Easy to get around, plenty of places for kids and family to entertain themselves, and spacious lots for campers. Just a great start and end your day after exploring Lake Chautauqua.

We had a great time! Everyone was friendly and helpful. Relaxing atmosphere and quiet. So close to all the fun of Chattaqua Lake too! This was our first time staying at a KOA. Wake up go fishing and then off to explore the lake. We booked another stay later in the season too! I can't wait to come back and my daughter can't wait to come back and jump on the bounce pad once again!

Beautiful campground and location, hidden gem. Lake is nearby. Restaurants a few miles away. Very friendly management. Booked the patio .. chairs, table, fireplace etc all in great condition

Super wet - would have appreciated an offer to move sites when we checked in. Our site had mud and standing water to the point it couldn’t be mowed - several dry sites available.

We're assigned a lot furthest from the bath and laundry facility .The whole park only had one other camper.The manager was kind enough to move us closer .The washrooms were very nice and clean.The park is mostly permanent trailers.The KOA spots are at the bottom of the hill and 700 yards from the swimming pool and store all up hill.Not family friendly the distance to facilities should be posted

The staff is truly wonderful and very helpful. The campground is immaculate. Bathrooms and showers are so clean and refreshing. My wife and I truly love this place. Susan and her husband do a excellent job at keeping this beautiful campground looking prestige.

We are seasonals since 1995. It is a beautiful family Campground, very clean. The staff here is very friendly, helpful and efficient. We appreciate all the nice activities that we have here. We have two daughters that also camp here seasonally with their families. We especially enjoy the xmas in july and halloween celebrations, and Saturday night family Bingo.

This was our 4th year as a seasonal camper and loved every minute of it. The management (Susan and Anthony) are very kind and accommodating and have the best staff. There is always tons to do and plenty of events if you want to join. We are already looking forward to our next season.

Text messages about golf cart speeding and stopping at stop signs was very hypocritical when the staff at the KOA were the biggest offenders.It would have been nice to have the events posted at the beginning of the season instead of a text the week before. Campground lacks having bands or better events compared to other campgrounds. Going elsewhere next year for less money and better activities.

Nice clean place with minimal lake views from sites but large view near the store. Didn't use bath houses, etc. Rode Chautauqua Belle on the lake, drove 1.5 hrs to Niagara Falls, 1 hrs to Erie for Hagen Historical and bike ride at Presque Isle State Park, .5 hrs to Jamestown for National Comedy Center and Lucy & Desi museums and statues. Nearby Guppy restaurant was fun to dine in private gondola.

The staff at this campground are second to none. They go out of their way to help you and make your visit enjoyable. It’s a level of hospitality on par with luxury hotels. I’ve never stayed at a campground that’s comparable.

We only live 20 miles away but our stay was a maiden voyage and first time RV. Campground was very clean and anemities were also clean. Helpful personable staff, if you needed firewood or something from the store they would deliver to your site. I would recommend this Campground to anyone, both near and far! Also pet friendly and campers were also friendly and helpful. Thank you !

Staff friendly campground nicely laid out. We tent camped at the end of the season, the lots were nice and not squeezed together. Only reason not to rate this camp 5 +stars were the bathroom/showers, no heat. And when it is 45 degrees outside a hot shower in a cold room is less than appealing.

We came by to check out future campsites and the campground was already closed, but we talked to a man named Anthony that was extremely helpful and informative, and not only did he take his personal time, but actually took my wife and I on a golf cart tour, knowing we drove over an hour to come there. I wish more people were like this kind man, which makes me want to camp there even more so. Thanks Anthony, we really appreciate it! Dave and Kathy

Camped here the weekend after Labor Day Roomy sites, very clean and the grounds are well kept. We would stay here again. We visited Niagara Falls (American side) and also Bemus Point and Jamestown

Update: We have stayed here almost every Labor Day weekend since our initial visit. This last time in 2026 we stayed in the Eagles Nest 3 bedroom cabin. Overall we were very happy and will be going back every year. Now that I have grandkids I just wish there were a few more activities for the younger kids during holiday weekends. We were here over Labor Day weekend (Fri-Mon). We stayed in L02 the cabin with no bathroom. We were very pleasantly surprised by the cabin it was very spacious and probably the best "basic" cabin we've stayed in at any KOA (we've been to quite a few). It had heat/AC, cable TV, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. My minor complaints about the cabin were: the heat didn't work very well it took awhile for it to actually heat up (it was chilly at night), one window facing a glamping tent was missing a blind (but thankfully we didn't have neighbors), the bed was kinda hard to get out of without killing your thighs on the wood framed box and last I wish it had a Keurig instead of the old school coffee maker (I brought my own so wasn't a huge deal). This cabin is literally right next to the bathroom and shared kitchen space. I really loved the shared kitchen and wish more KOA's did this. There was a sink for dishes and two separate 4 burner cook tops in a nice screened in area with electricity. My one complaint about it was it had a really off putting smell which I'm guessing was either the trash in there or someone put something gross down the drains. The bathrooms were a little disappointing. They were pretty small with a toilet & shower in each. The shower didn't have a curtain so everything got soaked when you showered. The hot water was good however. It seemed they only cleaned them once a day and they were kinda dirty, but again not the worst I've seen and not really the fault of the KOA. The staff was super friendly and overall we really really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back soon. The area is beautiful and it's definitely a "lake town" setting.
