Thank you for a great stay at your KOA. There are a few people that I think you need to know how important it is to have people like them. They are Mark,Nick,Roy whick is Amber's Husband and Amber herself people like them are why people like my sister and I will come back again to the KOA. The only thing I would say is that your Paw Pens are very expensive per night. Thank you Debbie

This is a wonderful campground. They have so much to entertain the whole family. The water park, pool, hot tub, playground, snack shop, nice store, glow ride and so much more. Of course, where you have so much for kids to do, you also need parents/guardians to do their job to supervise and ensure a lovely time for everyone.

Tent site was too small for my tent, had to upgrade to a Cabin for $100 more. Kamping Kitchen did not have flat top or propane grill as shown on Website

We took our 7 year old greatgrandson camping for 2 days of swimming and RVing and we all had a blast. We will be back before summer is over. Great staff also, very helpful. Thank you KOA.

I am so appreciative of the staff- Pat at the pool was the absolute best! He was friendly, helpful and also reinforced rules in an appropriate manner. Love all the staff at the cafe, shop and cart drivers. Thank you for another great trip- we will be back again!

The site was fine, mostly level, working pedestal, plenty of water pressure. Unfortunately for us the hot tub and pool water was cloudy. Lots of people swimming is to be expected, but better maintenance is also expected.

Our stay started with us being treated poorly for arriving early. Although we experienced some negativity we thought the campground was very nice. Very family friendly with the water park. The dog area was extremely small.

My rating is a 1 but if I had kids it would be a 4 it would of been a 5 if it wasn’t for the traffic noise from I 25. The pool was dirty and the Cap on people was 40 but there was over 50 kids in the pool. The Jacuzzi jets were broken and water was lukewarm warm. I had a package. Delivered and it was opened and never got called that it had arrived. They could not accommodate me and my sister tog

Staff was very kind. Great location, but the highway noise was a lot. Showers should be separate from bathrooms...people using the toilet made a very smelly shower and shower moisture made toilet use uncomfortable. I loved that there was a refrigerator, lamp, and night light... The air conditioner was great as well. Thank You for a nice stay.

This campground is very poorly managed. It's very dirty through out the whole campground including restrooms and showers. We were very disappointed because not only we have the KOA membership but the other KOA locations we previously stayed in were nice and clean.

The worst campground we have ever stayed at. Our site was next to a major interstate, and you could hear non-stop traffic. To the point our camper would move when big trucks went by. The grounds are unkept, weeds everywhere. The pool was very full of people and lots of profanity. We left after 1 night because it was so bad.

It wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t great. Check-in was the worst we have experienced at a KOA. Had me sign disclaimers but never gave me any park info or confirm that I was all paid up. Had to go back the next day to basically check in again. Really could use a walking path. Staff was friendly. Has potential to be upgraded.

"Patio" site was basically a concrete pad and a picnic table in the back of the park. Full timers litter the park and dont pick up their sites

Staff was very nice and helpful. However, the facilities were not very clean. I had to clean the campsite and dog pen when I arrived. My dog is small and was able to escape from the dog pen that i paid extra to have so we were unable to use it. No staff around to enforce posted rules for activities so kids were in hot tub and much roughhousing on bounce pad so couldn't use either.

This was our 3rd time and it was a great time, as always! The staff was even better this year, they were all very friendly, upbeat and helpful with everything! We'll be back again next year! Thank you KOA staff!

The camp was good except for the road noise. It was hard to carry a conversation with out having to yell. The kids loved all the things that were available.

Roads are full of deep potholes. The large rocks lining the sites make it difficult to get in. Check-in lanes are too small. Amenities are nice but I wasn't there for them.

We had a great time at KOA! Lots of things to keep my 7 year old nephew entertained. We had issues with wasps in our porch and they took care of it right away. Big shout out to AJ! We loved him, he was so personable and talked to us every night and built the BEST community fires! He truly made our trip. We also loved PAt at the pool! He greeted us every time we came to the pool with a smile!

The people checking you in are great! We enjoyed our time but two major flaws…the pool is way too small and not enough chairs. It rained for about an hour which turned the whole campground into huge puddles. You couldn’t even get out your door without getting your feet soaked! They need to put lots and lots of new gravel down. Just for that reason we won’t go back. They are making plenty of

At the site I stayed there was a shed with wasps hives all over it. My seven year old son was stung be a wasps behind is ear. Lack of maintenance is obvious and for the amount of money I rather stay at Yogi Bear Jellystone in Lakspur. First and last stay for me.

Pool area was great. Bathroom was not kept up with. Was there 2 days and 1 sink stayed plugged up. Only 1toilet at north bathroom? Not enough. Friendly staff. Overall enjoyed it. Plan to come back.

Kudos to the friendly card drivers Blank and Blank. Wifi was very poor. We have been patrons of many KOAs. We stay at your facilities because of your national standards and pleased with the clean and updated facilities.. We were extremely disappointed with this run down venue. The grounds were just weeds, pool facilitydirty, snack shack dirty, outdoor patio unkept. Needs major renovation.

No map- site was good, level and clean. The check in felt rushed, focused on getting several disclosure authorizations signed to share photos- (where?) told “there are cameras everywhere”.Nothing about amenities or activities, and not having the usual map to refer to left us using the generic koa app.

The cabins were smaller than pictured, not as advertised, no screen porches as advertised. Overall, not clean (I had to spend timing cleaning upon arrival). Campground bathrooms, lacked soap and had an overall smell. Needs some updating.

My husband and I stayed at this campground for 5 nights in our travel trailer with our 2 dogs. The sites are spacious and the campground is really clean. There are lots of activities to keep kids entertained. The campground has a nice trail along the creek to walk the dogs.

Awesome campground to stay at! Far enough away from the city for less traffic, but close enough to everything for about a 25 minute drive! The staff were so friendly and nice. We had water/electric pull thru site for our travel trailer, and everything worked smoothly! Pool and hot tub open year round, many activities, games, crafts, ect. Overall an awesome KOA, we will be back!

Looks like a great place if you have kids. We have dogs and the dog park here got a one star. We didn't use any of the showers or laundry facilities. Our campsite was great, good size, good hookups. We had a deluxe patio site. Located right on the highway but is close to everything Colorado Springs has to offer.
