We had a wonderful stay at the Chautauqua Lake KOA! The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a lot at the campground and surrounding area to do even with older kids. The campground was very clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay there again in the future.

Our stay was great. I don’t think it’s fair for people to not bring their own wood. We had to spend 25.00 on 3 bundles each night and the fire only lasted 2 hours for 25.00. Make the bundles larger or reduce the price or people will bring their own wood. Bathrooms were 6/10 for cleanliness, I don’t know how often they are cleaned but it seemed to be once a day.

Everything was nice. First time with a timed shower which I had to press repeatedly but water wasn't hot enough. Wasn't happy with that.

We spent a week here and the staff was beyond friendly and helpful. The site was a nice size and the landscaping was so pretty! The only negative thing I can say is about the water in the showers. Our trailer is on the smaller size so we use the showers in the campground. They were super hot and no way to adjust the temp,you could never have a small child use them. Other than that, we loved it the

Nice campground but pool wasn’t very clean. Paper towel dispensers in the bathroom were too high for my 7 year old to reach. Water in the shower was SCALDING HOT. We actually couldn’t stand in it but rather tried to wash with the mist. Told to exit out back but there was no dumpster for our trash nor a basket to leave our key card in. For the price I expected more. Store prices too high.

Beautiful campground! Very quiet with scenic views. Very well kept and clean. A lot of adventures to do in the area to include parks, water sports and wineries.

Really enjoyed our stay, it's beautiful scenery and a clean, well maintained campground. The only concern is that many people don't obey the 5 miles an hour rule.

It was by far the quietest and most peaceful stay we’ve had. They only thing I wish, but understand why there wasn’t due to the lack of children, was some sort of activities throughout the week.

Staff are excellent. Campground is clean and sites are fairly spacious. Our site had a patio with nice furniture and landscaped. Appears to have many seasonal residents. Sites to the rear of the park are far away from amenities for kids. Overall stay was great.

The facility overall was very nice. Friendly staff. There was a lot of rain prior to our arrival and in rained one day of our 3 day stay. Our particular site X-5 was unusable all weekend because of pooling water. Fortunately we were travelling with a group of campers and were able to utilize their sites for campfire and socialization. Would have given 5 stars if our site had drained better.

Been coming here for 15 years. Love the campground. This time, however, a seasonal camper by site K-8 decided to yell at my family while in our golf cart. Screaming that my daughter needed a DL to drive. Well, she was registered in the office to drive it and is 20 years old. Shouting match occured. He tried to report us, but we were totally legal. Kudos to koa manager for handling this well!

I probably would have given them a higher rating but the dog park is very run down and small. I was afraid they would get out because the fence had holes. Not much to do at the park either.

We LOVE that we can come during the week when it's very quiet! We will work to always schedule then. It looks like Thurday evening folks start coming in for the weekend and the place really fills up and that was ok too since we left the next morning. ALL staff are helpful and very friendly. Facilities are very clean.

Didn't like having to take garbage up to the entrance when we were in the lower camp. There should be a dumpster at lower exit. Also, didn't like that my daughter couldn't stay in the white rental facility near the entrance because of the awfully strong smell of mold. Other than that the campground is very nice, and kept clean.

Too many workers driving around stalking the campers, felt like i had no privacy and was being watched. Also got yelled at for listening to music at 4 pm. Won’t be back.

the only problem we had was they said they would pick up garbage twice on Saturday and twice on Sunday. It was picked up Saturday morning and the rest of the time we ended up putting it in our car until we could get it to dumpster

We stayed for Christmas in July weekend and this is our second time at this KOA. There is a lot for families to do between the pool, splash pad, and planned activities. The park is always clean and well maintained. The staff is helpful and friendly. The permanent campers are also friendly and welcoming for the most part. The views of the sunset over the lake are beautiful and the park is relaxing

They go above and beyond. Send texts to welcome you and reminders during the trip to let you know what is going on! Very nice staff We booked our next stay there before we left!

Not sure if policies have changed since we’ve been coming here, both Friday and Saturday night people in the tent sites next to us came in and were setting up tents and air mattresses after midnight. Friday was at 12:30am blowing up an air mattress for at least 20 minutes. Saturday night it was at 2am. It was extremely disturbing and inconsiderate

The pool was lovely and warm because it was shallow. It closed early at 7PM though. The bathrooms were nice. The grounds were well cared for, but the electric tent sites down in the woods were not very level and felt not as well cared for. It was quiet. It seemed a place suited to long term seasonal elder residents.

Visiting family in the area a few days and your KOA met all our needs! It would have been helpful for you to have informed your guests of the policy with the security card that you can’t get back in for over a half hour once you go out. I drove our car and picked up the garbage drove out to the dumpster and I couldn’t get back in for quite a while. Thanks!

Well kept campground, large sites , pool, full hook ups, close to lake. Nice little towns all around area.

Just camped here for the night at a tent site. The sites were spacious and wooded! The staff were exceptionally friendly and my kids loved using the pool. I would 100% recommend this KOA.
