A lot of fun things to do for the kids. My kids loved playing putt putt gaga ball and carpet ball. Facilities were well maintained. Sesonals very friendly. The view overlooking the lake was gorgeous! We will be back :)

Our stay was amazing! Relaxing but a lot to do if wanted! We wish the volleyball area was still used for volleyball. There is now a different game there that I’m sure many people enjoy though. We will be back!

I felt very unwanted by campground management from the moment I got there and it didn’t get any better throughout our stay. Was told that I couldn’t have an extra gate card for my wife because then they wouldn’t have enough for the weekend yet then on family in our group got 3 cards all in same camper. Said they would open gate for us if they were in office(which they didn’t) That was jus

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Park roads are narrow. Watch making turns with a large rig/trailer. Lots are mostly level. Always see the staff members around the park doing work and keeping the park clean. Pull thru Sites are a nice size, it would be nicer if they were longer. Have a 42 foot 5th wheel. Had to park my truck sideways on the site to fit it all in.

Best RV park we have EVER stayed at. Traveled from Oklahoma to South Dakota to St Louis to Ohio to New York. We LOVED Chautauqua & may even place a Patio Home there on the park to return yearly for the summer months

This is a very big campground with great sites, lots of permanents though but plenty of rentable spaces mostly pull throughs. The staff we interacted with were very nice but need to inform patrons of gate rules upon registration. Access to the campground isn't bad either. Great stay!!

We cane from Ohio and stayed 5 nights . Love the campground and the size of the sites. The grass could've been cut and the weeds on the gravel sites could of been maintained better but all in all loved it! Thanks

We have been coming to Chautauqua Lake KOA for many years and every time we spend a weekend or week, we are never disappointed. The staff is friendly and professional. The grounds are kept up and clean. The scenery is beautiful also! Highly recommend a short or long stay here.

Wasnt looking forward to our stay, as we did not like the owner, but our friends had already booked so we decided to book ours. however when we arrived we noticed some new changes….including a new owner!. we really enjoyed our stay and looking forward to our next trip.

Clean park, kinda crowded with sites being close together. Water was off several times during our stay and the cable didn’t work for 2 days. Pool is 3’ deep

We had a great view of the lake. Overall the campground needs a little TLC. Also the water was so bad it ruined our filters in just 4 days.

We stayed 3 nights. Big and grassy site close to the bathroom which was one of nicest ones we seen at a KOA. They weren’t always cleaned when it was posted they would be.

For reasons beyond our control (two trailer blowouts before 8PM) we could not make the 8PM check in. We spoke with the office to explain and were told that we could park outside the gate (for a higher fee!!) but would be charged for our reserved site anyway. We asked for a refund and were refused. We are KOA fans and Rewards members, but needless to say, this has left a bad taste for future stays.

Beautiful sites with concrete patios, I do feel like the flowers are on top of the patio and makes it feel smaller plus with bees buzzing around to close. Check in time is so late with check out time being to early. It was frustrating racing out, could not enjoy much of our Sunday morning. As we just had to stay packing.

We had a terrific 2-week stay. Clean, tidy, nice staff. Laundry room was very convenient. No trouble getting quarters from front desk! Bathrooms clean. Emails about chlorine problems were appreciated. Suggestions: add tables with umbrellas for those of us who don’t want so much sun. Tell seasonal people not to use toilets in the temporary stay area! (They drive down!!). Add shade trees

Too long of a walk uphill to pool and recreation area. Overnight campers are put way at the back. Seasonal up front. Shower house at back of campground was out of order during our stay.

Between staff and seasonal campers we felt like we have overstayed our welcome from day one. No hot water in the shower house because some mysterious part was broken. No coin machine for the washer/dryers, which take quarters only and the owner only wanted to sell quarters by the role only. One staff member threatened to kick my son out for slightly going over the 5 mph limit. There’s more.

The staff at this location goes above and beyond in every aspect. From pre arrival, on site, and departure they made it a very enjoyable experience. By far our favorite KOA staff. Highly recommend this beautiful location.

This was our first time staying at this KOA. We rented a deluxe cabin. We loved how they had it set up. The loft was perfect for our teenage daughter and good friend to have their own area to sleep and hang out. We had a great time at the pool, playing cornhole, and we participated in the golf cart parade. They had a lot of things to do for the kids including mini golf, a bounce pad, and activities in the activity room. We definitely recommend renting a golf cart when you stay there to get around, as it's just so much more fun than walking everywhere. We did have a couple of maintenance concerns during our stay that were promptly handled by the top notch staff on site. We really want to give kudos to the great team at the campground! Every employee that we met was so kind and helpful. Clean bathrooms and facilities all around. We definitely will come back to stay again.Thanks again, until next time…!
