Best directions, especially for Big Rigs:
From the east or west take Interstate 94 use Exit 34 to I-196 North. Then drive 4 miles and take Exit 4. At the bottom on the ramp, turn left (east) and we are just 200 yards on your left hand side.
From the north or south take Interstate 196/US 31 use Exit 4. At bottom of ramp, turn left (east) and you will find us on the left hand side just past the highway.

(December 22, 2024) As we wrap up the year and look ahead to 2025, for many individuals the state of the economy and our personal budgets weighed heavy on our minds. Similarly for businesses, the costs of services, products and even labor has dramatically increased over the past several years, which unfortunately contributes to inflation.
In many instances, consumers find themselves paying the same but getting less… such as when a bag of snack chips that may not have gone up in price provides you with fewer chips. Another example might be your favorite restaurant that charges more, but no longer has as many employees ready to welcome you to take your order or to serve you at your table.
At the Coloma/St. Joseph KOA Holiday, over the past several years we have reinvested into our campground to significantly raise the quality of the experience our guests receive. This inherently will increase the cost consistent with the age-old-adage, “You get what you pay for.”
However, we have always sought to provide value for the time our guests spend with us, to offer not only improved quality in our amenities, but also in the level of service our guests will find. Whether it be the personal welcome at the time of arrival, preparing food at our on-site Café, to trash pick-up at your site or the delivery of firewood, ice or a piping hot Hunt Brothers pizza.
As we prepare for the season ahead, we want to reiterate our commitment to ensuring you receive the best value for your time with us. Additionally, as you consider the cost of a camping trip to other forms of recreation, such as eating out, a cruise, or a day at an amusement park… there is little doubt that you will get more for your money with us and enjoy creating affordable, family-friendly memories.
