Staff friendly campground nicely laid out. We tent camped at the end of the season, the lots were nice and not squeezed together. Only reason not to rate this camp 5 +stars were the bathroom/showers, no heat. And when it is 45 degrees outside a hot shower in a cold room is less than appealing.

Overall the stay was fantastic! Beautiful campground and everyone was so kind. Lots of activity for the kids and even some for adults. The only negatives had little to do with the campground and more to do with other campers destroying the bathrooms and the sheer number of bees around. Outside of that though we definitely plan to come back!

We was in L22 with a tent, thank got it only rained the first day and night, we had a river! Not good place for camping in tent with rain. Other then that, it was great! Bathrooms awsome! Very clean,

Loved the campground and want to come back. Assisting us with after hours check in was appreciated. Showers were clean and so was the park and all staff. Only slight issue was with a tent there was no flat spot to put it. We slept on angles on our air mattresses, made sleeping a little less easy, same with our site was all sharp rocks, no grasses or dirt area. We will be back though! Thank you

Nice site. Pool was great and lots of activities for kids. The bathrooms were pretty mildewy and dirty. Overall a good stay.

We stayed with family there. It was a great place. The tent sites were far apart that we could have our own space and yet be close to the bathrooms. We had a little one (7 year old) and she loved the pool area and the water slides. It was a blast staying there.

Overall good stay. The yurt we stayed in was very clean. I would suggest trying to look at your policies for late arrivals. This was our second stay here, and both times we had issues with very questionable people arriving to stay near us after the office was closed. This time, the couple that stayed in the yurt next to us the 2nd night was clearly actively using drugs and kept coming to our site.

The campsite was huge. Loved the camp kitchen. You can see revitalization is happening... I would recommend this location. Nice owners and staff...activities, pool, and more! Thank you for a great weekend.

We'll absolutely be back. This is one of the best campgrounds we've ever stayed at and my toddlers had a blast. Definitely worth an 8 hour trip

The area is lovely and the amenities at the park seemed to be plentiful. The bathrooms were cleaned daily, and were large. We were disappointed that the office was supposed to be open until 8 but was closed at 7.45 when we arrived. The site was gravel and mud and the only other campers were immediately next to us when lots of sites were empty. We had requested a grassy site upon booking.

We’ve been staying at this KOA for 4 summers now. Every thing is always clean and well taken care of. However I’m not sure what has happened lately if it’s new management or what, policies seem to have changed our last 2 stays have had people come in to set up at 10pm and 1am which is a terrible disturbance. And there has been a high increase of rowdy aggressive dogs that do not get addresse

Everything I experienced was great. My only displeasure is with the $50 for a tent site, with no water or electricity. The staff people were nice and the reservation process was easy. Thanks.

We had a great stay at this KOA. Lots of fun for the kids and our tent site offered privacy as it was nestled into the woods. The surrounding area was fun to explore as well. We hope to visit again!

This was our first stay at Chautauqua Lake KOA. We were impressed with how clean and well maintained everything was. I thought the landscaping and zoning of camper, cabin, tent sites were nice. Many times, it looks like a hodgepodge of different tents and campers thrown together. Very aesthetically pleasing and the staff was genuinely nice and helpful. It's our new go to campsite while in Chq, NY.

The Camping section, site L07 left much to be desired. The whole area could use some general improvements in the wasy of better/level parking areas. Our site ended up to far away from the electric box, so we needed a longer extension cord. We were offered another site but the parking area wasn't level, so not suitable for uys.

It was a decent stay. The site definitely didn’t have a grass pad for the tent. But it was a large and private site. The help was very responsive so we appreciated that.

Went to this KOA to see the eclipse the next day. They were technically closed, but did open for this special event. The staff of Kathy, Donna and Susie (GM) were all there ready to help. Camp store was good. Clean Restrooms and showers. They hosted a kid camper pajama party and cooked grilled hot dogs. Look forward to coming back!

We stayed in the tent area, which is wooded, quiet, and dark, and still near the bath house and other amenities. It was a lovely stay.

Just camped here for the night at a tent site. The sites were spacious and wooded! The staff were exceptionally friendly and my kids loved using the pool. I would 100% recommend this KOA.
