Our stay was great. I don’t think it’s fair for people to not bring their own wood. We had to spend 25.00 on 3 bundles each night and the fire only lasted 2 hours for 25.00. Make the bundles larger or reduce the price or people will bring their own wood. Bathrooms were 6/10 for cleanliness, I don’t know how often they are cleaned but it seemed to be once a day.

No food or drink in pool is ridiculous Having to check in to use pool, same Employees are ALL over the place like a prison

Too many workers driving around stalking the campers, felt like i had no privacy and was being watched. Also got yelled at for listening to music at 4 pm. Won’t be back.

Stayed 5 days in KOA safari tent lodging. The tent was clean and orderly with many perks. The staff was helpful and friendly. I willcome back.

Had a very uncomfortable pull out bed and spoke to them about. They immediately drove into town bought a blow up mattress with pump for me. Very clean bathrooms and park. Met some really nice people including employees.

Staff was super friendly and pleasant. Everything was clean and tidy. 3 couples rented 3 cabins, and a 4th couple brought their camper. We were all in a little cluster. It was perfect.

Overpriced for Eagles Nest. Toilet backed up twice and flooded. Towels are dollar store towels. Bare bones items in the kitchen. Not worth the money.

The facilities were excellent - clean and well-maintained. The staff was accommodating and polite. Kid's loved the Arts & Crafts and the office staff went out of their way to help.

The campground itself is amazing! We have been coming for the last 4 years. This year we stayed in a deluxe cabin and there was nothing “deluxe” about it. The oven didn’t work (even after they refilled the propane). We ran out of hot water late at night and the television didn’t work. All things we paid extra for.

Overall our stay was great. The campground was clean, and overall quiet especially considering how many families with small children were near us. The cabin we had could use an upgrade on the mattress. Housekeeping could do a better job with making sure the mini fridge's freezer is defrosted.

We liked it overall. However the things we were disappointed in was the original placement of our picnic table and the camp fire. For being a pet friendly cabin, how is anyone supposed to use that tiny little corner next to the road to relax with an animal outside? Also activities, pool etc. closing early on Sunday with nothing to do when still in peak season.

Everything was wonderful! Staff was great. Cabin was great. The only thing that was sub par was the pull out couch in D1. It was old, dirty and the mattress was ripped, thin and extremely uncomfortable. Please update that. It would make a big difference! Loved Randy & the ladies in the office! My kids had a blast!

The camp is beautiful with great amenities. The cottage was the smallest we’ve ever stayed in. The mattress on the bed and the pullout were broken down and uncomfortable. The table was a pull down with 4 uncomfortable stools. The time spent outside the cottage was great. The staff was friendly.

Everything was so clean and the cabins were beautiful. There was no animals or critters that bothered us. No people were yelling or talking loud after quiet time. The cabin smelled so nice and the beds were more comfortable than Public campgrounds. I will definitely go back to this campground next year and many more. Beautiful views to all over the place. A +++++

We had a wonderful time…. This Kia had much to do for all ages. Not far from town and Restuarants. We stayed in one of the rental campers. It was big enough for two. The only two complaints I had was the mattress we stayed on was old and we both sunk to the middle of the bed. The other thing we were promised was a hair dryer but didn’t have one. Other than that our stay was great!

10 pm quiet time is basically just a slap in the face to parents who just NEED to relax when their kids finally pass out and they just want to sit around a fire and quietly actually talk about adult things with their husband outside of the cabin they paid $300 to rent for 2 nights only and one days worth of kid activities…zero adult relaxation time allowed after.. that’s the point of camping

Great stay. The deluxe cabin was clean and included everything we needed. A lot of activities for kids such as a pool, putt putt, giant jumping pillow, playground and mining. The campground itself was very quiet and spacious. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Midway park is close as is bemus point. We will be back next year!

We discovered we had no hot water, but when we called the office, maintenance was there very fast! The only disappointment was that they don't recycle there, so we carried ours back home.

Stayed in Deer House cabin. Fairly nice, very clean, however the bathroom & shower were a bit too small. Very slippery shower floor. Restroom/shower facilities nearby were a little roomier and fairly close by. Being a former safety inspector, I would highly recommend that you evaluate/correct steps/stairs/etc. to reduce the likelihood of trip/fall hazards due to unrecognizable surface heights.

This was a nice campground. The camper we rented was clean & stocked with all we needed. Unfortunately, before we arrived the hot water heater quit working and the replacement parts did not fix it, so no hot water. We received 1 of the 2 nights free to compensate which I thought was fair. My reason for the low rating was that the bed was broke down badly & we had 2 rough nights.

Bathrooms were out of service, noise restrictions were too strict, cabin was not very clean, propane ran out for hot water Pool was nice, front desk lady was nice Second year for our group of 5 cabins, but we selected another location for next year.

Beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked, staff were super friendly. Wish we would have had more than 1 key to cabin. Sooo many dead bugs in ceiling lights, most vents completely coated in dust, decking boards need replaced before someone falls though. Son would not get out of the shower because of the amazing shower pressure lol. Lots for kids to do.

We enjoyed the cabin very much. The bed could have been a bit more comfortable and maybe central AC rather than the window units, but all in all it was a great little cabin for the weekend. The park is wonderful and staff is friendly. The view from our porch was beautiful, looking over the valley to the lake.

Everything was great, the cabin and grounds were clean. The only issue we had was, a day (sunday) at the pool, there was a woman using very loud vulgar language, we had to leave because we didn't want our kids around that. The kids were having so much fun, it's unfortunate the woman ruined it for them. Maybe have a staff member by the pool or in the area more often to prevent that behavior.

We had an amazing time at KOA! The staff is was so friendly and we’re quick to respond to any issues that came up. It was very clean and there was a lot for our kids to do at the park. We can’t wait to come back next year!!

My husband and I arrived on Sept 29. Very nice woman came out and escorted us to our spot, which was perfect. Electric, sewer and water were available and there was enough room for two vehicles. Roadways were easily navigable. The gated aspect (which includes a card to enter) is a great idea. When you leave, you just drop the card in the 'drop box. The campground was well tended. No complaints! Very reasonable, too!

My husband and I requested a lake view site and we were not disappointed. The hills on one side and the lake in front of us, it was gorgeous. The staff was very friendly and made you feel welcome right from the start. The grounds were very well kept. We will definitely go back.
