Love stopping here for an overnight on our way from Vermont to Kentucky. The back in full service patio sites on concrete are a welcome sight.

The new section of this park has very large sites so you do not feel like you are on top of other campers. Very flat sites. Restroom are well taken care of and are individual so the facilities are all in one room.Toilet, sink, shower. No sharing of space.

Very nice cottage, but they need to replace some blinds that are broken. Check air conditioning before guests arrive. They did get window air conditioners for us. � all staff very friendly

The campground is very nice. The staff was super friendly and the pool is one of the best kids pools ever. My granddaughters loved it. They even let us park our camper in an overflow area Sunday so the kids could use the pool and playground a couple more hours after checkout

Very comfortable, wide sites. Appears to have a good deal of permanent residents/seasonal owners, but in the section we were in, daily rentals were the majority. Nicely landscaped with perennial plants and flowers all around. Would rent here again. Very nice and accommodating staff

Great staff and campground.. the only thing that was not right is some of the permanent guest with dogs leave them in the camper and the entire time they are gone the dogs bark.. thanks I would come back the dog deal is just so you know..

Grounds and playground beautiful. Staff super friendly. We stayed in Deer cabin, D-01. Better descriptions are needed as to what is included. Like utensils, toasters, coffee maker etc. The Queen bed mattress is lumpy and dips in the middle. The couch needs to be updated. Air conditioners need to be cleaned!

The place was clean and beautiful. So much for the kids to do! I really did love it, however, it lacked a diverse array of campers and unfortunately my family felt very out of place. Many people were nice, but more were not and the bad outweighed the good.

Neighboring campers were not as pleasant as other campgrounds we are members of or have visited. Our experience last year was the same. Everyone seemed to keep to themselves and were not very social with the exception of 2 elderly couples who stopped to talk to us about our camper and how well behaved our dogs were on the patio for as large as they are.

No place to park the truck. Sites too short for a 38' 5th wheel!

Thankfully they were able to move us to a larger site. The original site we were assigned was listed as ideal for RVs under 30 feet, ours is 25 feet, and there would have been no room for our truck. We ended up on a large pull through site in another section of the campground. The only drawback was there were very few trees. The laundry facility was decent and the bathrooms were clean.

The campground was spotless. The crew was very attentive to every detail from safety to visitor satisfaction. We will definitely be back and encourage others to camp there.

Wife and I spent a week with the grand daughters, 6 & 8. They love it here! So much to do with the pool, mini golf, 2 play grounds, hiking trail. It is nice that they can ride their bicycles on the streets without worry. It just happened to be the campgrounds Christmas in July celebration so we got to see Mrs. Clause, enjoy a camp sponsored lunch and a decorated golf cart parade. Great time!

We have stayed here twice and have enjoined the stays. The pool was available this time and was great. We were, however, shocked that there was a $5 additional fee for the very tiny inflatable water area and the lifeguard had to go over to that area to supervise instead of watching the pool!

We had a very nice back_in FHU site, fairly secluded, shade but close to bath house (very clean by the way. It is a primarily upscale residential type campgrounds but we enjoyed it

This is a great KOA ,better than other KOAs we stayed at. We had a roomy cabin w/ many features we enjoyed, a close bathroom & general kitchen to in cook. also. A friendly helpful staff, fun things to do such as carpet pool, corn hole, swimming pool, mini golf. We had a car problem and the staff was helpful in finding a place we could get things fixed quickly going home . We had a great stay,

Loved everything about it except for the blasting music. Not during quiet hours, but the volume was obnoxiously loud and could be heard throughout the campsite.

We came by to check out future campsites and the campground was already closed, but we talked to a man named Anthony that was extremely helpful and informative, and not only did he take his personal time, but actually took my wife and I on a golf cart tour, knowing we drove over an hour to come there. I wish more people were like this kind man, which makes me want to camp there even more so. Thanks Anthony, we really appreciate it! Dave and Kathy

Camped here the weekend after Labor Day Roomy sites, very clean and the grounds are well kept. We would stay here again. We visited Niagara Falls (American side) and also Bemus Point and Jamestown

Update: We have stayed here almost every Labor Day weekend since our initial visit. This last time in 2026 we stayed in the Eagles Nest 3 bedroom cabin. Overall we were very happy and will be going back every year. Now that I have grandkids I just wish there were a few more activities for the younger kids during holiday weekends. We were here over Labor Day weekend (Fri-Mon). We stayed in L02 the cabin with no bathroom. We were very pleasantly surprised by the cabin it was very spacious and probably the best "basic" cabin we've stayed in at any KOA (we've been to quite a few). It had heat/AC, cable TV, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. My minor complaints about the cabin were: the heat didn't work very well it took awhile for it to actually heat up (it was chilly at night), one window facing a glamping tent was missing a blind (but thankfully we didn't have neighbors), the bed was kinda hard to get out of without killing your thighs on the wood framed box and last I wish it had a Keurig instead of the old school coffee maker (I brought my own so wasn't a huge deal). This cabin is literally right next to the bathroom and shared kitchen space. I really loved the shared kitchen and wish more KOA's did this. There was a sink for dishes and two separate 4 burner cook tops in a nice screened in area with electricity. My one complaint about it was it had a really off putting smell which I'm guessing was either the trash in there or someone put something gross down the drains. The bathrooms were a little disappointing. They were pretty small with a toilet & shower in each. The shower didn't have a curtain so everything got soaked when you showered. The hot water was good however. It seemed they only cleaned them once a day and they were kinda dirty, but again not the worst I've seen and not really the fault of the KOA. The staff was super friendly and overall we really really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back soon. The area is beautiful and it's definitely a "lake town" setting.
