, and has lots of things to do. Only drawback: sites are a bit close together. They are large enough and nice enough, and some even come with their own dog yards!

- pull through site #158, FHU, some shade - Gravel site - not level - friendly staff - close to restrooms which were clean, longer walk to the laundry - internet worked better this year than when we stayed last year. - we would stay again

Site was ok but the grounds were kinda trashy especially at the back where more permanent residents appeared to be staying. And some sketchy people staying in tents as well. the bathrooms could be alot better especially the ones up front. For the size of the campground you need more bathrooms and showers!

The new owners are definitely cleaning up the campground. We have been going to this KOA for 10 years, and this was definitely our best stay. The bathrooms were clean, the pool was warm, and the activities were fun. The snack bar was yummy!

We absolutely loved our week there. Perfect location to visit so many attractions. Only thing we encountered was our neighbor had a dog that barked frequently. After a day or so it seemed to stop, so perhaps something was said to them? Would definitely stay here again, beautiful grounds, exceptional staff.

Good stay. Only two problems. First, we had a tree branch scraping the side of our bedroom slide, making a terrible sound during a windy night. We didn’t notice during setup. The wind wasn’t blowing at the time. We ended up running the slide back in and sleeping that way. The following day we tied the branch back with a bungee cord. Did not hurt the tree! Staff were helpful and courteous. Stayed there before and it is one of our favorite places to rest and recuperate to continue our travels.

Cabin was extremely dirty. It definitely was not cleaned in many months! No hot water. Stayed in the deluxe cabin for a lot of money and left early because of the state of it.

The facility was clean, spacious and laid out well. The people were nice and helpful. We noticed a lot of things for kids to keep busy and enough for adults to relax. Very much enjoyed our stay there.

The only thing that needs work are the bathrooms. I think they need to checked the bathrooms more often. And replace the code boxes they took 3 or 4 times to work And open. But the staff was great we loved our stay. They cook was great And the food was yummy. We can't wait to come back.

Not the cleanest KOA we've stayed in. Showers/bathrooms were mucky. Several full time RVers which is fine, but one played loud music throughout the day. We had planned on staying two nights so we could visit the area, but left after one night. We did have an issue with our electrical panel, but maintenance fixed it promptly.

There seemed to be a lot of permanent residents which is no problem. However, the one two sites down was consistently working on his cars and using loud machinery, including an air compressor for hours on end. Extremely annoying. I think he was spraying paint because the fumes were quite strong.

We have stayed her close to 20 times. We like the campground very much, but for the price they charge there is still no cable and the internet did not reach our lot.

Once we figured out the heaters in the cabin, our stay went very well. There were cobwebs in the bathroom window and the ceiling light fixtures: very minor issues. All of the hosts & staff are super friendly and very helpful.

Most overnighters leave early in the morning, I don’t understand why we can only do propane refill after 10am because maintenance crew only start at 10am. And that after I went to the office day before to confirm I can get propane early.

Great park layout. Added bonus of open snack bar F-S. Only complaint was the poor water pressure in the men’s shower. Good location.

I stayed 4 nights in one of the camping cabins as there was so much to see nearby, which was perfect for my needs traveling alone. The bathrooms & showers close at hand were great. The staff were all very helpful & friendly. So many great additions in this KOA to keep families with young children happy & busy. I highly recommend this KOA & definitely will be back with my family next time.

Beautiful, clean park. Big lots, roomy. Staff very pleasant. We stopped due to bad weather on our journey. I am giving 5 stars despite the fact the WiFi was public and it was not accessible during our stay. Disappointing.

We along with our 3 dogs really liked the Colorado Springs KOA. We actually stayed one day longer. The walking path was a bonus along with the dog park. Only complaint was the dog park was ALL dirt. The dogs brought in the dust into the RV.

The cabins need a deep cleaning. There was no water pressure in the showers.

Nice big sites- able to fit our rig and tow vehicle without unhooking if we chose to do so. The staff was great! Super friendly and helpful- would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I stayed at this campground for 5 nights in our travel trailer with our 2 dogs. The sites are spacious and the campground is really clean. There are lots of activities to keep kids entertained. The campground has a nice trail along the creek to walk the dogs.

Awesome campground to stay at! Far enough away from the city for less traffic, but close enough to everything for about a 25 minute drive! The staff were so friendly and nice. We had water/electric pull thru site for our travel trailer, and everything worked smoothly! Pool and hot tub open year round, many activities, games, crafts, ect. Overall an awesome KOA, we will be back!

Looks like a great place if you have kids. We have dogs and the dog park here got a one star. We didn't use any of the showers or laundry facilities. Our campsite was great, good size, good hookups. We had a deluxe patio site. Located right on the highway but is close to everything Colorado Springs has to offer.
