This is our 2nd stay at your KOA and we frequently stay at KOAs. We take a grandchild and our 9 yr old loves yours. This time didn't go as well. We began with getting a gravel pull through rather than the back in patio we confirmed. I've yet to check if we overpaid. Then the staff couldn't get on the same page regarding the hot tub due to the heater being out in the pool and the chef was out.

I originally chose the KOA in Colorado Springs because online they advertised a year -round heated pool. I was never informed, not even at check in, that the pool heater was broken. Very disappointing to say the least as I had both of my grandchildren with me who, like me, thought we were going to be able to swim.

Stayed in a 36 ft 5th wheel. Office people were great, quick check in. Space was large and clean. Location is close to I25 so it was easy access to all the great attractions in Colorado Springs area.

Enjoyed the night in the clean, comfortable environment of your KOA. Relaxing time with our adult son. We live in Tennessee, and on our next trip will plan another stay.

We prefer a quieter campground with bigger sites but its great for families with kids and dogs. Lots of kids, lots of dogs, activities geared to families.

We stayed 4 nights had great time nice campground.Only one negative thing hot tub was closed for winter why that's when you need a hot tub!

Clean, well maintained spacious nice sites with grass, well stocked store, easy to get into and out of the park. Plenty of places for dogs. They had a covered outdoor kitchen with multiple grills and sinks. I used it one night when it was raining and cooking on my grill would have been a wet mess. It’s next to a nice running stream. Staff was extremely nice.

Convenient location close to interstate so lots of noise. Needs more gravel sites were bare and grass areas near bare. Wi-Fi basically didn’t work. Heated pool nope, hot tub heated but jets didn’t work. Complained to me because I received a package after me emailing for permission. Checked out early.

Very happy that we could get a last minute reservation & had a safe place to leave our camper as we explored! Normally,do primitive camping. This was an entirely different experience for us. Thankfully, we didn’t have neighbors on the back because our “yard” was so small and practically on top of our neighbor’s septic. The men’s bathroom did not have toilet paper or paper towels during

Your KOA and most that we have stayed at in the last year have really priced themselves out. What used to be our main go to when crossing the country is now our last choice. $90 for a loud dusty pull through is ridiculous.

Overnight stay and KOA was able to accommodate our last minute reservation. Staff very friendly.

Nice campground. Right on the freeway so noise is a problem but after a while you can block it out. We heard Revelry being played at 6:30 am from nearby Fort Carson. HUGE campground, clean, friendly staff.

This was a really clean and nice park to stay at. Employees were very friendly and helpful. The only complaint I had is they never answered their phone. You had to leave a message. They eventually got back to you.

Very disappointed that we were put in the middle of the full time residents and the lack of site pride that seems to bring. We were extra long and the web site states they have 65&80 foot long sites which I asked for, but it seemed to be a problem to put us in one. There were several sites they could have put us in outside of the full time area. This was our first time there and I think our last.

Ok stay party trailer at 8pm not appreciated. Left rv keys on Sunday.Took 4 hours of calling to talk to someone that day.Said she would call in am to mail? No call back until Tuesday noon after leaving 4 messages & email since no answer ever on office phone.Could have driven the 2 hour ride if unable to mail but could not talk to anyone & unsure if mailed. Just wanted the call back as promised

Nice place. Staff friendly and helpful. Lots of extras such as a pizza place on site. The laundry was very inexpensive which was a pleasant surprise. Very dog friendly with sites available that actually had spacious shady pens for your pet. Great place..

Campground offered laundry facilities with pay-by-app inly cashless system. This is not always favorable for those who do not want to buy in at $25 for one load of laundry.

The staff was great and very friendly. Was disappointed in the amenities that were advertised but not available, for example the two main draws that brought us there weren’t available the heated pool and the bike/trikes to rent.

Reserved a pull through with a concrete patio and pet pen for our dog, months ago. Arrived to find out we were in a gravel spot, no pet pen. Such a short pull through, had to unhook and park next to camper, even with a small 22ft camper. Pool open, but heater was broke. Thankfully, close to area attractions, but after leaving the KOA in Central City, Colo Springs was a huge let down.

Other than our spare tire cover going missing the stay was good. Mark site 126 as not having a fire pit! The staff is great, pleasant and accommodating despite crowds checking in.
