Made our reservations months in advance and when we arrived, they did not put us in our spots that we were given upon making our reservations. These three spot were never filled and we were separated with the explanation that we did not pay to hold our spots. The park is not well kept and just very disappointed with the whole outcome of our stay. The office staff is not well informed of policy.

A decent park with great staff. Camp sites are good sized so you’re not right on top of your neighbors.

Dirty bathrooms, garbage wasn't picked up, wasp nest on the corner of the cazebo and buildings looks run down and dirty.

laundry room was filthy, bathrooms were dated. pool is small and the 18+ age limit for the hot tub was not enforced. there was a lot of small trash at my site, including plastics, cigarette butts, candy wrappers.

Facilities were great as well as staff only concern was the constant noise of I-25; the KOA is adjacent to the highway. For light sleepers, you'll need ear plugs.

We have stayed at the Colorado Springs KOA 3-4 times but always in our motorhome. We booked a deluxe cabin. We booked a 4 night stay in Colorado Springs cabins and only stayed 2 nights and left. This was the worse experience we have had at a KOA. The cabin is next to the highway and noisy all night. The mattress on the bed is terrible. The cabin is not for older people. I was not offered a refund

We payed for 7 days but only stayed 5 days. Not impressed with our stay. Arrived 20 minutes early but had to come back to check in. The kid at the counter had a bad attitude and was not very helpful. The spot we got was not so good the grass was long and fire pit was dirty. We never used the restrooms or showers because they were so ugly,dirty and creepy. One of the worst KOA we've stayed at.

The staff is extremely rude. The facility is run down, needing repairs everywhere. The bathrooms are so dirty that my family wouldn't use them. The hot tub was cloudy. The sites are not kept up, they're full of weeds. Mt sewer connection was broken out of the ground. Half of the campground was long term local workers with junk everywhere. This is among one of the worst KOA's I've stayed at.

The lady at the front desk was not very professional. Cursing when the radio went off, telling the attendant that we were complaining that our site was too small (we were too long for it) and asking him to guide us so we didn’t get lost. The hot tub was full of dead bugs. It wasn’t the best experience.

Pool and hot tub open year round? Yes, thank you! Employees keep the campgrounds well maintained. The weekend activities were a hit. A pop up bee hive in space 149 was an interesting challenge. Crew had it contained and relocated quickly. Appreciate their awesome effort all around!

We arrived 20 minutes early and asked if we could just park until the site was ready-front desk person not very helpful and said it would cost $20. We left and returned. Site was fine, pretty plain. Took a shower and hot water took forever-should be mindful of wasted water if they advertise hot showers. Little inconveniences just add up.

Sorry, but honestly this one was the WORST stay! Bathroom was very dirty and no toilet paper! The cabin was very drafty. The host was not helpful at all. We'll NEVER return to that one! Very bitter about that one!

Staff was very nice. Our site was near a site with four vehicles and unkept. Also the sewage had to run uphill to drain out.

Bathroom smells a bit mildewy and both bathrooms and laundry rooms are a bit cramped. Long term residence might be a safety concern if you are traveling alone. Dish washing station nice.

My dog and I spent five nights here and loved it. Everything we wanted to do was within about 25 minutes, and the pull�thru sites with full hook�ups made things easy. We’ll absolutely be back.

Nice quiet campground, with a freat little café and weekend events and activities. Due to a severe weather forecast for my original travel route/day, I checked out a day early, and the KOA very kindly refunded the last night's fee.

The staff was amazing. Close to the highway, but well protected. We camp more remotely, but in town for an ice skating competition. Would definitely come back if we needed an overnight in the springs.

Was not pleased to be charged $20 for an early arrival (1 1/2 hours) just be placed in a space that had been sitting empty all day.

Camp ground needs cleaned a to z stayed in 121 spot lovely view of broke down truck and camper. Staff fair .park is in need of deep clean . People walking around smoking pot not cool speeding threw park . This is lowest score I ever gave a koa management step it up....

My husband and I stayed at this campground for 5 nights in our travel trailer with our 2 dogs. The sites are spacious and the campground is really clean. There are lots of activities to keep kids entertained. The campground has a nice trail along the creek to walk the dogs.

Awesome campground to stay at! Far enough away from the city for less traffic, but close enough to everything for about a 25 minute drive! The staff were so friendly and nice. We had water/electric pull thru site for our travel trailer, and everything worked smoothly! Pool and hot tub open year round, many activities, games, crafts, ect. Overall an awesome KOA, we will be back!

Looks like a great place if you have kids. We have dogs and the dog park here got a one star. We didn't use any of the showers or laundry facilities. Our campsite was great, good size, good hookups. We had a deluxe patio site. Located right on the highway but is close to everything Colorado Springs has to offer.
