We had a great time! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Relaxing atmosphere and quiet. So close to all the fun of Chattaqua Lake too! This was our first time staying at a KOA. Wake up go fishing and then off to explore the lake. We booked another stay later in the season too! I can't wait to come back and my daughter can't wait to come back and jump on the bounce pad once again!

My husband and I glampa lot, and this experience was very underwhelming. The tent had no lights, which was not anticipated. Also said it had a partial kitchen and the pictures showed more than what we got. We brought food with us, and it all went bad because we had no way to cook it Besides a grill and it was raining. Overall, just a lackluster experience, but not bad. Campground itself was great.

We stayed at Chautauqua Lake KOA last year and found it so beautiful and welcoming that we specially arranged a trip this year to make sure we got to stay there again! We enjoyed an amazing sunset over the lake, extremely friendly and helpful service from the office, and a lovely campfire at our "clamping" tent. We will definitely be back!

The 3 Bears "cabin" (mobile home) we rented was great. It was spotlessly clean & comfortably furnished. We enjoyed the huge porch, comfy table & chairs, & propane grill, as well as the fire pit area. The campground itself was beautiful & well maintained, & the bathhouse was immaculate. Campground staff were friendly & helpful. We'll be back!

Mouse dropping everywhere in the rental: Counters, table, windows ledges We had a second child with us, we are foster parents and often get kids last minute, when we asked for an extra towel you would have thought we had stolen something from the campground: there's only suppose to be two adults and one child why would you need a fourth towel? Our June stay was magical, this felt very off

The cabin we stayed in was very spacious. However, the furnace was very loud. There were 2 dehumidifiers running when we entered, which did not help with the musty smell. It seems the space could use an upgrade to the flooring and trim. Otherwise, it was comfortable. Our family had a great time outdoors, which is the reason we went! The staff was excellent and friendly. Everything was very clean.

We stayed in a cabin, while our daughter & her family stayed in their camper. It was a wonderful campground, beautiful area, quiet too. We hope to come again.

The campground was very quiet, and our cabin was cozy and warm. The staff is friendly and helpful. Just a couple of suggestions for improvement: Consider replacing the mini blinds and bathroom ventilator fan.

The employees were all very nice and friendly. The glamping tent we stayed in was big and clean. The park was well kept. Prices were fair. The only down side was we were there 2 days and on day one the pool was closed most of the day. Day 2 the splash pad was not open and my kids were pretty sad about that. Otherwise we did enjoy our stay.

Very nice cottage, but they need to replace some blinds that are broken. Check air conditioning before guests arrive. They did get window air conditioners for us. � all staff very friendly

Grounds and playground beautiful. Staff super friendly. We stayed in Deer cabin, D-01. Better descriptions are needed as to what is included. Like utensils, toasters, coffee maker etc. The Queen bed mattress is lumpy and dips in the middle. The couch needs to be updated. Air conditioners need to be cleaned!

The place was clean and beautiful. So much for the kids to do! I really did love it, however, it lacked a diverse array of campers and unfortunately my family felt very out of place. Many people were nice, but more were not and the bad outweighed the good.

This is a great KOA ,better than other KOAs we stayed at. We had a roomy cabin w/ many features we enjoyed, a close bathroom & general kitchen to in cook. also. A friendly helpful staff, fun things to do such as carpet pool, corn hole, swimming pool, mini golf. We had a car problem and the staff was helpful in finding a place we could get things fixed quickly going home . We had a great stay,

From the check in with Boyd to the personal escort to our campsite by Jules, the beautiful yurt we stayed in, the pool and live band, the well lit clean bathrooms/showers, and the daily trash pick up. This spontaneous stay ended up being just what we needed and the friendly staff and atmosphere have us already ready to come back.

It was wonderful! All of the KOA's that we stayed at during our 2 week journey out to the western portion of the US (aside for one in OK that had a massive bug in the bathroom). The Glamping Tent at Chatauqua Lake was a first-ever experience for our family, and rounded off nicely our vacation. It was our final destination before heading home, and it did not disappoint! Thanks so much!

When we arrived we weren’t in the cabin we thought we had booked. The lady checking us in(I don’t remember her name) and Boyd were very helpful and accommodating. They showed us the cabin we were in which was more than we needed then showed us a new spot, E7. We were able to stay in there and even though it was a cold rainy weekend we had a great time! That was our 2nd stay there.Will be back!

From the moment I arrived at the campground the hospitality was astounding, I was greeted when entering the reservation building with a genuine smile, offered coffee (it was fantastic) and shown the route to my cabin. The facilities are extremely clean and very surreal, between the landscape and the attentive staff I will definitely be back as soon as possible.

It was an absolutely beautiful camp ground! So clean and everything was perfect. The camp managers were so nice and had great events while we were there. We were spending our first wedding anniversary there and they left a gift for us in our tent which was very thoughtful. If we weren’t 7 hours away we would come back as often as we could!

Just camped here for the night at a tent site. The sites were spacious and wooded! The staff were exceptionally friendly and my kids loved using the pool. I would 100% recommend this KOA.
