Stayed in a rustic cabin. Nice clean campground. Many activities throughout the day. Halloween weekend with fun activities; trick or treating, scary hayride for adults and non scary for kids, campsite decorating contest, donuts and cider and plant a pumpkin seed for the little ones. Was able to meet Sylvia the owner who was very pleasant and helpful. Will definately return next year.

Camp site was very clean & a nice size. We didn't feel like we were too close to our neighbors. Nice back in sites with full hookups. Lots of grass at the sites so the kids can play and the adults can relax, it felt very spacious. We enjoyed the walking trail with our dog and just exploring the area. We were there on Sunday so we didn't get to enjoy the bakery. Beautiful location, friendly staff

Noisy due to Halloween Weekend. Too many text updates about things I don't care about. We hoped to have 1 quiet day/night on Sunday after everyone with kids left but new people were moved in on both sides of us. Poor water pressure. Great kid escorted us to our site. Clean grounds. Unlevel site required blocking tires. Should offer trash pickup at site.

The cabin had a refrigerator…that was nice, as was the fenced area. No chair. Screen door needs a latch to be useful. Sign in was awkward…

It’s our first time camping here, we have 3 boys ages 6, 3 and 2! We had an awesome time! We camped with cousins so we had a big group with us and rented 2 sites next to each other. It was a spontaneous booking and we didn’t know there was going to be an event that weekend!! We were surprised and the kids enjoyed sooo much! So we have already planned of doing this an annual cousins’ camping

Very pleasant stay. Lots of activities for the kids, even some for the adults! We stayed here because it was central to several other activities we were involved with over the weekend. Easy in and out. Campground is clean and well kept. The campers around us were friendly and "good neighbors". One negative: there's no hose hookup at the dump site so no way to use the black water tank cleanout.

Wonderful, lovely spot, And very friendly and helpful staff. This location has gone to great lengths to make it enjoyable for everyone! I highly recommend this spot. And, we are traveling in a 45 foot boss and towing a 28 foot trailer and they were easily able to accommodate us. Quite nice!

This KOA has two separate buildings for restrooms and showers when we went to The first building on Sunday September 19 it was filthy and had not been cleaned that day because the sheet on the back of the front door showed the last cleaning was Saturday September 18 so we left and tried the second Building and it was the same as the first building filthy As no one had Cleaned it that day

Site (115) was very unlevel forcing me to buy a step to reach my stairs. Host and hostess were not friendly, never spoke to us. My guest parked where one employee told him to. The manager was by the rental cottage but instead of asking us to move the car, we were sent a text. Ice freezer needs to be fixed, ice is melting inside of it. Nice, quiet campground. Lots for kids to do.

A little wet and rainy on Saturday afternoon, but we made the best of it! This was our 2nd time staying here and we love it. The kids enjoy all the activities, too. Will definitely be back again!

Fortunately, if you are looking to exercise while traveling there is a great trail for walking/biking nearby from the village of Union to Marengo called the H.U.M. trail. However, the facilities of the KOA are a bit below average standards in regard to updates, availability, and cleanliness.

Our 1st camping trip with our RV. The stay was great and we ran into some relatives we hadn't seen in awhile. Very clean and organized, Nice stay.

Sylvia and her entire staff are very friendly and helpful. We prefer to stay on the Prairie View sites as there are no neighbors blocking our view and the breezes are terrific. The camp is always clean and a pleasure to stay at. Looking forward to returning in a couple of weeks for our final camping weekend of the year.

Our granddaughter came and stayed with us. Had a lot of fun in spite of water issues. Thank you for your proactive reaction to provide a $20 refund. Thought this was very fair.

We did not have water service Friday night until Saturday morning we were given a $20 credit..I called on Tuesday told pool closed for season so we did not pack bathing suits. Kids very disappointed bc it was hot on Saturday

Only + is location for vacay w foster sons 1st camping trip& 5th bday. Disappointed w septic stink; pool-closed for season& day of checkout opened because they thought it would make people happy,no chairs/unreg guests; w extension of 1 day,said site occupied, paid xtra for different site& 1st never occupied; staff unfriendly;showers unkept, hair in drains. kid unfriendly minigolf; #listgoeson

Stayed in basic cabin with a pet pen, very. No shade by cabins along entry road. Pet pen and outside area unusable during hot, sunny days. Terrible fly problem at our cabin, we had to eat at an empty campsite. Refrigerator had mystery goo from previous guests, porch area covered with previous pet fur. I cleaned everything, cleaner when leaving than arriving. Would stay again at different campsite.

Very nice KOA. The staff is friendly and helpful. We had a severe thunderstorm warning and they kept us informed via text message. They really take care of their campers. Thank you!

This campground is very clean and well laid out and the staff is friendly. The operator of the campground keeps guests well-informed of upcoming activities, and available deals at the store. Best of all was the communication about pending bad weather. This gave ample time to secure items that could blow away and bring the aunings in.
