Hello, we had a wonderful stay. However, I would recommend that there be the option to recycle on site.

Very clean campground with a lot of free activities. We stayed in the deluxe cabin with sleeping loft. The loft area did not have a mattress but the staff made it right by giving us a mattress and extra linens. We loved carpetball and the pool. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Thank you KOA!

Unfortunately, the campground has not been kept up to the previous owner’s standards and is starting to become rundown.

The rental unit was clean and had all we needed. The location and layout of the campground is perfect. There are many amenities and things for the kids to do. However the pool is absolutely filthy and is closed often and the hiking trail is impassable and not marked properly.

Overall it was a good stay. Staff is friendly. We had an issue, and the manager quickly called to discuss and resolve the matter. "Cabins" were comfortable. Firewood is delivered to the cabin, which is convenient! We would most likely stay again.

3 day long weekend. Campground and cabin very clean. Inside cabin has everything you would need for a great stay. The cement pad and fire ring and the 3 tiered deck outside were classy.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Lots of fun things to do for the kids and we have been to a few different KOA's around the NY, PA, Ohio area and this is our favorite. We will be back again.

There were a few hiccups due to some construction and rain, but the staff was courteous and helpful through it all. They worked out any concerns we had. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this KOA to other campers to visit.

Rented cabin instead of using my tent because i wanted a bathroom. Hot water dripped out of shower. Zero pressure. Terrible. Told lady at front desk and she didn't care. Make sure you check the place out before assuming everything is functioning.

The KOA was in a good location. The cabin was in need of some updating. All of the blinds were broken and we had to hang sheets and blankets to cover the windows for privacy in the evening. The bed was broken and for two it was not comfortable. The price is way too high in our opinion and does not warrant more than $100 a night. However, the staff was very friendly!

The sleeping accommodations in the deluxe cabin are very dirty and uncomfortable to sleep. The mattresses on the bed and pullout are old and worn. Also, the loft and pullout mattress had dirt and food crumbs. We have used KOA many times over thirty years and this was very disappointing.

We stayed in the "Deer House" which was very comfy and cozy. Clean and well maintained campground, we walked around, enjoyed a dip in the pool and of course enjoyed our fire pit in the evenings. Great location to the lake, about 10 minutes to Bemus Point. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

My grandson went with me for the weekend, and our cabin was wonderful ( Deer Run) They also had the pool open after Labor Day and he enjoyed that. They had free hotdogs and ice cream. the park is really clean and has beautiful view of the lake. They also had glow ball at night for everyone and provided glow necklaces. It was a very relaxing weekend w fires and people were super friendly.

The staff was amazing. I am going to become a KOA reward member because of this great stay. Campsite was super clean and fun for my toddler son. We will be back!

The cabin was great, very clean and well-appointed. We greatly appreciated the amenities of refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker! Like a hotel room in the woods :). Conveniently located near the restrooms, which were also kept very clean. No complaints, would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay in the Sunset Haven park model. Very relaxing and peaceful. Thank you. My only complaint is the odor of urine from the bathroom. Which we noticed on the 2nd day.

We rented one of their units. The sleeping accommodations were good. The house needs work. There was a lot of dog hair in all the rooms from a previous renter, even in the refrigerator. The roof leaked after heavy rainfalls, a window frame fell apart when closing, a recliner was in a bad state of affairs which could be dangerous. lights worked sporadically, the kitchen needs more supplies.

Stayed in "The Birdhouse". Campground clean & safe. Strong WIFI. We didn't use anything but kitchen had all the necessities including a coffee pot & toaster. Sheets, towels and hairdryer provided. Cons:furniture & carpet was filthy. Mattress was awful. No water pressure. Expected to clean before we left. Good thing I packed disinfecting wipes. No cleaning products besides dish soap were provided.

Stayed in Eagles nest. Great time and cabin was well worth every minute. Our 4th time staying at KOA chautauqua lake. Will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful time staying at your facility. Very clean and well kept. Was not extremely happy about the facility losing water as we paid extra to get the cabin we rented for the accommodations it had available. Feel as though the KOA could have done something in return.

Great accommodations in Eagle Nest. The only negative was the critters in the wall which woke us up early each morning. You called the exterminators immediately after we told you. However the last night we still heard them. Despite this, we would come back again. Friendly staff and very nice KOA.

My husband and I arrived on Sept 29. Very nice woman came out and escorted us to our spot, which was perfect. Electric, sewer and water were available and there was enough room for two vehicles. Roadways were easily navigable. The gated aspect (which includes a card to enter) is a great idea. When you leave, you just drop the card in the 'drop box. The campground was well tended. No complaints! Very reasonable, too!

My husband and I requested a lake view site and we were not disappointed. The hills on one side and the lake in front of us, it was gorgeous. The staff was very friendly and made you feel welcome right from the start. The grounds were very well kept. We will definitely go back.
