It was an absolutely beautiful camp ground! So clean and everything was perfect. The camp managers were so nice and had great events while we were there. We were spending our first wedding anniversary there and they left a gift for us in our tent which was very thoughtful. If we weren’t 7 hours away we would come back as often as we could!

This was by far the nicest KOA I have stayed in. I had a "clamping tent" which was comfortable even on a chilly night. We enjoyed the sunset on the hill overlooking the lake. All in all, a wonderful stay.

The campground and location get 4 stars in my opinion. The campground was lovely and well taken care of and the people were great! However, our cabin had some issues that seem like they could have been avoided. Our shower did not drain and the main queen bed was broken. We did let the staff know and they ‘made a note’ so hopefully the next campers have a better experience!

We had a very nice stay. We feel the shower/ bath rooms could use an update. The glamping tent we stayed in could have been set up so they are not sharing common space with fire ring and picnic tables. The tents are awesome, loved the seats on the porch area. Bed very comfortable. Gravel in area was great! Staff awesome. Beautiful view of the lake. Quiet at night. Thank you

We enjoyed our stay at the Dewitteville KOA. It was a rainy, windy day weekend. Our camper we rented was very nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a minor issue with the camper and it was fixed promptly.

This is our second year staying at your KOA. Everyone was very nice and professional. Few issues: Some activities that were posted for the weekend didn't happen (Karaoke, live band) The pool was dirty, and the blinds in the cabin we stayed in still had broken blinds from last year. But overall we were happy !

I had ridden my bike over 50 miles that day and had a campsite booked. When I checked in, Sandra immediately offered me a bottle of ice cold water and made me feel so welcome! Sandra and Gary were also so nice when I upgraded to a canvas tent after I realized it was going to rain. They were just so incredibly kind and friendly!

It was a wonderful stay. Very nice clean accommodations and the staff was very friendly. We stayed in the overnighter that was like a hotel room. You were nice enough to supply an outdoor grill for us to cook on while we were there and it was perfect. Our friends had their RV's in the Park and we drove over (wasn't that far away but my wife is handicapped. We could have rented a Golf cart .

Smooth checking- we arrived after 5 pm and our check-in details were readily available near the office. Our stay in our safari tent was comfy. Fresh linens, access to pots/pans/cleaning supplies were made available! iked the kitchen nearby, as well as the lawn games available. Lake Chatauqua was beautiful at night. We saw a striking sunset. Thank you for an awesome stay! Will definitely recommend!

Pool was a disappointment. Bathrooms were not cleaned on Saturday...no soap in one of them all week.

Swimming pool was a hit with the kids! We enjoyed being able to rent a golf cart on site. Had a blast in the golf cart parade! Every employee we met, including the manager, was so fun, kind, and helpful. The few issues that arose were promptly handled with care. All of the employees made sure that we had everything we needed in our cabin & took care to go above and beyond. Thank you!

Great stay in the cabins and gamper tents for our bicycle group. The community kitchen also made the stay very pleasant, especially for the meal preparers.

Our stay was great. I don’t think it’s fair for people to not bring their own wood. We had to spend 25.00 on 3 bundles each night and the fire only lasted 2 hours for 25.00. Make the bundles larger or reduce the price or people will bring their own wood. Bathrooms were 6/10 for cleanliness, I don’t know how often they are cleaned but it seemed to be once a day.

Too many workers driving around stalking the campers, felt like i had no privacy and was being watched. Also got yelled at for listening to music at 4 pm. Won’t be back.

Had a very uncomfortable pull out bed and spoke to them about. They immediately drove into town bought a blow up mattress with pump for me. Very clean bathrooms and park. Met some really nice people including employees.

Staff was super friendly and pleasant. Everything was clean and tidy. 3 couples rented 3 cabins, and a 4th couple brought their camper. We were all in a little cluster. It was perfect.

Overpriced for Eagles Nest. Toilet backed up twice and flooded. Towels are dollar store towels. Bare bones items in the kitchen. Not worth the money.

The facilities were excellent - clean and well-maintained. The staff was accommodating and polite. Kid's loved the Arts & Crafts and the office staff went out of their way to help.

The campground itself is amazing! We have been coming for the last 4 years. This year we stayed in a deluxe cabin and there was nothing “deluxe” about it. The oven didn’t work (even after they refilled the propane). We ran out of hot water late at night and the television didn’t work. All things we paid extra for.

Just camped here for the night at a tent site. The sites were spacious and wooded! The staff were exceptionally friendly and my kids loved using the pool. I would 100% recommend this KOA.
