The only thing I would add, sure not much you can do is in the deluxe cabins we rented came with a pretty good ‘aroma’ drifting over from the restrooms. Fortunately we were renting three cabins so we moved our main table to the one furthest away. For the nightly rate , I would also add some Arborvirus to ultimately screen the view from the deluxe cabin area up to the restrooms.

We have been very intentional about adding landscaping, fencing and carbon filters to help make the septic tank area less noticeable. While high use on busy weekends is inevitable, we will look at whether anything further can be done.

We were disappointed this year. We booked a specific site during our 2021 stay for 2022 and they had no record of it. The replacement site was “ok”. We were able to book a specific site for 2023 and have it in writing this time. Otherwise always enjoy our stay.

While we are not perfect, we are pretty consistent with honoring specific site requests. However, since we have seen the increase in such requests, it is not guaranteed unless the "Select My Site" fee is paid, which as you mentioned, did not occur. We are glad you still enjoyed your stay.

We used as one night stop. Convenient to highway. Lots of add ons for additional $$. Staff very helpful. Spaces small. Nice walking path and added bonus to be able to walk to fresh fruit and cege stand.

If you largely enjoyed your stay, then why the low rating? This is discouraging to our team, but we will continue work hard serving all our guests right to the end of the season, including those that find it difficult to express an appropriate amount of gratitude to others.

This was our yearly reunion at the Coloma/St Joseph KOA with our son and his family. As always the accommodations were excellent. This year we stayed in the deluxe cabins which we all highly recommend. Another plus is the friendly staff who are always willing to answer questions. No matter one's age there is something for everyone at this KOA!

We stayed in a Deluxe Cabin and loved it. This KOA actually has a running kitchen with nice items like Pizza, wings, and breakfast. The staff were fabulous and the resort in clean and well cared for We will be back.

Nice and clean. Sites feel larger than most. Roads and grounds are well kept. Plenty for families to do. No issues with power or water pressure. Saw the owners walking the grounds every evening. The entire staff made us feel welcome. Assisted with everything without batting an eye. If you are in the Southwest Michigan area and need a place to stay, this is it.

This is my family second year coming to the coloma/st Joseph koa and we always leave relax definitely will be more visits in the future

Brought the grandchildren on their first campground experience. At the last minute, son and daughter-in-law were able to book a basic cabin. They enjoyed themselves so much they we booked a loft cabin for Father's Day weekend in 2023! See you then if not sooner!

I was genuinely impressed with the campground, they had so much for our kids (2&6)to do. Our oldest loved the jumping pillow, the jumbo chess/checkers boards, and gem mining. And our youngest loved the Play scape, ice cream and honestly running aroubd the putt putt after hours. Our site was nice and big & shaded, just wish it was more grass/less dirt. Just a small drive to some beautiful beaches

It’s a great, well-kept place. The manager was very kind and helpful. We have a 1978 VW Bus and thought we would puke be without power but the kind manager hand-delivered an adapter to us and saved the day on that one. We will be back for sure.

The stay was great bathrooms were clean only thing I would recommend is more space between campsites. Everything else was great and friendly staff. I will definitely be back.

Excellent camping weekend. We return to this KOA often for a reason. The campground is clean, well maintained, constantly being updated and improved, and has roomy sites under a canopy of beautiful trees. Great staff & owners. A hidden gem not to be overlooked. Coloma KOA is the Standard most other campgrounds could look up to.

Places in a spot that didn’t match our equipment stated. Too small and the amp rating was different without being able to change to satisfy.

Checking your reservation it appears you booked your specific site online, even requesting to be near a friend. Although we have many options to meet our guests equipment needs, we provided exactly what you reserved and cannot help it when our site descriptions are overlooked.

Overall great stay! Loved the easy access to highways , clean restrooms and hot showers! Very nice general store and helpful staff! Biggest drawback was not very good internet or cable service once the “weekend” guests started arriving on Friday!! It was great on Thursday when we arrived, but became worse within 24 hrs ����

Even the best of Internet systems have issues when high-demand occurs as bandwidth has limitations. Fortunately, every cell phone carrier has a strong signal in our area and guests will find that they can use their data plans to meet their personal or business needs.

Nice well kept campground with very friendly employees. I was concerned that my surge protector indicated reverse polarity. I reported it to the office but was told it was a common occurrence but would be fine. Claimed the park had been checked. Indicated might be my surge protector. Not sure I agree. Also cable tv didn’t work only had 2 stations got more on my antenna. But we only stayed 1 nigh

We have spent thousands of dollars updating our electrical system and guarantee it is not us. In fact, we have consistently found that there is one brand of less expensive surge guard protectors that always gives a reverse polarity indication. We recommend more reliable, higher-end models.

Very clean campground with a friendly staff who were always willing to help with a smile. Plenty to do here as well to keep the kids busy. I would definitely visit again. Very close to beautiful St. Joseph Silver Beach.

This particular KOA was simply awesome. Bathrooms and cabins were sparkly clean (no spiderwebs or spiders at the shower, floors in perfect condition!); staff composed of very honest, hardworking people. I left my wallet at the cabin & got it right back ���. Lots of amenities for kiddos & a charming beach with white sand and clear waters very close to it. We were in a glamping tent. Exceeds ex

Great stay. The only bad thing was the cable didn’t work.

During your stay we identified that a guest had cut one of our buried coax lines. It has since been temporarily repaired to make it through this season, and we are working on a more permanent solution.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The campground is weird. Some of the connections are far away from the sites. Some of the patios are on the side of the rv. Rutted roads. No free WiFi and no cable. Price is too high for the value received.

Pull thrus need more gravel to level them out. Good stay. Will return again.

Thanks for being with us. As we approach the end of the 2022 season, we will be freshening up sites including adding more gravel and leveling them out as necessary. Their current condition simply reflects all the love guests have given them over the past five months.

I stayed in Dc108 had an issue and the staff took care of it immediately and then continuously checked on the cabin. So pleased with the prompt and professional service. I will definitely return. Thank you Mark and the rest of the crew who helped!

We travel almost full time and I have never seen a cg with more attentive staff. The grounds were practically swept clean as hosts patrolled picking up tree (ahhh, those wonderful old trees everywhere!) Limbs, twigs, and any camper trash was gone immediately. The cg sits in the woods with nice big sites. Kids just love the place, and they are all over it. Good facilities and great activities. Love

Love this campground! So much fun, very clean bathrooms and showers. They bring wood to your camp site if you order. We even had pizza delivered to us! The owners are such nice people. I went fishing as well. So much for the kids to do. Recommend this KOA!

Nice pull through site with a patio. We travel with our two dogs and two cats. The campground is dog friendly. There is a fenced in dog play area. Nice camp store. Everyone working there was very friendly. We met some friends that stayed in a deluxe cabin. They really liked it. Fully furnished.
