This is probably the nicest and best run KOA we have been to. The staff was helpful and available. The sites were a good size so we didn't feel like we were sardines! The activities were fun and the pool was perfect! We can't wait to come back!

We were just there for 6 days. We had a great time. The campground is very neat and clean. The staff goes above and beyond to make your stay pleasurable. This campground is our favorite.

We had a great time. The only thing I’d like to see different is more activities. We went on a holiday weekend and the only thing going on was a golf cat parade and an arts and crafts activity.

Great place, we try to get at least 1 trip here each summer. Patio sites are the best! Clean restrooms. Very helpful and friendly staff! Will definitely be back!

My family & I will not be coming back here. WAY too many extreme rules. Received 9 group text messages Saturday alone. Got yelled at for playing country music on medium volume while riding a golf cart at 5:30 pm on Saturday, that we were distracting to other guests. This campground is suited for 65 year old & older. Many permanent sites. Felt like we were walking on egg shells all weekend long.

Beautiful grassy site. Dog loved it! Close to a lot of wineries. Niagara Falls not took far away. Beauiful country.

A very friendly campground. The staff was very visible and helpful. The cell phone service was amazing....5G full bars! Will definitely stay here again in the future.

The pull through patio's are beautiful, especially with the view of the lake. There is plenty of room at each site. Your staff was always friendly and helpful. It was a plus being escorted to our site.

Very welcomed right from the start. Loved the escort to the site. Campground was clean and quiet. I would suggest fire rings be moved away from trees and bushes so we could use them.

Great weekend! Nice campground we go there every year. I was disappointed that they no longer pickup trash at your campsite and I wish they would let you bring in campfire wood - it can get pretty pricey at $9 a bundle.

Start to finish everything was smooth, staff is friendly and very helpful. Camp is clean with amazing views! We will for sure be back!

Stay was good, campground was clean and quiet. It would be helpful to have a dumpster at the exit gate to use when you leave at the end of your stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Chautauqua Lake KOA. Its a beautiful campground, large and the sites were very spacious. We brought the car this trip and cruising the beautiful outlying areas was time well spent. Enjoyed the area along with a cruise on the Chautuaqua Belle.

Absolutely beautiful campground. Great staff. Clean restrooms/showers. Everything is well-maintained. Loved the “level” site - it makes life so much easier setting up!

Love the quiet park setting. Enjoy the staff's knowledge and help. Everyone is always friendly. From our camper the view of the lake and trees is amazing. Always look forward to spending our weekends at the KOA.

The pull through full hook up sites are very spacious, great "lawn" area. Young daughter really enjoyed the magic pumpkin patch and pumpkin painting activity. Nice to have the carpet ball, balls and corn hole bags stored right by the games. Trunk or Treat was a big hit, but we didn't know it was going on before arriving. Text message system they use is nice for announcements.

The campground itself is amazing! We have been coming for the last 4 years. This year we stayed in a deluxe cabin and there was nothing “deluxe” about it. The oven didn’t work (even after they refilled the propane). We ran out of hot water late at night and the television didn’t work. All things we paid extra for.

Well kept campground, large sites , pool, full hook ups, close to lake. Nice little towns all around area.

Just camped here for the night at a tent site. The sites were spacious and wooded! The staff were exceptionally friendly and my kids loved using the pool. I would 100% recommend this KOA.
