We really enjoyed the campground and the views but the pool needs work done as tiles were missing. The amenities were nice and the staff was friendly and helpful.

The campground was very well managed and operated. Nice lots and easy to get around. Clean restrooms. Everything well attended to. Lovely KOA. Will be staying here in our way back home.

The campgrounds were very clean, spacious and convenient to area attractions. Only downfall was the campers at w2 behind us had three large dogs. The owners allowed the dogs to urinate and defecate all over their site. We couldnt open our trailer windows due to the odor. They also left an unattended fire smoking day and night. You should not put campers without pets & children with ones that do.

When we arrived on Friday the smell near our campsite was very septic. At first I thought maybe somebody had just spilled some. Saturday all day was getting worse Sunday it was unbearable and made my woman and I and kids gag. Monday they finally pumped out the tank. You could not even go outside the smell was horrific. We were very very disappointed pretty much spoiled our stay. We

We were impressed with how friendly and helpful the staff were. The grounds were clean and beautiful, with plenty of family activities. The most positive camping experience we’ve had at a private campground. We will be back!

We normally like state parks but it was full so we chose KOA. We don’t use their many amenities so find the price too high. But we should have tried the state park earlier.

Very nice property. Being retired we are able to stay mid week when it's quiet. Great view of the western sky, hoped to see beautiful sunsets but were blocked by rain clouds. Nice swimming pool and many activities for children. We'll be back!

Th staff was amazing, some of the best customer service ever. Was having a problem with the water hookup and they moved me to another site. The only real downside was most of the camping site were in a well groomed field and there was little shade but the service made up for it

We enjoyed the spacious pull through patio site overlooking Lake Chautauqua. The Campground was well kept and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back.

Spent a M-F in mid-August. Visited the Lucille Ball and th Nation Comedy Museums, Chautauqua Belle boat tour and the Panama Rocks hiking tour. Nice place. They need to add Pickleball.

We absolutely LOVED the size of your sites! No one was on top of anyone else. Grounds, restrooms, laundry room were well maintainef. Staff were pleasant to interact with. We would highly recommend your campground!

This KOA stands far above any other I’ve stayed at! It is incredible and the time our family had will are already memories we’ll talk about for years. It was clean & well kept. Staff were so very friendly - and that’s at the end of summer when I imagine they’d be worn out. My only regret is not having more time at this campsite. We hope to return again one day.

Staff was very helpful and professional. The site was clean. The bathrooms were spotless. This is a stop I will make anytime I am in the area it have an extended stay.

We had a terrific one night stay. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. The park is well maintained, clean, quiet and in a wonderful location with some views of the lake nearby, this is a place that you can unwind, relax and enjoy all of the amenities they offer. The ladies in the office were so enthusiastic and helpful. The campground is well maintained and the bathrooms are spotless. We had an amazing patio site.

There is no answer at the after hours phone number and no way to deal with unruly neighbors at midnight who have empty liquor bottles on their table in the mornings. We have stayed here multiple times without incident but we are not sure we would stay again.

We don't use all the facilities at a KOA usually as we don't travel with children, but this was a great place to stop and spend time in the Chautauqua Lake area. The sites are spacious and the utilities were great. No issues with the power and sewer. The backflow preventer leaked fairly well, so water leaked our entire visit. We were on site X07 if management reads this. The site was pretty level.

We came by to check out future campsites and the campground was already closed, but we talked to a man named Anthony that was extremely helpful and informative, and not only did he take his personal time, but actually took my wife and I on a golf cart tour, knowing we drove over an hour to come there. I wish more people were like this kind man, which makes me want to camp there even more so. Thanks Anthony, we really appreciate it! Dave and Kathy

Camped here the weekend after Labor Day Roomy sites, very clean and the grounds are well kept. We would stay here again. We visited Niagara Falls (American side) and also Bemus Point and Jamestown

Update: We have stayed here almost every Labor Day weekend since our initial visit. This last time in 2026 we stayed in the Eagles Nest 3 bedroom cabin. Overall we were very happy and will be going back every year. Now that I have grandkids I just wish there were a few more activities for the younger kids during holiday weekends. We were here over Labor Day weekend (Fri-Mon). We stayed in L02 the cabin with no bathroom. We were very pleasantly surprised by the cabin it was very spacious and probably the best "basic" cabin we've stayed in at any KOA (we've been to quite a few). It had heat/AC, cable TV, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. My minor complaints about the cabin were: the heat didn't work very well it took awhile for it to actually heat up (it was chilly at night), one window facing a glamping tent was missing a blind (but thankfully we didn't have neighbors), the bed was kinda hard to get out of without killing your thighs on the wood framed box and last I wish it had a Keurig instead of the old school coffee maker (I brought my own so wasn't a huge deal). This cabin is literally right next to the bathroom and shared kitchen space. I really loved the shared kitchen and wish more KOA's did this. There was a sink for dishes and two separate 4 burner cook tops in a nice screened in area with electricity. My one complaint about it was it had a really off putting smell which I'm guessing was either the trash in there or someone put something gross down the drains. The bathrooms were a little disappointing. They were pretty small with a toilet & shower in each. The shower didn't have a curtain so everything got soaked when you showered. The hot water was good however. It seemed they only cleaned them once a day and they were kinda dirty, but again not the worst I've seen and not really the fault of the KOA. The staff was super friendly and overall we really really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back soon. The area is beautiful and it's definitely a "lake town" setting.
