We have stayed here twice and have enjoined the stays. The pool was available this time and was great. We were, however, shocked that there was a $5 additional fee for the very tiny inflatable water area and the lifeguard had to go over to that area to supervise instead of watching the pool!

We had a very nice back_in FHU site, fairly secluded, shade but close to bath house (very clean by the way. It is a primarily upscale residential type campgrounds but we enjoyed it

This is a great KOA ,better than other KOAs we stayed at. We had a roomy cabin w/ many features we enjoyed, a close bathroom & general kitchen to in cook. also. A friendly helpful staff, fun things to do such as carpet pool, corn hole, swimming pool, mini golf. We had a car problem and the staff was helpful in finding a place we could get things fixed quickly going home . We had a great stay,

Loved everything about it except for the blasting music. Not during quiet hours, but the volume was obnoxiously loud and could be heard throughout the campsite.

When made reservation I informed the CG that I would be arriving late in the evening. I received a call about 3 PM reconfirming my late arrival and providing information on what to expect when I did get there. I really appreciated their concern and it made the arrival most pleasant.

It was not kid friendly. I think the problem is with this campground is they try to blend seasonal campers with RV people and so it’s very territorial and you’re being watched all the time. It appears that seasonal people are mostly older people so it’s got the feel of a retirement community. I’ve NEVER been to a pool where you could not have drink/snack at the pool

This camp ground is absolutely fantastic. Great sites roomy grass areas trees. Dog enclosure is big enough for your dog to play off leash. Very nice bathrooms, showers, laundry rooms. Can't say enough good things about Susie and her team. Very nice people love our stay here.

We stayed from July 9 through July 14. Getting to the campground was easy, and accessing our site was a breeze with your escort. Your staff was great, and the campgrounds were spotless and well-groomed. We will camp here again once we get a new awning!.

This KOA is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!! First I want start by saying that (I think it was the manager) was the NICEST manager I’ve ever met. She literally went out of her way for us made us feel very welcomed, and she was very friendly and always smiling.! in fact all the employees were extremely friendly and VERY welcoming . As for the campsite, I have to say it was so beautiful and SO RELAXING !

We had a very nice stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was clean and welcoming. My only comment is that the site we were in was very slanted, so much so that our motorhome was unable to level. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay and would return.

We only stayed one night and wish we’d stay longer. Stayed over the 4th and watching the fireworks over the lake was perfect. Beautifully groomed site, courteous staff, and seemed like happy campers all around. Want to return!

This was our first time staying at a KOA and everything was great. My 12year old granddaughter and her friend enjoyed it as well. The staff was very friendly and accommodating! We would definitely stay again!

We was in L22 with a tent, thank got it only rained the first day and night, we had a river! Not good place for camping in tent with rain. Other then that, it was great! Bathrooms awsome! Very clean,

We liked the KOA but that is all unfortunately. The water pressure was absolutely horrible and the slope on the parking was a little to much for our camper. The people were friendly and bath houses were clean. The courtesy of the staff was great. We had a great first trip to Chautauqua KOA. The grounds are kept in excellent condition as well as the sites. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. The only thing we had an issue with was the water pressure. Otherwise it was a perfect visit.

Nice, quiet area. No real view of the lake. I would have preferred to be closer to the k9 camp than in the spot we had with a “view of the lake”. Otherwise, a nice place to stay.

Just camped here for the night at a tent site. The sites were spacious and wooded! The staff were exceptionally friendly and my kids loved using the pool. I would 100% recommend this KOA.
