Staff were friendly, and the fact that the place had a pool and a hot tub and a water slide was a game changer - fantastic! The spots were fine and the water and electricity all worked. Bathrooms were fairly good

Not clean, over crowded, kids not under parent control, party going on next to us until late. Pool dirty. 6 cars in the site next to us into our site, not enough washers our dryers for campground size

This by far was the best KOA we have ever been to. Their pool area had a slide for the kids. They had a cafe that stayed open until 9pm. On the weekend they had hayrides for the kids. Loved it!!!

we had a pull thru site, that was good. our son had cabin 2, the porch needs to be screwed down, all of the screw heads are up. would not want to walk on that barefoot. the restroom on the north end has no outside light on the women's side very dark at night. also both restrooms are hot at all times, need some sort of exhaust fan.

Laundry room, and dog run very dirty. Gladly didn't have to use the rest rooms. Lots of weeds, little grass.

Kamp K9 was rather small compared to the space around it and ALL of the waste bag dispensers were empty. It's an older campground but they do work at keeping it looking nice. Very kid-oriented with activities and a water playground.

Campground was clean. Several events going on that campers seemed to enjoy, mine was the glow ride in the evening. All staff were very friendly and helpful!

Would have been a 5 star rating and a 10 for how likely would you recommend KOA Colorado Springs, but I needed to checkout at 2pm and I couldn’t do that. My grandson was playing for the championship game at noon, but I had to miss the game because I had to be out by 1pm.

The employees / people at the KOA were so friendly &helpful. That was the highlight of our trip. We stayed in a cabin. It was cute love the front porch mini fridge and a TV . Wi-Fi probs so wouldn’t work Phil was wonderful trying to fix it The campground could use some fresh paint & TLC the bounce pad could use a cleaning & more air. Many things not working at the waterpark overall good 4f

I’ve stayed here many times and this was the worst experience. I stayed 2 nights in an RV and the amount of better open spots shocked me! There were spots with some tree shade coverage and not right next to someone else. The internet was horrible! I suggest 4 separate internets with passcodes according to sections or something. You could not do anything for more than 2 minutes before it stopped.

Was really disappointed in how close the campground was to I-25. We barely slept the nights that we were there. It might have been better further back but we were really close to the exit & have a soft sided tent trailer. Bathroom could use a little work, sinks were leaking & the showers were smaller that what we are used to at a KOA. My child had a blast at the waterpark & on the wagon ride.

In Colorado Springs visiting family. What a great campground, the pool was awesome, all staff was helpful and very nice. We did a lot of sightseeing. Hope to be back next year.

Enjoy the more than adequate space between RVs so we did not feel like everyone was too close to one another! Received a very friendly and helpful greeting at check-in. The whole area was well maintained with a great mountain included. Very close proximity to all the sites we traveled to see! Definitely on our list of a good place to return to stay for a while!

Pat at the pool cabana stand was amazing, helpful and seemed sincere when caring for the kids as he was very observant of the people and surrounding when assistance was needed.. Always staying busy keeping the area clean of debris and trash from the stupid visitors that are to lazy to clean up after themselves. Most all staff was extremely friendly and easy going.

Very quiet and peaceful stay. Extremely clean facilities and the pool was crystal clear. We stayed in deluxe cabin and enjoyed every minute. It was very clean and decorated so cute it felt like home! The patio outside the cabin was a huge perk as well, full fire pit, barbecue and a swing! Great place to stay would highly recommend and definitely will stay there again!

We stay once a year at this KOA. Our trip consists of a last trip before school starts and school shopping and fun. It’s affordable and provides so many fun activities! The staff is very accommodating and provides top notch customer service. Better than any hotel.

Depends who I'm recommending too. With kids, yes. Tent, cabin campers. Maybe. Seniors, probably not. Only one dog park. Too noisy due to being too close to I25. Nice to have a grill with food handy and a store on site.

A decent KOA. Some pluses: relatively close to sights yet nicely out of the city. Nice lawn furniture for the cabins. Cabins were clean and well outfitted. Loved the outdoor kitchen. Minuses: raccoon family under our deck came out and messed the deck and any signs of food left out. Lots of bees looking for food. We are not messy people who leave food out. Not enough parking at the cabins

We stopped there so I could rest before heading back to Texas after getting out of the hospital, but I woke up to machinery as well as the beeping of machinery constantly backing up. And put us right by the highway, not such a restful time. But other than that it's a nice park.

The roadway was under construction causing noise and dust. there was enough empty spaces that we did not have to have construction for multiple days. The reservation request was for 2 spaces next to or near each other that did not happen.

The hot tub seemed like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. There were a lot of kids in it. Most of the water play equipment was broken.

Great location adjacent to the 4 lane highway leading to Colorado Springs. A large campground with many amenities. Pool, hot tub and splash pad/playground for kids. Our campsite was next to the river and gave us the sounds of rushing water to compete with traffic sounds from the highway. Easy access to fuel, fast food and other essentials. a great place to stay to stage your visit C.S.

My husband and I stayed at this campground for 5 nights in our travel trailer with our 2 dogs. The sites are spacious and the campground is really clean. There are lots of activities to keep kids entertained. The campground has a nice trail along the creek to walk the dogs.

Awesome campground to stay at! Far enough away from the city for less traffic, but close enough to everything for about a 25 minute drive! The staff were so friendly and nice. We had water/electric pull thru site for our travel trailer, and everything worked smoothly! Pool and hot tub open year round, many activities, games, crafts, ect. Overall an awesome KOA, we will be back!

Looks like a great place if you have kids. We have dogs and the dog park here got a one star. We didn't use any of the showers or laundry facilities. Our campsite was great, good size, good hookups. We had a deluxe patio site. Located right on the highway but is close to everything Colorado Springs has to offer.
