We have been taking a cross country trip with our 27' motorhome and have been using KOA exclusively. Our stay at Colorado Springs was ok, but the highway noise was more than we liked.

We had a great time at KOA Colorado Springs! The staff was excellent, always working hard and still making sure the campers were enjoying themselves. Shout out to, “Pat and Ron,” also other staff members I can’t remember their name at this time but they always made us feel welcome! Thank you for a great time camping for my family!!!!

Booked in Jan and called to be moved next to our friends. Both paid the lock and when we arrived they had moved our friends to be by us but they have a bigger trailer so we were separated and they couldn't do anything. We had five spots behind us open the entire time from Thur-Sun open. This was a huge hassle! No discount or % off the golf cart we rented to bring food back and forth. Not happy

The futon in our cabin was broken and stained maintenance through a bolt in it and said sorry hot water didn’t last long enough for a shower the cabin was dirty we got in very early in the morning and our check in package was not there even after several calls to ensure it was and you originally over charged us beds were absolutely the worst you guys should be ashamed god awful KOA

Pull through site was too small. No room for tow vehicle. The sites in section we were in are basically van sites.

The staff is delightful however I am not happy with the activities or the pool area. We pay a lot of $ to camp at this KOA. In the past they've had a lot of activities & the pool area had a lot of coverage to protect us from the sun while we watched our little ones play. There were no activities at all on Tues. or Wed. & the cabanas now need to be reserved, $20 for 1/2 a day & $40 for a full day!

Pat who was running the poolside cabana was excellent. He was very friendly and run a tight ship. On his days off things were not so cool. Kids in the hot tub. Drinks in the pool etc. beautiful campground lots of activities for the kiddos

Enjoyed 2 days at the Colorado Springs KOA. The splash pad with slides and the jump pad were big hits with our early elementary age grandkids. The RV sites were spacious with trees about every other site. The area between sites were half grass/weeds. Bathrooms, facilities and grounds were mostly maintained and clean. Showers were small without benches & water spilled out on to the bathroom floor.

This KOA is in an excellent location, however we found the park to be a bit run down. The laundry areas were very cramped with many of the machines out of order. The restrooms were always a mess. Muddy floors and dirty showers. The back shower house had a cleaning sign in sheet that hadn’t been filled out in 3 days. In addition, the same shower house had a code lock to enter that never worked

We stayed 3 days and 2 nights and really enjoyed it. Has a lot of great amenities for families with kids. There was a lot of highway noise, but that's no fault of the KOA. The only complaint I really have is the K9 zone doesn't have grass. But it's not like you can't walk your dogs around the perimeter, and take a poop bag with you; which we did. The smores latte we got there was amazing!

Stay here every year! Never again! Strict adherence to a check in time had six units parked in a dusty field for more than two hours. Assigned spaces were ready to occupy…in 50 years of camping I’ve never seen such arbitrary rule enforcement. KOA is expensive but does offer extras…I won’t be back to this one…ever. Staff was great as usual…poor management!

Was expecting the same great conditions for a KOA stay as we have usually experienced over the past 30+ years. Not here!! The pool and water park areas were very clean and attractive as was the office. The rest of the campground was quite desolate with the kids play areas consisting of bare dirt, no grass, and quite unattractive. The campsites were weed areas, no grass. Won't be going back.

unfriendly, unexpected we had to pull out 3 days early so we had to go. There was no working with us at all for any kind of a refund. We planned our whole trip going from one KOA camp to another. This was very disappointing. Also camp site was really small for our 43' 5th wheel and truck. So the answer is we will not be back to this KOA campground.

Bathrooms need to be upgraded. We were held in waiting for over an hour because with others because we were an hour early unnecessarily. Just because it’s a rule is not good customer service. Sites were available and we can certainly get into a pull through site by ourselves. Splash pad has many broken items that need repair. Never called back when golf carts were available to rent.

Traveling through. Great park. Only downside is could use a second dog run as property is large and many dogs with guests on property. Otherwise food was good and staff was outstanding, very clean grounds. .

Don't ever let Rocky go! He was so amazing with the kids! He's a keeper! Understand its 4th Of July weekend and very busy, but bathrooms really need more attention throughout the day and night. Maybe one day an entire remodel with larger facilities! We love the big splash pad, but maybe having 2 employees there at all times would prevent the crazy preteen craziness. Overall GREAT stay. Love it!

My husband and I stayed at this campground for 5 nights in our travel trailer with our 2 dogs. The sites are spacious and the campground is really clean. There are lots of activities to keep kids entertained. The campground has a nice trail along the creek to walk the dogs.

Awesome campground to stay at! Far enough away from the city for less traffic, but close enough to everything for about a 25 minute drive! The staff were so friendly and nice. We had water/electric pull thru site for our travel trailer, and everything worked smoothly! Pool and hot tub open year round, many activities, games, crafts, ect. Overall an awesome KOA, we will be back!

Looks like a great place if you have kids. We have dogs and the dog park here got a one star. We didn't use any of the showers or laundry facilities. Our campsite was great, good size, good hookups. We had a deluxe patio site. Located right on the highway but is close to everything Colorado Springs has to offer.
