Pleasant campground. Clean bath house. Wish staff had offered me a site that had electricity instead of one that did not during a power outage - it would have been nice if an onsite staff member had made that offer. Only found out about it in the morning.

Unfortunately, the weather was not perfect-some rain and wind-but not enough to not enjoy the campground. It was beautiful with the lake view.

We love coming there but honestly was disappointed when brought my kids to office at 5:30 on Saturday and was told that it was too late to mini golf. I understood why jump pillow was deflated due to sprinkling but the lady was rude and said no we close in 30 minutes. My kids could have been given the option to golf for 30 minutes. Just think your hospitality could improve. We will see if we retur

This is our third of many trips to Chautauqua KOA. Clean campsite, ample space, great owners, and wonderful views of Chautauqua Lake.

Large sites, very friendly and helpful staff. Once they found out we were traveling together with our in-laws they moved us to a buddy site which made the stay even better. Comfort stations were clean and modern.

Very Quiet RV park, awesome view from our site. Very clean and well maintained. Staff was very friendly and lots to see and do in the Chautauqua Lake area. Definitely will be back..

only giving it a 4 rating it is a great rv park but it needs shower curtains around the showers. It makes you feel totally exposed and water get everywhere. It is well maintained and a beautiful park.

Check in is always a great experience. The staff is friendly and welcoming. They escort you to your site and stay to make sure you know where everything is located. Great place to relax to enjoy the outside beauty.

We had a nice weekend camping with family and friends. Within a short drive, we took the dogs hiking in Long Point State Park and then went to Bemus Point to shop and to get drinks and appetizers. All the sites are very spacious and the campground is nice to walk around with a beautiful view of the lake by the mini golf course. We stayed here a couple times and will continue to come here.

We loved KOA Chautauqua we plan to come back next summer when the pool is open! It was beautiful bathrooms very nice and spacious! Nice laundry room our site was perfect the set up fit our camper perfectly! Wouldn’t change anything! Staff was super friendly and nice!

A nice campground and convenient to friends and family. My issue is with the availability of poop bags in the dog park. You ran out on Monday morning, I texted that they were out, you replied that you would notify the crew. I texted multiple times over the next couple of days with no succes. We are willing to pay the KOA premium price in anticipation of top notch service, that was not the case.

We had a good time. All the Koa employees were very nice. However, we were disappointed that we received an email about 50% off if you stayed thurs or Monday and we were told we couldn't benefit from this since we already pre-booked Thursday. And your whole firewood rule is funny because the wood you get from a vendor in South Dayton which is in Cattaraugus County is not kiln dried.

My husband and I arrived on Sept 29. Very nice woman came out and escorted us to our spot, which was perfect. Electric, sewer and water were available and there was enough room for two vehicles. Roadways were easily navigable. The gated aspect (which includes a card to enter) is a great idea. When you leave, you just drop the card in the 'drop box. The campground was well tended. No complaints! Very reasonable, too!

My husband and I requested a lake view site and we were not disappointed. The hills on one side and the lake in front of us, it was gorgeous. The staff was very friendly and made you feel welcome right from the start. The grounds were very well kept. We will definitely go back.
