This is a great place to relax and enjoy the incredible nature around you. We had a problem with our water pump at check out and not only did they allow us extra time at check out to take care of our mess, but there was an rv mechanic on site who replaced our pump on site. Can’t say enough great things about the facility and the staff. HIGHLY recommend this place anytime you are in the area!!

Wonderful campground with very nice and helpful people. Campground was easy to get in and out of without any issues. Site was very roomy.

Stayed 5 days in KOA safari tent lodging. The tent was clean and orderly with many perks. The staff was helpful and friendly. I willcome back.

We loved our patio site, but we are more accustomed to staying at state parks (more natural surroundings). We also don't really like campgrounds with permanent sites (it starts to feel like a trailer park). However, we will stay again if I'm able to reserve a patio site.

Campsite was uneven … should get leveled out somehow … couldn’t find a flat area for size of tent, was also charged for firewood I did not order after I already left

Worst management at a campground EVER! do not stay here! If you want people breathing down your neck all weekend and watching your every move go for it. But if you’re an adult like me and have small children, this is not the place for you. Yelled at all weekend. Not allowed to do anything. Too many rules. And threats. Will never ever be back here!!! Save you time and money on this place people!!

Had a very uncomfortable pull out bed and spoke to them about. They immediately drove into town bought a blow up mattress with pump for me. Very clean bathrooms and park. Met some really nice people including employees.

Staff was super friendly and pleasant. Everything was clean and tidy. 3 couples rented 3 cabins, and a 4th couple brought their camper. We were all in a little cluster. It was perfect.

Loved the pool, putt- putt and bounce pad for kids. The scenery was quite beautiful. Only complaint was there was no garbage pickup in comparison to most camping sites.

Our stay was perfect. Place was clean and the staff were very helpful and nice. The only 2 things I would recommend is to have garbage pickup and if you have a key to get in after 8 that you could go through the back gate to get in. We were close to that gate but could not go in that way.

We loved the site as it was very spacious and had a beautiful lake view. The only comments for improvement would be if there could be a trash dumpster at the back of the campground near restroom area and when the staff is out and about on golfcarts, perhaps they could offer rides to the camp store area. Staff was very outgoing and personable. Great campgrounds! Thanks!

Dislike the fact that there is no place to leave our garbage anywhere in the area we stay in and no pickup either like We had in previous years

Overpriced for Eagles Nest. Toilet backed up twice and flooded. Towels are dollar store towels. Bare bones items in the kitchen. Not worth the money.

As we were leaving we noticed a mechanical issue. We were able to stay longer to diagnose and fix our issue. With the help of an employee who was also an RV repair technician

The facilities were excellent - clean and well-maintained. The staff was accommodating and polite. Kid's loved the Arts & Crafts and the office staff went out of their way to help.

We had a very pleasant stay there at Chautauqau Lake KOA! Very clean and everyone was so polite! Highly recommend this campground!

We had a wonderful time camping! We camped Monday-Wednesday and felt like we had the campground to ourselves! The staff members were Amazing, Polite and incredibly welcoming! The pool is where the ranking came into place, it was very shallow 3 1/2 feet and has some type of texture bottom that really scratched up the kids feet. The whole camp is clean and well kept.

As relaxing as camping is…there’s always a challenge setting up or forgetting something you thought you had. The KOA staff at Chautauqua were the most helpful caring staff I’ve ever seen…we forgot our grill and the staff made sure they fixed the problem right away by bringing us a grate that fit right over our fire. They were especially kind to our kids at the store and throughout our visi

Why no longer pick up trash at camp sites? After trailer was placed at lower end of campground was more convenient to discard trash.

We rent a premium site. The patio furniture had bird poop on it. The swing chair did not swing properly. The patio needed to be stained. K-8 site.

My husband and I arrived on Sept 29. Very nice woman came out and escorted us to our spot, which was perfect. Electric, sewer and water were available and there was enough room for two vehicles. Roadways were easily navigable. The gated aspect (which includes a card to enter) is a great idea. When you leave, you just drop the card in the 'drop box. The campground was well tended. No complaints! Very reasonable, too!

My husband and I requested a lake view site and we were not disappointed. The hills on one side and the lake in front of us, it was gorgeous. The staff was very friendly and made you feel welcome right from the start. The grounds were very well kept. We will definitely go back.
