Very nice staff!!! Cool splash pad and pool set up. Not very please with having minimal showers and toilets though or laundry facilities. We have stayed at Koa’s that have more showers and toilets and way more laundry options.

Very kid friendly. And very fun for famiky. We stayed 1 night and ended staying 2 because it was so fun. We will be back.

Booked a cabin with half bath. No table in the cabin for preparing food. No ordinary sofa or chairs, only beds in the "living area" (bunkbeds and a old sleeping sofa) Fridge was missing a shelf. No hot/warm water in the sink on the toilet. The door was difficult to close. We were suppose to stay for 2 weeks, but got a refund and booked Wyndham hotel with full bath and breakfast for less mon

This stay, unfortunately, was not for pleasure. My puppy had hip surgery so we found this KOA which was close to Colorado Springs Vet Orthopedic. The ladies helping with reservations were AMAZING!! Our plans kept changing and they did everything possible to make sure we had the same site due to circumstances and our changing plans. They were dedicated to help with what we needed. THANK YOU!

Disappointed while traveling to SD & back. Pool was overcrowded-low on water & cloudy-same was true for the small water park area. Staff held a “parade” with a truck and trailer carrying children. It went on from 8-9PM with staff shouting throughout the park-very disruptive if you weren’t participating. Store hours were inconvenient and didn’t align with guest needs. We expected more from

Returned only because we missed the refund window after booking early, hoping this KOA would uphold its reputation. Pool still uninviting. Inexperienced check-in. Large group took over shared spaces. Loud parade again. Fireworks after quiet hours. Mosquitoes and highway noise unbearable. Only upside: great Korean food nearby.

We always have a great time when we come to the Colorado Springs KOA. The staff are very helpful, especially Bobbi and Tatum who go above and beyond to help in the KOA store. The water park is one of our favorite features that we look forward to every summer. My family and I highly recommend staying here!!

The sites are close together. You can't sit at your picnic table without the other site's sewer hose nearby. You can't lay your patio mat without it being on top of the gravel divider. It is unsafe to walk on because of the hidden border. We tripped over ours several times. The food shack was excellent.

Convenient to Pikes Peak.Large sites. We upgraded to a large concrete pad. Great waterpark!!! Utilities are fine. Two negatives. Park sits right next to I-25 so the road noise is very high, if that bothers you. Additionally, the wifi was mediocre. Very good over the air TV reception.

While they are clearly working on making some improvements to the property on the whole, for several of the activities (crafts, treats, etc) they were clearly unprepared and had no materials and ended up canceling the events without notification until guests showed up wondering why there were no staff members present to run the events. Still a great campground, but has clearly changed in areas

Very nice team ! Spot for my tent not bad but close to the road (and trafic...). 2 bathrooms 2 restrooms... (in my side) not enough when RV'S people are coming, it's a family camping, with all you need for kids (great for them). I do prefer when it's quiet.. and "campers" polite. A minimum. On your vacation way, should be good.

Stayed in a “deluxe” cabin for 5 days June 2025. Day 1: Employees were nice & helpful. FYI even if you stay in a “deluxe” cabin, bring fans! The wall unit definitely does not cool the cabin. Day 3: My husband had to ask for towels 3 separate times before anyone would get them for us. Day 4: Called police for a fight that broke out under the gazebo. We love Colorado, but this KOA was not

It was sooooo busy when we came. However, the pool area was great for our kids. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only complaint I have are the roads in the campground. They need a lot of work.

The park itself has a lot to offer those with kids staying several days. However, the site we were in (#170) was a problem. We had to dig into the bush to get to the water, and because the tree hadn’t been trimmed up high enough, we elected to back out of our pull through to leave so we didn’t scratch our coach. Please trim the bushes & trees!

The staff was basically unfriendly. One person (the guy who parked us) was great. He waved every time he saw us. No one else did!!! Big change from last year. Not sure we will return although we’ve been great customers for years.

I was a walk in. They promptly found a space for me. The only problem I had with my stay was the lock code on the bathroom door. Punching in the code, having to repeat (several times) before you could get it to work. Talking to the other women also trying to get in the bathroom, everyone has had problems.

Our truck broke down during our stay, we had stay an extra week due to truck repairs. They were very understanding and accommodating, I would highly recommend them on your next visit. Ask for Carley she was very helpful.

What a craphole this place is. Two bathrooms for the whole park are you kidding me! I was staying next to a tweeker. Can you say trailer trash. Don’t stay at this place what a rip off!

Fantastic time! Awesome staff! Truly enjoyed the cheeseburgers. One small request. The cabins for 6 above the river. Is it possible to get bigger tables. The small table that seats 4 was not conducive to food prep and or eating.

WONDERFUL STAY - VERY NICE TREES, LOADS OF SHADE, WELL GROOMED CLEAN AREAS ... NEGATIVES - SOME ROAD NOISE, UNDER STAFFED AT FRONT DESK - SLOW RESPONSE TO TEXT OR VOICE MAILS. BUT WORTH THE STAY!!

Not as advertised, no screen porch, wood rooting, nails exposed. No furniture indoors to sit on. Floors were really dirty, especially in the corners. Outdoor games and area really dated and run down. We felt cheated, brought family members and raved about KOA the whole way there from MO. Boo

My husband and I stayed at this campground for 5 nights in our travel trailer with our 2 dogs. The sites are spacious and the campground is really clean. There are lots of activities to keep kids entertained. The campground has a nice trail along the creek to walk the dogs.

Awesome campground to stay at! Far enough away from the city for less traffic, but close enough to everything for about a 25 minute drive! The staff were so friendly and nice. We had water/electric pull thru site for our travel trailer, and everything worked smoothly! Pool and hot tub open year round, many activities, games, crafts, ect. Overall an awesome KOA, we will be back!

Looks like a great place if you have kids. We have dogs and the dog park here got a one star. We didn't use any of the showers or laundry facilities. Our campsite was great, good size, good hookups. We had a deluxe patio site. Located right on the highway but is close to everything Colorado Springs has to offer.
