Couldn’t get out of pool no stairs Good ice cream and very nice people!

Our pool was built before stairs were more common and unfortunately, short of completely replacing it, stairs cannot be added to its structure. We have four ladders and a chair lift, which make it possible for anyone to safely get in and out.

Very nice staff! It was great to see all of the families celebrating summer. This KOA has every extra that you could ask for. The river across the street is excellent for novice kayaker. Close to some beautiful towns and beaches.

Our stay was great and the employees were professional and friendly, zero problems or issues. Campground was clean and well maintained. I only rated it a 6 due to it being a tight campground and lack of FHU.

We were pleased to know we succeeded in nearly every area of your experience. While we do in fact have several full hook-up sites, we also offer water/electric sites, including the one that you reserved for your stay. Booking early is the best way to guarantee you get a site that you truly want.

Staff is incredibly friendly and accommodating. Sites are the cleanest I have ever stayed in as well as the bathrooms and showers. Will be staying again for sure.

We had a wonderful time with our granddaughter… We especially enjoyed the addition of the pickle ball court. Since we were not at a full hook up this time, we used the showers and the women’s restroom and found them very satisfactory. The staff was always friendly and helpful as usual. You are doing a great job!

We had an exceptional stay!! Honestly, there is nothing but good things to say about the Coloma/StJoseph KOA Holiday. The grounds are clean, the flowers are beautiful,, the store is amazing, the cafe options are delicious and above all the staff are the most friendly and helpful people you will ever meet!! It's a popular award winning park so I suggest booking early! You won't be disappointed!

Everyone is so friendly. Clean bathrooms. We love looking forward to the little updates every year! One suggestion…Update electrical and water hookups. They work, but so many cords and hoses all over.

Campground staff is very friendly. Facilities are clean and there are loads of activities available to the family. Sites are pretty close together so we had some trouble with people walking through campsite regularly. If we are able to visit again I think I will try to avoid an "end" site.

The campground was very clean and had a lot of things to do for kids. We don't have kids, but it was nice to see so many engaged and happy kids. While we stayed our fifth wheel required some maintenance before it could be towed again. The campground was very helpful in referring mobile service and empathetic with us. We will definitely visit again!

Thanks for being with us. As for your comment "needs updating," we would welcome your suggestions. Guests who have been with us over the past eight seasons will tell you we have made significant updates all around the park, so we are a little at a lost as to what you think needs attention.

Can’t wait to go back! There was plenty to do and you could also just sit and relax on the beautifully maintained wooded sites. Clean bathroom facilities… friendly staff and excellent donuts in the camp store as well. We loved it here!

The only bad thing is wifi/streaming is awful. If you have rain you better have a DVD

As advertised, our Wi-Fi is currently only basic service, and does not provide enough bandwidth for streaming. However, we are exploring new options that may be able to bring high-speed internet capabilities to the property in the future.

Wonderful campground! Immaculately clean, with lots for the kids to do! Sites are easy to get in, we had a pull through! Nice dog area! Everyone was very friendly. One of the best KOA we have stayed in!! Will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area!

We were on our way home to chicago and decided to check out this koa. This is one of the nicer campgrounds we have been to! The grounds are beautiful and well taken care of. Many amenities here that are also well taken care of. The staff is amazing!! Someone is always driving around picking up your garbage bags or delivering food or wood to your site. What was going to be a quick overnight turned into a four night stay! We highly recommend this koa!!

Stayed in the Deluxe Loft Cabin with my partner, 6 year old and dog and we had a blast. The cabin is perfect for camping folks who don't have a tent or camper and the paw pen is great for the dog. There are so many amenities on the campground that were a big kid hit, including the jump pillow, gem mining and the sandbox. The service of the staff was A+ as well, making a campground stay feel like a hotel vacation with campsite service. This was our first time camping as a family and definitely won't be our last at this location as it was everything and more that we could have wanted out of an authentic camping experience.
