Dislike the fact that there is no place to leave our garbage anywhere in the area we stay in and no pickup either like We had in previous years

Overpriced for Eagles Nest. Toilet backed up twice and flooded. Towels are dollar store towels. Bare bones items in the kitchen. Not worth the money.

As we were leaving we noticed a mechanical issue. We were able to stay longer to diagnose and fix our issue. With the help of an employee who was also an RV repair technician

The facilities were excellent - clean and well-maintained. The staff was accommodating and polite. Kid's loved the Arts & Crafts and the office staff went out of their way to help.

We had a very pleasant stay there at Chautauqau Lake KOA! Very clean and everyone was so polite! Highly recommend this campground!

We had a wonderful time camping! We camped Monday-Wednesday and felt like we had the campground to ourselves! The staff members were Amazing, Polite and incredibly welcoming! The pool is where the ranking came into place, it was very shallow 3 1/2 feet and has some type of texture bottom that really scratched up the kids feet. The whole camp is clean and well kept.

As relaxing as camping is…there’s always a challenge setting up or forgetting something you thought you had. The KOA staff at Chautauqua were the most helpful caring staff I’ve ever seen…we forgot our grill and the staff made sure they fixed the problem right away by bringing us a grate that fit right over our fire. Why no longer pick up trash at camp sites? After trailer was placed at lower end of campground was more convenient to discard trash.

We rent a premium site. The patio furniture had bird poop on it. The swing chair did not swing properly. The patio needed to be stained. K-8 site.

The person who greeted me was warm and welcoming. She provided all the information I needed for our stay. The camp was quiet and well maintained. The view of the lake was breathtaking.

We really love it there, this was our second time back! Everything is always great. I do have 2 suggestions but no major issues. We have a small dog and unfortunately couldn’t let him in the dog park area due to fairly big gaps in the fence, mainly by the gate. We also thought the pool looked like it needed cleaning, however it may just be the discoloration in the pool itself -it was too co

So much for little kids which was great!!! The only problem we had was that there was no stands with dog bags and garbage cans for dog disposal. Also, I’ve never been to a campsite where they did not pick up our garbage. If we didn’t have a golf cart, I don’t know how we would have gotten the garbage all the way up to the office. One of my favorite local KOA’s. RV spots are the largest we have seen. The vast majority of the sites are well maintained seasonal sites. Park is clean, staff is super friendly and location is quiet. They have a great store on the property. This is our third stay here and will definitely return.

THe pet area need the grass mowed and som fixing up. The campground is clean the lots are nice big size. The restroom and shower were clean.

Wonderful hosts and very clean and well landscaped. Lots of seasonal campers who take great care of their lots. One thing…dumpsters need to be more assessable. Where to put garbage at pull through sites??

We originally had a trip booked at Jellystone which we cancelled because their amenities were closed. I stumbled across this KOA and called. Kelly was so helpful in getting us booked for check in that day! We asked for the best site and that’s why we got! Everyone was so friendly and we booked another stay at check out! Glad we stayed at our first KOA at this location.

Just camped here for the night at a tent site. The sites were spacious and wooded! The staff were exceptionally friendly and my kids loved using the pool. I would 100% recommend this KOA.
