Stayed 3 nights very clean with things to do but the pool was closed. Paid full price even with the pool close.

We had a great time. We were looking forward to planned activities and didn't realize they were mainly Thurs thru Sunday. We stayed Mon thru Wed so nothing was planned while we were there. There was some miscommunication on the use of gas grills at the camp kitchen and we didn't bring our propane because of it so the office was nice enough to loan us a propane grill. Had a great time!!

Carly is awesome. She is very knowledgeable and super sweet. Always nice running into her. Everyone is super nice. Had a great stay looking forward to outer next time in August.

The park was a little messy and my deluxe site was covered by weeds and a dirty table. There was a lot of noise until about 2:00 am.

Though the KOA offered many amenities, we were disappointed in the site. There was hardly any shade or grass. Also, having the pool right at the entrance to the KOA is not safe. Many families and children were wandering about, too close to the incoming RVs.

It's always a nice stay and an intimate feeling. The bathrooms were out a lot, though, which was difficult. It would be helpful to have arrows on the street to indicate which way the one-way street goes.

stayed a thurs-sun and took our granddaughter .. , she had a blast! staff was extremely friendly and helpful! only negative would be that the pool seemed pretty dirty , but there were a lot of kids everyday—and our wifi kept getting ‘poor’ strength still had a wonderful time!!

The only reason I rated it as high as I did is because the staff were amazing. Overworked and underpaid that’s for sure. There was one working toilet for our stay which made life difficult with a packed campground. Ice was never available at the store. Spent $96 to rent a golf kart. They were all dead. We finally found one with a charge and had to charge it most of the time we paid to use it

The check-in process is long and tedious. Bathroom is disgusting Can hear interstate all night...little sleep Refund refusal when wanted to check out early to go to another campground Couldn't wait to get out of there

The people were great!!! We stayed in a different cabin last time it was a little nicer but this one was good. We also wanted to use the grill next to the cabin It was full of weeds. We werep afraid to use it. Everything else was 5 stars!!!!

Our site was on gravel and way overpriced. Took a very long time just to check in. Very busy and crowded park with lots of children. Would not recommend for just an overnight stop.

Lots of open sites. Would not put our group together. We had three different types of sites but we offered to upgrade and adjust. Would not accomodate.

This KOA had no events like listed on the website the 3 days we were there. No Watermelon feed, no bubble parties, no hayrack rides. The water park wasn't heated. Cabin only had 1 trashbag, asked for more and never got them. Had to go buy an extension cord as not enough outlets in cabin. Screens falling off windows so couldn't open. Place very ran down. Nothing like our first KOA elsewhere.

Staff was great lots of things to do, but there were a lot of people living in the campground. The back in location we were in was very close to a lot of campers because the sites went every direction through there.

There were not enough bathrooms for the amount of people there. Toilets were often out of order. Pot smoking next to our campsite as well. Made it not enjoyable at all. The campgrounds could have been cleanwr

Bathrooms were not very clean. Parents were not attending to kids on bicycles & scooters and teens driving golf carts which made walking on the grounds difficult. The Kamper Kitchen was not clean.

The KOA is centrally located with easy access to attractions in and around the city. The campground was very well maintained, clean, and comfortable. The amenities are top notch! Our dog gave the dog park and nearby trails, 5 stars. We look forward to staying here again when our travels pass through Colorado.

Great location for sight seeing and things to do in Colorado Springs or near by. Restrooms weren’t kept up well. Overall a decent place.

We, unfortunately, were very disappointed in the campground. The staff was very friendly and the pool area appeared well maintained, but the area most important to us, our campsite, was not well maintained. The campsite was all weeds which spilled out over the border into the parking site. The firepit was filled with weeds. The picnic table was unusable. This did not represent the KOA we trust.

Love the park, clean and well maintained. The only drawback is that it is very crowded. The water park is open for outside the park customers. The waterfall camp sights also was a disappointment. The photos make it seem to be in front of your rv. But it is actually across the street and the spots are very small. So I would not pay extra again for that spot.

Nice clean place I just think they need a worker at the pool kids were running up slide and trapped my kid and hurt him we asked them to stop but they didn't actually started acting worse are first time staying there we were under a tree that was dropping worms that looked like maggots but they were all over not sure what they were

The staff was really friendly and helpful! We stayed in a tent and appreciated the pergola once it was raining. There was a bright light outside our site so it was hard to enjoy a fire and the freeway is a little loud. I used ear plugs which helped. It was nice being able to take walks by the dam and around the park. The pool was nice on the hot days. Bathrooms, showers and laundry were clean.

We came in on a Sunday and had some fun activities. Staff was very helpful and fun to talk with. I learned next time come on Thursday through Sunday for mor activities for the kids however pool and slides were great.

We stayed in a cabin and our daughters loved the water park, the bubble park, and adventuring out into the surrounding area each day from the KOA. My wife and I have stayed in KOAs all over the country and this was another great experience for our family.

The grass was high and not enough shower stales plus out paper was gone, it was loud at night and quiet hours were not enforced

We had a great time. We stayed busy during the day and had a blast at the pool. Staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend Fountain KOA to anyone visiting CO springs. Only issues is owners need to update; proper ventilation for shower/toilet rooms, drainage around jump pad, level gaga pit, nothing works at the splash park (pulleys/levers/water guns) table at site needs to be replaced.

It was great! From checking in everyone at the front desk was amazing and friendly. To the staff around the grounds were always smiling and greeting you. It was a great place for our family! We can’t wait to go back next year!

Great time. The staff is awesome. Really the staff is awesome and made our trip special. Clean, fun, good food good prices. We stayed 5 nights and would go back in a heart beat. Not to mention heated pool. Overall a 10.

My husband and I stayed at this campground for 5 nights in our travel trailer with our 2 dogs. The sites are spacious and the campground is really clean. There are lots of activities to keep kids entertained. The campground has a nice trail along the creek to walk the dogs.

Awesome campground to stay at! Far enough away from the city for less traffic, but close enough to everything for about a 25 minute drive! The staff were so friendly and nice. We had water/electric pull thru site for our travel trailer, and everything worked smoothly! Pool and hot tub open year round, many activities, games, crafts, ect. Overall an awesome KOA, we will be back!

Looks like a great place if you have kids. We have dogs and the dog park here got a one star. We didn't use any of the showers or laundry facilities. Our campsite was great, good size, good hookups. We had a deluxe patio site. Located right on the highway but is close to everything Colorado Springs has to offer.
